We stay here because close to family for visit. Room not cleaned, no bed made, no towels changed. All cleaning staff apparently leave before checkout time. Did ask for room with microwave and frig and received them. Since the lack of cleaning is recurring, will look for another place next visit.

Generally good, but room not cleaned nor towels changed. When problem raised, said too late to fix it. All workers gone. Microwave missing from room. Have to ask for room with microwave and frig.

Pros: room was very comfortable and Clean. Excellent selection of TV channels. Convenient microwave and refrigerator in the room. Hotel staff very accommodating (they retrieved something we left behind...thank you!) Cons: AC was a bit loud. location of Hotel was a difficult to navigate. All in all...We plan on staying again!

The hotel itself was being remodeled, so that wasn't in good condition. But the room itself was very nice, newly remodeled and clean.

The hotel was fabulous, nice and clean, very comfortable. Everything was wonderful, the sheets and pillows was sooo white and nice, Please go and ee for yourself, on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it an 11.

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel and ut was horrible the staff wasn't very helpful items weren't available until certain times and the breakfast was bad

I live right over the river in North Augusta, so it wasn't far away. It's actually easy to find now that all the road construction is complete, and one of the reasons I picked this hotel is because it's not on a busy road. The staff was friendly and the room was great. The bed was a little too soft for me, the boyfriend loved it except it was also a […] bit short feeling. The towels made me laugh they were so tiny, but the shower was nice and hot. The elevator had a musty smell, but none of the hallways did that I noticed. i got 2 adjoining rooms for our 1 night stay. Dont think the rooms included a microwave and mini fridge, but front desk was very accomodating and had both the micro and fridge in both rooms when we arrived!! One of the elevators was out of order at the time:( I personally think parking should have been designed around the building, instead of just the […] front and rear. But for the price we paid, I was really impressed with the quality and comfort of the room. The bed was super comfortable!! Shower pressure and temp could have been better. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel despite it being directly off the Interstate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, updated and surprisingly nice with a very comfortable bed. Only thing--the hallway carpets need serious steam cleaning or replacement--before seeing my nice room, the hall carpets were a real put off.

It was nice and quite comfy. The location wasn't all that convenient because it was all the way behind a bunch of buildings. But it was a very quaint place to stay.

It was great.

We enjoyed our two night stay. Overall quality was above average for the mid-range hotel. Amenities, i.e. breakfast, exercise room, in-room internet access, pool were good. Rooms were clean, only issue was the tub drain did not function properly.

9:00 pm we lose electrical power to all appliances in the room, staff assign us a different room on a different floor (we moved our things). We were in the seceond room 30 minutes before discovering bugs. we checked out immediately. We were not charged, but we had to find another hotel after 10:00pm.

Really nice rooms, very comfortable beds. You will be pleasantly surprised! Nice hot breakfast buffet, too.

The first room we were putin was very dusty. I asked to be moved to another room before my husband got off at 430(when I checked in it was about 2) and the manager on duty (Ms B-for the sake of the posting) said that she would make sure the maids went by to dust the room. My husband has asthma so we were not stating in that dusty room. Well, we returned […] to the hotel around 445 and the room had not been dusted. Ms. B had already left for the day so the person at the front counter changed our room for us...well the next room the plug for the fridge and microwave didn't work and the fridge had been defrosted(had a small stinch to it as well) so once again we had to be moved..finally this time they got it right. We spent one night while visiting my neice. The staff was very friendly and helpful but we found food products on the floor of our room including a whole pepperoni slice (and we didn't order pizza.) The facitlities look older than they are refecting a long deficiency in routine maintenance. The breakfast left much to be desired...only thing edible was […] the waffle. Again, very friendly hard working staff but I don't think they had the resources they needed (like real eggs for breakfast.) We visit Augusta often and will not stay at this hotel again. I stayed at this hotel for my interview at MCG. I was a little worried because it is kind of in the middle of nowhere but its totally worth it! The bed is SOOO comfortable and the shower is awesome. We come to Augusta for child visitation/custody issues. We normally try to stay close to the courthouse. Every time has been a horrible experience. We decided to stay at this hotel this time-which is 20 minutes away. What a difference. It was a clean, non smoking room. It didnt smell like smoke or that horrible deoderizer some hotels use to cover it […] up. The bathroom was clean, no mildew or bugs. The room had a very comfy bed, couch, 2 tvs, microwave, refrigerater, kitchen sink, iron and ironing board. The staff was friendly. They were all smiling and would ask you how you were doing when you passed them in the hall. They allowed a late check out so we could come back and pack after our court case. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was --- I was disappointed with my linens not being changed after leaving the card as instructed on the pillow, however, when I left the room at noon, maybe they had already passed my room with the cleaning crew. All in all, I was most pleased and will stay there again.

I really enjoyed the hotel and its friendly staff. The price was excellent, too. The only problem was getting to it by car. Apparently the nearby highway (520) has some exits that were changed, and that confused my GPS. I would certainly recomment the hotel.

Excellent service, great room, price right. Would stay there again and again.
