We were overun by 2 separate events of children, many children, using the pool area, secreaming and splasjingWe cancelled our next stay

Very well situated, clean, modern Hotel. Only complaint was the TV, all the channels were snowy, not good reception.

Very satisfied with the hotel overall. The only thing that is a big negative is that hardly anyone speaks English, so its sometimes hard to communicate with the staff.

Close to a great Mayan museum and the zoo. Near the waterfront.

Got to the hotel and was greeted with a front desk clerk who spoke English. This was a plus being in Mexico and being able to comfortable converse with. The clerk was courteous and recommended ways to enjoy my stay. My only draw backs were than the room was a bit small. They said queen size but the beds were actually full size. this was still adequate […] for my needs. Also the shower wall had a bit of mould. The room was quiet, but there was mould on the ceiling and a slight mouldy smell - this is the reason for NOT recommending this hotel. The hotel is located opposite to the local museum, where the latter, however, only has VERY FEW original artifacts.

Sorry that the reservation they received did not indicate that the price we paid included breakfast. I had to go to my emails (since I hadn't printed it out) and show them that indeed breakfast was included. They were gracious, of course. Breakfast was fine, but not the fabulous buffet I was hoping for. . . which apparently is not served every morning. […] Next time I will check. We will return, of course! もっと読む

Have to admit I felt lame beforehand going for a Holiday Inn, but it was a good choice! It is about as upscale and fine as you can get in Chetumal. Everything worked just fine and the front desk people can help you, even if there is a tiny language barrier. Staff was very helpful and friendly, felt nice dealing with all of them whatever things I had […] to settle or get fixed. The room is clean and decent standard. The pool is a big plus and locations just fine. It takes you 15 min to walk the main road down to the shore. Chetumal is a tranquil little town where people seem to leave you pretty much alone, which is good. If I go to Chetumal again, I would surely stay in Holiday Inn again. もっと読む

Mycket välkött hotell med en bra resturang

Das Holiday Inn Chetumal liegt im Zentrum von Chetumal, direkt gegenüber vom Maya-Museum. Es ist ein typisches Holiday Inn mit dem Standard, den man von dieser Kette erwarten kann. Chetumal selbst an der Grenze zu Belize könnte in 20 Jahren einmal ein zweites Cancun werden, davon ist es aber noch weit entfernt, an der Hauptstraße sind abends noch wenige […] Touristen unterwegs, es ist noch eher ursprünglich. Muy buena ubicación, a unas cuadras de la bahía y frente al mercado y el museo de Cultura Maya.

Aunque mi estancia fue corta y no precisamente en plan turístico, tuve tiempo para recorrer la ciudad y conocerla un poco más. Me gusta mucha, es muy tranquila, limpia y espero regresar para conocer sus alrededores que seguramente son atractivos.

El hotel es cómodo y seguro, además de contar con una excelente ubicación y el personal que labora da un buen trato a los visitantes, es cien por cierto recomendable.

se encuentra comodo y esa centrico, tiene cerca los comercio, los bancos y todo, el desayuno esta sabroso

wij hebben hier 1 nacht verbleven tijdens een rondrit en hebben dan ook van niet veel meer dan van de kamer gebruik gemaakt het hotel heeft waarschijnlijk al betere tijden gekend, de tand des tijds heeft hier en daar wel wat sporen nagelaten desalniettemin zeer ruime en reine kamer (jr suite), ietwat kleine badkamer met sterk verlaagd plafond, af en […] toe ratelende airco (zoals blijkbaar in de meeste hotels in mexico) maar vooral een zalig king size bed prijs/kwaliteit zeker een meer dan voldoende van ons もっと読む

TOOOO much money for what you get. Durty pool and unengaged staf. You can get the same service for 1/3 price on the same streat if you look for private alternative. There is no need to book throu internet - there are a lot of dicente hotels in the city center.

Hôtel très bien situé mais qui n'a pas beaucoup de charme.

Los cuartos tienen MUCHA humedad, huelen muy mal, los aires acondicionados no funcionan bien

le precio esta muy elevada para que lo quen dan de servicio, le unico que fue informativo fuel el que nos ayudo a llevar las maletas, las personas que trabajan en front desk no tienen buen servicio
