Room and everything was nice but they charged us for a pack-n-play crib. First time a hotel has ever charged me for that.

My husband had brought an expensive pillow with him. We forgot it at the hotel. The next day I called the hotel & told the reservation manager, annette. She was very accomodating. She wrapped it up, took it to the post office & mailed it back to us. We really appreciate this considerate service.

While room was generally fine.....bathroom had large whrilpool tub with large octagonal opening with opening to room , hence NO Privacy between bath and room.....very strange !

Multiple issues; 2 persons at front desk at checkin were new or not well trained....had some confusion with hotels.com payment to them and I have a "pending charge" on my credit card, as yet unresolved. 2 of electrical outlets not working. At checkout, I went to front desk and sign said"be back in a few minutes" , so left. Heating unit ran with fan […] constantly. could not set to auto. The hotel is nice from the outside, but the interior is run cheaply. The hallway was not airconditioned and the smoke smell was horrible. The room was just as bad. We bought lysol and a car air freshner to make the smell better - it helped, but why do we need to do that? Breakfast was a complete joke - it is in a hallway basically - no carpet, just […] tile and the outside front door opens up into the eating area. The room to move around was very tight. This hotel was very close to our destination for the day. It's closeness to the interstate and location was a big factor. We were not put out of our way for our stay and it was very quiet. The hotel staff were very professional and were able to answer any questions we had.

Room was not quite as clean as it had been when I stayed there in the spring. They were upgrading though as they were installing new carpet. Check-in was fine, but they went way too far inputing info from my driver's license into the computer. At checkout, they would not give me a paper receipt. They emailed it later.
