We were impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel entrance is a bit tricky since its on a one way street, location, location, location. The neighborhood didn't look all that safe either. I was very upset that one of the guest in room 269 yelled out profanities towards my wife when she was walking alone down the hallway. This made the stay very uncomfortable for both of us. Hotel was nice enough, the staff was really nice. the area around it was a bit dodgy. but easy access to fwy and to where I was working. I would stay here again

The staff at the hotel were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and neat, the service was more than adequate. Being noted as a two star hotel, the staff made it feel more like a three plus star hotel with their personal touches and helpfulness.

I was unhappy when they asked me for a $50 deposit. I had a credit card on file yet the hotel insisted on it. When I went to the front desk in the morning to get my money back they had to go inspect the room before refunding my money. I was cramped for time being i had to get to my college graduation yet had to wait for them to return my deposit. I had to be moved to two different rooms in the two days that I stayed there. Once due do a/c unit not working and the other due to poor planning by staff in booking the room I was in to another person on the second night of my stay. Unless you get a really great deal I would not stay there.

Reasonable price. Not in the best of neighborhoods. The cable on the T.V. was broken and had to be constantly wiggled for reception.

No hot water in shower/ bathtub won't drain/ bar sink won't drain/ advised front desk/ technician on vacation

Absolutely a great value! Indoor Swapmeet (Fantastic) right next door. Convenient access to I-17 and all of the Phoenix Metro area. A little cincerned about the use of and lack of electrical outlets in the room but we managed to charge our laptop, phones and my wheelchair with little effort. Getting to the hotel is interesting. Though the hotel is not the highest "Quality", it certainly is more than sufficient for the purpose it had to serve. I wanted to bring my niece to GCU which is less than one mile away. You can actually walk it if the heat was not so bad. We spend our nights in the hotel, the remainder of the times we were out buying her supplies, decorating the dorm […] room etc, It took a little "getting used to" the noise of the AC window/wall unit as it had seen it's quiet day go by but it kept us cool. The air conditioner made a horrible sound when running and everytime it kicked back on the noise got even worse. There was an iron but no ironing board. The remote did not work for the tv. I took it to the office and they gave me another one but it did not work either. Also, the backs were missing from both remotes. The tv up channel did not work.

The rooms were clean and recently painted. The staff was very nice.The location seemed to be in a bid of a bad neighborhood but the lots were well lit. I was glad that we had the 2 German Shepherds. One night we awoke to a truck revving its engine and honking its horn and them spinning its tires while leaving.

No bathroom door on the first room assigned to us. We requested another room. The next room had a horrible smell in the refridgerator. We had to use ice to keep our sons milk cold, we were too tired to find another place to stay. No remote for the TV but they brought us one. Then no HBO, we called the front desk but she just said " that's weird" and […] they had no more TV's and she couldn't do anything about it. The bathtub looked filthy from the stains. They were truly some of the most disorganized people i have ever seen. It took 45 minutes to check me in and the front desk clerk kept telling me I hadn't paid but all of my credit cards were being rejected as well. Finally after 45 minutes of waiting for him to try and figure it out he finally called someone and was told to just get me into a room […] since I was paid and the charges and receipt would show up the next day. The hotel itself was very nice inside and the price was very good for a convenient one night stay. However, the surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the staff was nice and the condition of the room was well worth the price.
