Excellent room. Some minor damage to the bathroom light fittings but nothing major or detracting. Room was comfy and clean. Wifi access acceptable (for Free). Laptop sized safe was handy. We took a weekend break to Lille to see the Christmas Markets and found this hotel to be perfectly situated for Place Rihour and Grand Place attractions... but more ot the point the hotel is spotlessly clean and modern, the hotel room spacious and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Very central, shopping within easy reach with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Great hotel, clean and comfortable, a little expensive for a three star but one of the better hotels in Lille

We stayed in this hotel for one night. the room was clean and modern. We were very happy with the standard of hotel and the price that we paid. Would stay in this hotel again if returning to Lille.

This was a good hotel. Basic, straight-forward, good staff -- it was a good two-day stay.

Nice! there are places all around to eat and shop, and it was very comfortable. The room service is expensive, and not all that tasty (I got the soup and mousse au chocolat after being in paris for a month), but the breakfast is very nice.

The room had a king-size bed (UK king-size, that is), despite the 'double-bed' indicated at the time of booking. It's tricky when there are international differences between these things. The hotel is in a good location - not right in the city centre but maybe 5 minutes walk from the main square. It was in a nice quiet road and was always clean. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with bread, cereal, croissants, cakes, fruit, scrambled egg, bacon and sausages. you are also provided with a pot of tea or coffee but there is fruit juice […] too. receptionists were always helpful and spoke english very well. heerlijk hotel, vriendelijke mensen en schoon. lokatie ook prima!

Proche du centre historique de Lille. Préférez le week-end, les tarifs sont vraiment intéressants : 4 étoiles pour le prix d'un 2 étoiles avoisinant pour autant qu'on cherche un peu. Petit déjeuner compris dans le forfait un peu court.

Sans surprise, Hotel de qualité, à noter le petit déjeuner en chambre très sympa

L'accueil est parfait et le personnelle est compétant, par contre certains petits détails ne sont pas dignes d'un 3 étoiles: verre fendu au restaurant, accessoire dans la chambre pas toujours complet: bouilloire avec de l'eau dedans, manque le crayon et le bloc note, sacs dans les toilettes pas réapprovisionnés. Dommage.

Accueil et personnel agréable - chambre propre,confortable & spacieuse - à 2 pas du centre, rien à ajouter...si ce n'est on y reviendra .... Notre séjour a été parfait!!

Hôtel parfait pour visiter la ville, près de la Grand Place, de l'Office de tourisme, et de nombreux restaurants. Chambre confortable, fonctionnelle. Un léger rafraichissement de la moquette serait le bienvenu

EXCELLENT EMPLACEMENT POUR VISITER LE CENTRE DE LILLE, HOTEL PROPRE ET IMPECC

Hôtel moderne, propre, tranquille. Chambres de bonne dimension, wc séparé de la sdb, literie OK. Petit déjeuner de bon niveau, quoique des œufs brouillés un peu trop secs.. Tarif correct.

Goed hotel als het gaat om ligging ten opzichte van bezienswaardigheden in oud stadsdeel. Directe omgeving rustig: geen lawaai van auto's - maar misschien komt dat doordat wij aan de achterzijde een kamer hadden. Wel een wat rommelige en hier en daar armoedige omgeving, als je bedenkt dat het vlak bij het centrum (Grand Place, Palais Rihour) ligt. Service […] en kwaliteit van de kamer in orde. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding tamelijk/erg hoog. Ter vergelijking: in bv. Very nice hotel with good location to the old parts of Lille. Fabulous breakfast, although not included. Close to parking.

Prestations de qualité. Bien situé à deux pas du vieux Lille et de la grand place. Petite rue calme. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied.

MALGRE LES TRAVAUX DANS LE HALL D ENTREE, TOUT EST IMPECCABLE TRES BELLE CHAMBRE, BELLES PRESTATIONS, EXCELLENT PETIT DEJEUNER

Uitstekende ligging in stadscentrum. Hotel heeft plezierige uitstraling. Lekker ontbijt. Leuke kamers. Helaas wel wat lawaaig ivm tv van bovenburen.
