総合的には満足でした。 インターネット接続で、私の泊まった部屋は電波が弱いため、途中で回線が切れることがなんどかあった。 部屋によっては電波の悪い部屋があるようです。

The hotel was very nice. Our room was clean well kept. The only problem that we had was that the indoor pool was not heated. We were traveling with our 8 year old and that was the main reason that we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool. Other than that it was a very nice stay

I had injured my knee and was having difficulty walking. Without saying a word, the hotel clerk gave me a handicapped room. It helped me get around so much and was very thoughtful of her. There wasn't a hot tub to soak my knee, but there was a pool, which helped. It was a nice place for an overnight stay.

Overall, it was a nice and clean hotel. However I was surprised by the wireless internet. I called the hotel to verify they had complementary wireless internet, which they did. I noticed and "old smelling odor" on the fourth floor. The curtains were not cut to accomodate closing over the hvac unit. The tv's were old and small and need updating...no sleep timer so tv ran all night

We were pleasantly surprised by size, layout, and amenties of room. Had a good location not far from a mall area, with lots of shops and choices of places to eat. Would have been nice if the pool was outside.

Great room for the money

They charged us twice. Once on hotels.com and once at the hotel, so we've had to deal with that for several hours following the trip. The first room the TV didn't work properly so we had to move. The front desk person was not very knowledgable about the hotel and its amenities. The beds were not very comfortable. The breakfast was okay.
