ホテルは古いが不潔感は全く無く、フロントの対応も良い。朝の食事も美味しい。 なにより駅に近く、Votiv教会が隣であり、ウィーン大学の近くであり夜の治安も全然問題なし。 駅近辺のコンビニが２２時まで営業しているのも便利。

I can say that it is too hot to stay in the room without any airconditioner. Another room in which my friend stay has airconditioner. The room seems good. Breakfast is pretty good. Wifi access is good as well. I can see a beautiful church from my room which is beautiful. But, again, I wanted airconditioner to stay in the room.

どこに出かけるのにもとても便利なところにあります。 シュテファン寺院、ショッピングや有名なカフェ、国立歌劇場にのんびり歩いて15～20分で行かれるし地下鉄、路面電車、バスもすぐに乗れるのはすばらしい！ 朝食は一般的なウィーンのホテルのメニューですがたいへんおいしく満足でした。 部屋のドアにチェーンがなくなんとなく落ち着かなかったし、起こさないでください　の札がなく寝ていたい時にメイドさんが何度も訪ねて来て疲れてしまいました。　あと掛け布団が重かったのがなんとも・・・・

近くになじみのカフェがあり，仕事にも便利なホテルなのでよく使う。落ち着いた場所にあり，地下鉄などとのアクセスもそれほど苦にならない。ネットも使い放題だし，空いているときにはとても広くて気持ちの良い部屋を用意してくれる。ただ，同じ料金でも時には屋根裏部屋のような狭い部屋や通りに面していない部屋に入れられることもあり，なんとも気まぐれなホテルである。仕事でなければ，事前に通りに面した広めの部屋など，注文を入れておくのもよいだろう。ウィーンのホテルに詳しいわけではないが，ここで十分に満足している。

先日、母と4泊しましたが、隣には素敵な教会がありお部屋も天井が高く清潔でとても快適でした。 とにかくどこへ行くにも交通の便がよいのもお勧めです。 建物に歴史を感じますが、そこがまたレトロでよかったです。シャワーもよく出て、お湯もちゃんと温かかったです。 あえて言うなら、朝食にもうちょっとバリエーションがあってもよかったかもしれません。 手ごろな価格を考えると、全体的にとっても満足です！

朝食が良いと他のサイトで記入があったので、ここにしましたが、たいしたことはありませんでした。 この朝食で、立地と値段を考慮すると、もっとリンク内の便利な、3ツ星以下のホテルで良かったと思います。地下鉄まで少し歩きます。 　一人でダブルの部屋を3泊もしたのに、最初の1泊はシャワーのみの部屋で、バスタブにして欲しいとお願いして、残りの2泊はバスタブ付の広い部屋にして貰いました。4つ星と思うほど、フロントがとても小さいです。

Great hotel for great value, close to the U2 line and Vienna University. 10 minute walk to Hofburg Palace 15 minutes to Stephansplatz. Nice little cafe attached that serves an above average continental breakfast until 10 in the morning and serves as a full service restaurant in the evenings (added bonus: surprisingly nice wine selection)

I've stayed several times in Hotel Regina and will continue to do so. It is located very near to the Schottentor underground station, which is very convenient. The hotel itself has a really nice old world feel, while the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is very 'old style' in décor and atmosphere. Well located in one of the major transport hubs of Vienna and easy walk to the centre of the city. The room was overheated and there was no comfortable space to work in it, though the lobby got plenty of space.

The bellman Josef was fantastic. He helped me in many ways: to change my room that I did not really like to one I did & at no additional cost. He also was helpful in giving me directions on where to go to get a gift. I got a very large corner room, bright and comfortable, nice city views with two sides of large windows, extremely responsive and friendly staff. and there is too much to love Vienna, the stunning architecture, rich history, music, arts, food, gourmet coffee, beautiful scenaries, modest prices, friendly people... Only complaints are two minor ones, […] the big bed was two twin mattresses put together, understand this is European thing, but wish they had a big mattress pad to cover over the two mattresses so there isn't a gap in the middle of the bed that could become bigger if you move too much when sleeping. Second complaint is I was on the first floor, traffic noise is a little loud in the early morning when you may still be sleeping although that would not be a problem if you are not having your jet lag sleeps. Oh, one additional thing, one staff seemed to be somewhat ignorant and I think gave me the wrong info when he told me NaschMarket closed at 5. The food market really closes much later 9 or 11 at night. That made me miss out on the days I could have enjoyed food there rather than dining at the hotel, which is not great. Overall I'd rate the experience a 3.5; slightly above average. Hotel is in a great location. The room condition was fine, nothing special but clean and utilitarian. Service was always helpful. Only minor issue was the AC would cut out from time to time.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However, having booked a double room we were disappointed to find two single beds made up separately and pushed together. They were not joined and moved apart very easily. There was no no air-conditioning, just an air circulation system and the weather was particularly hot. WE ARRIVED ON THE WARMEST DAY IN AUGUST AND WERE ASSIGNED A ROOM WITHOUT AC. WHEN WE ASKED IF WE COULD SWITCH TO A ROOM WITH AC THE STAFF DID THIS QUICKLY. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD IS WE MOVED SO QUICKLY FROM ONE ROOM TO ANOTHER WE LOST A PERSONAL ITEM THE HOTEL COULD NOT RECOVER.

Our only problem was getting the air conditioned room we had asked for from Hotels.com. Not all rooms have A/C and it took a bit of toe to toe negotiation to get the room with A/C. One day our room was missed for maid service. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is near many attractions and is near by tram and bus stations. The staff is great and well informed. The building itself is great and located next to the Votivkirche. The internet connection was stable and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to all!
