ボンド プレイス ホテル (Bond Place Hotel)格安予約

ダウンタウンの中心近くに位置するこのホテルはイートンセンター等のショッピングエリアや地下鉄駅がすぐ近くで、エアシャトルバスも止まり、移動の利便性は抜群。ただ、食事をするのに気軽に入れるようなレストランが見つからず、いつもフードコートのお世話に。最初スタンダードツインを予約したが、あまりの狭さとバスルームのバスタブにお湯がはれず、シャワー使用したら今度は排水が悪くフロントに行って修理に来てもらったが治らなかった。翌日追加料金でデラックスツインに変えてもらって移動。部屋は広くなったが、今度もやはりシャワーしか使えなかった。ホテル自体は改装したようだが、やっぱり少々古い感じがして隣や階下の音がよく聞こえる。フロントの人達はとても親切でフレンドリー。６泊したが週末は同じ階の若い人たちが夜中の３時ごろ […] まで騒いで眠れなかった。 もっと読む

繁華街や地下鉄の駅も近く、「只の寝床」と割りきれば、値段にも納得。 シャンプーが補充されていない、床が汚れているなど、イマイチ感満載。 WiFiは有料。速度と安定性を考えると、納得いかない料金。 仕事で出張中の拠点としては向かない。 それ以外は特筆すべき点なし。

５泊６日で観劇に出掛けた際に利用しました。寒い時期だったので、駅から近くて安いところ…という条件で探してチョイスしたので、他の面はいろいろ「仕方ないな」と我慢することもありました。 とりあえず一番切なかったのは、隣の部屋の音がまる聞こえ！という点。談笑やテレビの音だけならまだしも「これ、笑い話にしかならないな（苦笑）」みたいな音まで。おかげで２日間ぐらいは寝不足でした。 しかし、駅からはとにかく近いし、イートンセンターも近いし、雪が降ってしまった日があって観光に行けなくても、近くにシネコンもあって本当に便利でした。 冷蔵庫のあるお部屋を頼んだので、スーパーなどで食事を買うことも出来たし、次回は耳栓持参でまた利用したいと思います。　ホテルのWi-Fiが無料になってくれたら、いいんですけどね。

ホテルのスタッフの方々は質問に対して親切にいつも回答してくださいました。 トロントダウンタウン中心部にホテルがあり、移動に便利でした。 また、Ｍｅｔｒｏ（２４Ｈｒ営業スーパ）が近くにあり助かりました。 それから、Ｓｅａｒｓ（ショッピングセンター）Ｂ２には大きなフードコートがあり食事には困りません。 ホテル内もきれいに清掃されているのがわかりました。 次回、海外にいくときはまずボンドプレイスからチェックしたいと思いました。

ホテルの場所はダウンタウンの真ん中なのですごく便利でした。部屋も綺麗で満足。でも、アメニティーがそろってるということで歯ブラシを持っていかなかったら無かった・・・。そして、部屋のクリーニングにチップを置いておいたら、次の日の朝8時ぐらいから計3回クリーニングの人が勝手に部屋に入ってきた。札も出してないのにあんなに朝早くから勝手に入ってくるのは非常識なんじゃないの??それも、15分おきぐらいに入ってきたし・・・。そこだけが一番のマイナスだったけど後は満足でした。

空港からのバスが割と近くに止まる。 部屋の大きさは普通で、大きなスーツケースを広げるスペースも十分あった。 大きなショッピングセンターが近くにあって便利。 そこに大きなフードコートがあって、食事はそこで済ませることができる。 ナイアガラへ行くのにバスを使ったが、バスのターミナルも歩いて５分くらいのところにあるので便利だった。 エレベーターに乗るときにカードキーを差し込むことに気がつかなくて、しばらく動かなかった。

立地はとても良く、地下鉄のダンダス駅からも近く、10ドルの1日パスを利用し行動しました。でも、夜は、遅くまで人の話し声や、パトカー、消防車のサイレンが聞こえていました。部屋はあまり広くはなかったけれど、居るのは夜だけだったので、気にはなりませんでした。3泊4日の滞在でしたが、ベッドやお風呂も毎日清潔でした。食事は全く付けてなかったので外で食べましたが、近くにはあまりおいしいお店がなく、困りました。個人で申し込んだナイアガラツアーや、帰りの空港行きのシャトルバスの乗り場にもなっていたので、とても助かりました。値段も安かったので、期待はしていませんでしたが、十分でした。

Loved our stay at the Bond Place...wasn;t sure where exactly it was located but ended up being very central and close to everything within walking distance of all our needs for the most part. I would not recommend this hotel if you actually plan on using it to sleep. That is unless you bring some elephant tranquilizers or are just that heavy of a sleeper. The bar out front had people outside our window screaming until 4am and the constant sound of cars honking and ambulance sirens. Ive stayed in a hotel just down the street from this one […] (with a room facing the street) and had no such complaints. I know not to expect complete silence during a hotel stay, but this was just rudiculius. They could not change our room because they were apparently all booked and offered no consolation for our terrible stay. The room was nice, though on the small side, and clean. I stayed here to write a final paper that was due the next day at 10:AM. Ironically - even though it was the only time I've not used a hotel to sleep, and the neighbourhood is prone to noise - this was probably the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. Quiet and comfortable, free internet, great if you do not plan to spend much time in the room, perfect for sleeping. If you plan on watching TV, it only gets about five channels.

I would stay again but I would ask for a room that is higher up. The window did not block out truck noise and street cleaner noise.

The Bond Place Hotel has one of the best possible locations you could ask for in Toronto. Within 5 minutes of walking, you have theaters, subway station, major mall, loads of food and shopping options and much, much more. The hotel itself may not look appealing on the outside, but do not be fooled, it's what's on the inside that counts. Clean lobby, […] reliable elevators, friendly staff, super-quick check-in and check-out. There is a fee for the Internet in your room, but there are 2 computers in the lobby that you can use for free (they are always occupied). The only downside to this hotel is that just east of it, the area gets a little rougher, with a significant increase in drunks, homeless people and panhandlers. This thing was the location of the air condition in the room. It was really close to the bed which means you will be freezing or melting :D The weather was nice, so we opened the window, but if I was there in the summer, I'm sure it would be a serious problem. Other than that, I like this hotel.

Family of four looking for an affordable hotel near downtown for a weekend stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of amenities but we weren't looking for them. For the price it couldn't be beat.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at your hotel. I will definately be back.

Hotel recently decorated, modern decor. Close to the Eaton Centre and Dundas Square. Airport Express Bus stops right outside. Staff very helpful and would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, 3 minutes from the Eaton Centre and subway station. New-ish boutique-style hotel furnishings - nice and fresh looking, very clean, staff friendly and efficient. Did not get to try gym or restaurant. The only gripe I have is that they did not seem to have enough newspapers for hotel guests.

The Bond Place was the perfect location for us. It was close to the subway, shopping, restaurants and sight seeing. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again. And we would tell our friends as well. Thanks, Karen

Obviously an older hotel which has been renovated. Pleasant room with two very comfortable twin beds, the only issue was the air conditioner vent was at bed level. I was in that bed and it made it cold for me when it was on. Location was awesome, you can see the younge/dundas square from the main lobby and the price was right. I stayed at the Bond Place Hotel for four nights. Check-in was pleasant and quick. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it's very minimalistic in a clean and updated way. They have three elevators and they all worked, and the wait times were usually not that long at all. The room was very small, but efficient for just sleeping and showering. I liked the […] hardwood floors and the marble shower-tub. The bathroom is tiny, but the shelving comes in handy... as there is a lot of room to put your "stuff". It's also a very clean bathroom. No weird, dark mildew in the grout! The only negative of the bathroom was the water pressure. It took quite a while for my hair to get wet, and rinsing suds out took even longer. All in all, it did the job, even if time consuming. The heating worked great, and quick. The rooms were quiet, and you didn't hear any noise from the rooms next door - unless someone was out in the hallway. One more downside: Wifi is not free in the rooms. It's $8.95/day. Wifi is not available in the lobby either. You have the option to use their own computers, though (which are two, nice Mac computers), but it's not in a business center. It's right there in the lobby. The location is excellent. You're about a block away from the Eaton Centre, which houses a subway station (that gets you pretty much everywhere), a giant mall, Starbucks, AMC, and any other "commercial" type of commodity you're looking for. I always seek to be close to a subway or metro stop, and Bond is perfect for this. There's also a bus/lightrail stop just the opposite way. The location is walking distance to many places, such as the CN Tower, St. Lawrence Market, Yonge St., Hockey Hall of Fame, Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), Chinatown, and many other highlights. I'd say the walk to the CN Tower is about 10 minutes, and around 30 minutes to St. Lawrence Market. There is also the option of taking public transportation to most of these spots. i went on my spring break from college, the hotel was in such a great location, we got to walk around and see everything without driving super far or using taxies which was very nice. all the hotel staff was very pleasant and helping which i enjoyed. the one thing i didnt really like was the fact that the bathroom was practically in the room, so if […] you are traveling with someone you aren't very close and open with I wouldn't stay here. but overall i would come back any time!! もっと読む

The hotel was clean and newly renovated (since my last stay in 2009) It is in a perfect location, right by three different subway stations. It was very secure and comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. Only downside is the charge for internet. Although there were two free imac terminals in the lobby for use.

This is a clean, efficient and well situated hotel at a reasonable rate. We liked it !

Room was clean bright and comfortable, but I was put in a room on the 17th floor right outside the elevators and got woken up all night by loud shouting and carrying on by other drunken guests. There was no hot water in the morning (11:30am) and I ended up having to take a freezing cold shower. Check in and out was quick and friendly.

I definitely had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very tidy and I loved the modern look of everything. The staff was great as well, always making sure we were comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Based on your budget this might be a wonderful hotel. It's a bit less expensive but that said you get what you pay for. The hotel was under a bit of a reno so perhaps when it is complete it will rate higher on my list.

Small but very clean room. Hotel personel were very accomodating and the concierge, Kate, was more than helpful. The hotel was OK, quite clean, room was very small. But the street noise was quite bad, though to be fair, it was St. Patricks Day and there was a lot of partying going on. We were on the 4th floor, maybe if you were higher up it would be quieter.
