It was a great stay. Only one night, wish it could have been longer. This is a great hotel. It has a lot to offer, and the staff was very courteous and friendly. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable, and the price was right. It's not the Ritz, but for the money it's great.

We were very impressed with EVERYTHING and the pool/spa was fabulous. We even appreciated the fact that the pool was opened until midnight!!

we found the hotel to be in a convenient place, as we were attending a Nascar Race. The staff were easy going, and welcoming. Continental breakfast was perfect; with allot of variety. We would stay there again if we were to come to Concord.

We had a pleasant stay and found all the staff to be very kind and helpful. Everything was clean;rooms, lobby, pool, locker rooms, breakfast area.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and the wonderful complimentary breakfast. The pool was being renovated but we were able to use the Marriott's right next door and it was lovely. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

Did not look like much from the road, but very pleasant once we got inside. Oddly, the front entrance is at the side opposite the road we came in on. Room was clean and well-furnished. We were very pleased with this hotel, we recommend it ! Quite, confortable beds and clean room, good breakfast, good neighborhood, good location, good price for all this advantages !

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods: waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc... The best part for us was the pool. The water was like bath-water, warm and pleasant to swim in. If you like swimming, this pool is the best!

It's an alright hotel overall. Their hot tub is about the size of a cereal bowl... seriously I don't know why they even bothered putting one in. Service was good though, and rooms were pretty nice.

They went far beyond the call of duty to help my wife when she let the battery in the car run down with the lights on overnight. They offered to have a maintenance worker jump start the car, saving us a hefty fee. The staff were marvelous.

except for the pool under renovation, our experience at the Comfort Inn in Concord was great. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. They even had cookies waiting for us when we arrived. This hotel had everything we needed and more. The beds were heavenly comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of hot or cold, with plenty available.

we appreciated the prompt check in -- all staff members were cheerful and helpful when needed- the beds were very pretty and comfy(not memory foam!) the breakfast area was stocked nicely keeping everyone in my family happy with the plentiful choices-the kids had a great time in the pool- thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. Second room had a problem with air conditioning and they sent maintenance right up to fix it! Comfortable beds and good breakfast bar.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Comfort Inn-Concord. We found the service to be excellent and the staff courteous and helpful. We would have stayed again the following week but the rate was going to increase considerably because of a nearby NASCAR race. Overall we were very satisfied.

We were there during the Laconia Motorcycle Rally and their were lots of bikes and people in and out of the hotel...very busy. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for the cost. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. Dining area was very small in relation to the number of rooms in the hotel. Trash was not picked up in a timely fashion outside lobby.

Front desk was very helpful with providing written driving instructions to various restaurants and other sites in the area. Wish every hotel would bother to make photocopies to hand out as directions like this -- saved us a lot of trouble.
