Good location

it's a great hotel. Everything is much better than in us. one thing to improve, the fan is somehow noisy.

The hotel's location is good and their rooms are clean. However their bed mattress is too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. We got a queen sized bed and we couldn't sleep well because the bed is just too hard to sleep on.

i stayed at room 1807 and the room was very small.i thought it would be bigger since it was a premier room.it also took long for us to get a room even after 2pm.the breakfast was very good though.i would still stay there though.

The hotel is in the best location can be. The terminal of the ferry is tow flors under the hotel lobby and the exits are directly to Canton road.

Hotel room is small, but from what I understand is common for Hong Kong, unless you pay a higher rate. The room was find, but the bed was a platform type, a little low and very firm type mattress. My main complaint is that I could not control the fan, which strongly blew relatively cold air into the room at all times., and made a rather loud noise. I also could not see how to control the temperature. As a result sleeping was difficult. I had to use a blanket, even though the weather was fairly warm (near 20C in the daytime). Very convenient to take ferry between HK and Macau. Also, good location for shopping high end fashion wears. Good and typical HK eatery shops are not located within the hotel locality.

Tower rooms are newly renovated and are spacious by HK standard. The tower rooms are much larger than a standard room so go for a tower room if you can. Location is good for shops and restaurants. The mtr is a 10 minute walk across the park to take you to hong kong island. Great for family with small kids since it is a bridge crossing to walk to Kowloon […] Park with a great playground. Would recommend anyone staying for short period in Hong Kong, close to shopping, MTR, Courtsey bus to airport, Ocean centre, Harbour cntre.....

The hotel is comfortable and in a good location in TST near to a great number of shops. If you are staying for more than a cpl of days, do not stay in the newly refurbished premier rooms as these are very small. Close to ferry, bus, train, shops, park. Quiet. Small room with firm bed is typical for Hong Kong. Would stay here again.

After 5 weeks traveling around China and staying in 5 star hotels, we were pretty spoiled, but not jaded enough not to be blown away by the view of the Kowloon harbor from our room . The decor and efficiency of the staff were indeed 5 star and don't miss the weekend buffet.

Actually, this hotel has got two buildings like hotel and tower wings. SO, the hotel.com has got more details about this two wings.... If I know the room size in hotel woings was like that small and old, I might take the other option, tower side or other hotels..... Your Hotel was wonderful and fantastic to me.But I don't know why breakfast is not included in my room charges.So I have to pay for me.

We chose to stay at this hotel because it was extremely convenient to the ferry terminal to Macao, the terminal was literally downstairs the hotel, you don't even have to walk outside. Since we stayed at this hotel before and after our Macao trip, it also provided convenient luggage storage and retrieval. The room was huge and clean, however the furniture was out-dated ( a throw back to the '80s) and the bedding especially the pillow was lacking. Upon our return from Macao, we weren't upgraded and had to stay in the hotel side. The room (1207) was what you would expect from a typical HK hotel - it was small and cramped- had a hard time openning a 26" and 21" luggage. The bathroom was horrible, the ceiling had steel planks and were rusting. There was mold on the shower tiles, and don't even look under the sink! A chunk of the wall was missing and it was extremely dusty (clumps of gray dust). Good thing I did not end my HK vacation at this hotel. Rooms are clean and about average-sized in terms of Asian hotels, staff is friendly and efficient, and hotel's location is excellent. It's less than 50 meters to the Harbour City Mall and about a 5 minute walk to the MTR. Can take the airport express & shuttle bus directly to the hotel,so it's really convenient. Overall, it's worth the price.

Like others have said, the rooms are very small. I was expecting small but not tiny. The hotel is close to great shopping and the Star Ferry. For me, this was important as I took the Star Ferry to many of HK's tourist sites. I'd stay at this hotel again.

Clean and well situated hotel. The rooms are very small, but sufficient for a 2 or 3 day stay. Bath tub too short for the average European. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet usage included in room rate. Considering the cost of accommodation in HK, it's probably good value for your money.

Picked this hotel based on Canton Road location to the appointments I had in Kowloon and was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. People were very nice and helpful and the facility was excellent.

Hotel room was extremely small, even by HK standards. Bed was uncomfortably hard. Staff was very friendly, the location is awesome, but the rooms are in much need of an update/upgrade. The bathrooms were very dated and water pressure was not great.

Excellent location for everything. The room and closet spaces are small, compare to other 4 stars hotel. We would stay at this hotel if we ever visit HK again. Price is a little high for the size/location of the room. May dry to stay at the ocean view side if the price is right. I got a fantastic deal but it was perhaps luck or that week was not a big week... considering that and the rest of the hotel amenities it was a great find. Will do it again even if at slightly higher price.

One morning I was shocked after I flushed the toilet and saw very dirty water came out from the toilet tank. I called the housekeeping right away. But they didn't find any work on the pipe. Until I came back in the night and call the front desk then I was told that there were broken pipe which caused the dirty water flow into the toilet tank. Excellent Location. Close to shopping, next to Kowloon Park,next to ocean.

Hotel is clean with polite staff. It has good location where almost all the top brands have its store, and a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Minus points are its small room size and no pool facility.

The bathroom looked used up and it had a weird acidic stench when i checked-in.

Comfortable and clean, we were given a free upgrade to a larger room with glimpses of the harbour. Friendly helpful staff. Would stay there again, and recommend to our friends.

The normal room is basic: small and no nice views but clean. However the view ouside the hotel of the HK skyline is very nice. I recommend you the restaurant sweet dinasty next to the hotel, very good chinese food and desserts.

Good location, it near to the MTR station (Tsim Sha Tshui ), Shopping malls and Ferry Terminal to Macau.

For its price it was one of the smallest rooms I've stayed at in the China/HK area (think cruise ship cabin). The carpet in the room looked and felt old and unclean -- as did the bathroom. The toilet did not work when we first went in and had to get maintenance to come fix it (they were however very quick to send someone up to fix it). Hotel was in primary location close to Star Ferry & Ocean Center shopping mall . Hotel entry was convinient beign on the L floor where there were no rush of traffic Hotel staff were freindly and helpful .

Conveniently located next to Harbor Plaza in Kowloon, Hong Kong, this hotel gives you the best access to great restaurants and shopping. Hotel staffs are very friendly; however, service is sometimes very slow or even forgotten. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights of which during our stay, we called to ask for ice and other information, and they have forgotten […] to get back to us twice. The hotel is big and quite busy. The first night when we checked in, they gave us a smoking room, even though we requested a non-smoking room in our reservation, and they didn't inform us aobut it until we got into the room. When we called front desk to request for a non-smoking room, they told us that we will be downgraded to a different room on the lower level. They said that they can come and spray our room with a chemical that will take away the cigarette smell. We agreed to stay and left to go shopping and eat. When we returned late that night, the room still smelled of cigarette smoke. We decided to stay through the night, and call them the next morning to request for a room change. The next day, they informed us that a non-smoking room has become available, and we moved. We're glad we did, because the non-smoking room was on a Premier Level, and the room has been renovated with nicer decor and newer furnishings. MTR station and Nathan Rd are a short walk away (a pleasant walk through the park); restaurants, shops, and ferries to Macao and China are next door. The location is excellent since it is right by the ferry and a lot of shopping. The only downside was that the room was very musty. Even the sheets felt sort of damp from the heavy humidity. Some humidifiers in the room would likely take care of the problem.
