This place is in a rough neighborhood, was moderately clean, smelled a little funky, but had a wonderful pool. Slightly overpriced. No bed bugs and a free breakfast so I can't hate too hard.

If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is comfortable.....this works It is close to the highway and the airport.

Hotel in need of major maintenance. Bathtub was clogged, we notified the front desk and they promised to send somebody to fix it. Nobody showed up. At 11:30 pm we called the front desk again because the heating unit was not working and the room was very cold. At that time of the night they had no other solution than move us to another room. At 4am landscapers parked their diesel work truck outside my window and left it running while they started up their chain saws and blowers.

Average hotel. nothing is really good or bad. Price is high for the condition.

affordable downtown location.everyone was very nice.

The room was clean, but the TV was has terrible, with snow on it or static. We never got a clear picture. We did not ask to switch rooms as we got there very late and had a funeral to attend early in the morning. The breakfast was great the room was clean and the hotel was very clean. Keylock in rear by parking lot was broken so anyone could have walked in & had access to the rooms.

This hotel needs a facelift and the small rooms are tiny. Hotel staff was courteous and moved me to a one bedroom suite, Lots of space in this room. However, there needs to be some maintenance done here also. Location was perfect for my needs. I doubt I would book there again . The price was too much for the quality of the hotel,

This location is perfect for a good night's rice. Nothing fancy and you won't leave feeling pampered, but it is clean, comfortable and safe. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center. This hotel was a much better price than the nearby choices. If you are worried about the location or convenience, don't worry. Hotel was convenient to downtown and the light rail system. rooms were comfortable however, there were very few TV channels (less than 20) and although we were close to the front desk, the wireless internet access was not strong enough to carry even general web browsing. We could not use our laptops during the entire week stay. They are under staffed […] in the mornings so a little slow keeping food out and ready in the continental breakfast. Good hotel for the money. Very comfortable pillow top mattresses. Breakfast was better than expected.

I found this hotel to be appropriate for my needs but wasn't overly impressed by anything I found. The service was adequate, and the staff allowed me to check in early (for which I was grateful) but seemed much more interested in their personal conversation than the guest in front of them, to the point where I felt almost uncomfortable. The rooms were clean, but in serious need of remodeling. Everything was old and frayed. The night clerk was very nice, even brought us extra towels and helped us get the AC going. When we checked in the hotel manager on duty was very friendly. We were given our card keys and headed to our room. When we attempted to open the door, the card key reader was inoperative. We attempted one more time after having our cards reprogrammed, but still did not work. I was attending a convention in Phoenix, so my primary concern was close to convention center, reasonable price and convenient transportation. I was able to get from the Skyharbor airport to Quality by Metro (bus from airport to light rail & less than a block from light rail to Quality Inn. The light rail is great - clean, efficent right by all the major […] spots - convention center, basketball, baseball, airport. Quality Inn staff were very friendly & helpful, good breakfast, clean room. Only downer was we were by the elevator & we could hear all the noise & the talking in the hall. Tip - the Phoenix Art Museum is literally out the back door & across the street. You can walk into the courtyard & have lunch or dinner there without going around to the front & getting a pass to go to the cafe. It's a great place for lunch - wheter to tour the museum later or not. Chico's Tacos, 3 blocks down in the Safeway parking lot has some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten. The hotel was located close to the Art Museum, City Library and just a jump away from the convention center and downtown core. Muy buen servicio, limpieza y atención, solo que la habitación esta demasiado pequeña, ya que como ejemplo la puerta del baño no cierra si el inodoro esta cerrado. El estacionamiento esta poco iluminado
