事前購入のお得プランで、期待してなかったのですが、７階の部屋からの眺望以外は、広い部屋と２台のtvとバスルームと使い勝手が良かったうえ、清潔・快適。高級ホテル館内を歩くのは心も癒されました。セキュリティーもしっかりしていて、ルームカードキーを差し込まなければ、部屋には行けません。安心です。無料フィットネスジムを使う時間がなかったのが残念。ウォーターフロント駅やシーバス乗り場は目前の感じの距離で、便利。

I have stayed at several Delta Hotels , this is by far the most superior with customer awareness from remembering your name to prompt service.

Hotel was great as far as being close to everything. Our room had a view of the HVAC system so that wasnt too pleasent. However close walk to robson and granville as well as waterfront skytrain for easy access to rogers arena and bc place!

Excellent hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, it is close to everything downtown. The service was wonderful. I will be staying there again :)

It was a treat to stay at this hotel at the great special room rates on offer. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a short wander from the downtown waterfront train station which makes it convenient to reach especially after a long flight. We liked our stay at the Delta, clean rooms.hotel was nice. Convenient to all areas downtown,price was ok. I don't like being charged for wifi and parking, it just seems in this day and age when businesses are hurting they gouge you with pitally little charges like that. Our travelling friends and we all say that we don't sleep restfully in hotels and we certainly aren't able to sleep in. However, all of us slept well and very long both nights we stayed here. The location is so IDEAL, and there is usually a good deal to be had if you do your homework. We will be back!

Great location and feels like home

I was a bit disappointed to be honest, after having stayed in Delta Hotels in the past...... I appeared to have been put in a little-used room and it was a bit dusty (though left sparkling the following day after the housekeeping staff had been). The bedding was dreadful! My wife and I were taken by how fantastic the staff were. Sincerely going out of their way to make sure we were having the best time in Vancouver! The room itself was big and comfy and beautiful.

I find Delta Hotels have consistently high standards and the Delta Vancouver Suites is no exception. The hotel is the located heart of the business district and very handy for my meetings. The staff at this hotel is fantastic (they go out of their way to make you comfortable), the location is awesome, the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival the room was not ready (we were 2 hours early for check-in) but were offered an upgraded room with additional amenities for a reasonable price - which we took and were glad to have the Signature Club at our disposal. Got of the ship at 8 am and went to the hotel. From the moment we left the taxi to the moment we left Vancouver the best hotel stay ever.it's pricy but so is everything in Vancouver. Great suite, great food, wonderful service, we will come back

Quality for value outstanding. Close to cruse location; walking distance or cab ride depending on baggage and fitness level. Room amenities outstanding; on site restaurant exceptional; local mussels were outstanding. Definitely a plus ranking.

Hotel is very well situated near waterfront station for access to airport plus within walking distance to shopping, tourist sites, etc. etc. Above all hotel is lovely and spacious and service from all staff - front desk, cleaning staff and restaurant staff is A1+

I spent 6 wonderful days in Vancouver with the Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel as my base. Thanks to a reasonable rate found on hotels.com, I booked a signature club queen room with free internet on the 23rd floor. It was very nicely laid out - with the sitting area and desk separated from the bed. The bathroom was basic. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Having access to the refreshments and deck in the club lounge was very nice. Vancouver is a very walkable city and I am a walker - so, I found the location of the hotel offered me access to the neighborhoods (Gastown, Yaletown, Granville Island, the Burrand Inlet, Downtown, West End, Stanley Park...) that I wished to explore. room had a small of smoking they moved us to other room stil was the same but all together every thing was verey good .stafe were verey nice and helpe full the resturant in the hotel was verey good and every thig was frashneighbor hood in the west side was good but other side do not ask.to busy of everythings some good and bad

We walked off our cruise ship to this hotel at 7:30am expecting to store our luggage until rooms were ready. Our rooms were ready! We got EXCELLENT referral from Allison at the front desk for a driver (Eduardo) to take our group of ten to Butchart Gardens and tour of Victoria and then he made a reservation at a great restaurant that we were able to […] walk back to the hotel. Close to Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley Park. Stay off of East Hastings and you can walk pretty much anywhere you want to go. Very nice suite, friendly staff
