Everything was great until I asked for a later check-out time (due to dance competition sched ule running late). Two others in my party were accomodated yet the girl at the front desk would not give me any additional time. I had to run from the hotel to the convention center about 4 times between my daughters performances to remove my items from the […] room. Ayres Hotels are very classy with old world European charm, yet nicely appointed with wood and marble, and very comfortable to settle in for a quiet evening at home ...away from home. My favorite places to stay in California.

We have stayed here before, wonderful friendly staff, comfy beds, good breakfast selection in the morning. This time however, the used soap was left in the shower from the previous night. A little gross. But will stay again.

Love this Place... Staff was So friendly & helpful.. Bed was Amazing So soft & comfortable !!!!! Marissa was so Friendly & helpful she allowed me to check in Early as a convenience to me instead of making me go back 5 hrs. Only Bad note was the breakfast not to good (room temp. food)

We found the lobby and hotel rooms to be very clean, regal, stately, and elegant. The beds were cozy and the furniture beautiful. We found so signs of neglect or shop worn. Very helpful staff, room came with microwave and small refrigerator, along with flat panel tv and free Internet. Multiple choices of eating establishments nearby, along with cafe in hotel. Full breakfast is included with room. Had eggs, bacon potatoes pancakes juice and coffee. Couldn't ask for more! Very happy!!

First time staying at an Ayres and it won't be my last. Excellent customer service, great looking hotel, comfortable beds/rooms. Breakfast was also very good!! It is near the airport, so you do hear some planes, which was not an issue for me. Very enjoyable stay:)

Clean, comfortable and priced right for business travel in Ontario. Rooms are quiet given the close proximity to ONT and departing flights. Starbucks is across the street and the free hotel shuttle was prompt when I called.

I have stayed here before and the hotel is comfortable, the staff very friendly and it's very convenient to the airport and highway. I will be staying here again.

When we arrived there was a mix up with our room. The desk staff was great. After speaking with Hotel.com they upgraded up to a first floor suite with a jucuzzi tub! Full made to order breakfast. All around great Stay.

The whole experience at this hotel was wonderful. I had a room facing the courtyard and it was beautiful. The only disappointment was that in the description of my room it said jetted tub. Nice Rooms. Plenty of space for the money.

The only problem was the noise with trains, airplanes and the refrigerator in room.

Very comfortable, great food, etc. Only two things needed: a swingover bolt for doorlock for safety, and the peep-hole should not look straight to the bed, especially for a woman traveling alone. I covered mine. Would still recommend as a very nice hotel.

I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel! The Staff is very helpful! The Hotel overall is very warm and inviting. I enjoyed the breakfast very much. There was a nice variety of food. My room was very comfortable. I thought that being near the airport would be a problem with noise but the plane noise is fine. The only noise was from the Train […] nearby. A good clean hotel with a "Classic European" theme that is sufficiently tasteful to be a pleasant change. The staff were friendly. The rooms and beds are good. It is worth requesting a room away from the rail line. Those facing the pool are nice and quiet .

From the minute we arrived we knew it was a nice place to stay. The room was modern, roomy, and very clean! The staff was great and very nice. Check in was a dream and real fast. While I was there, I over heard someone other patron give praise to the staff for the above mentioned reasons. The Hotels.com discount even made it better!

This was just a stop over for us, but it was a welcome respite. The room was very spacious, comfortable and spotless. Will definitely seek out Ayres properties in the future.

Stayed at the Ayres Hotel at the Convention Center in Ontario CA as my daughter had a dance competition. Near train track and airport ? slight noise

Everything rocked!!!

The accommodations were sub par. The room smelled weird the whole time, the towels were like sandpaper, and the bathroom was so poorly lit it was like a horror movie in there. The staff was unaccommodating and rude. If I ever had to stay in Ontario again for any reason, I would never stay here.

The hotel was a great experience at a very reasonable price. Upon check in we were given 4 tickets, 2 were free drinks of house wine/domestic beer/non-alcoholic from the bar between 5-7pm with snacks and the other 2 tickets were for breakfast. We love Ayers, and this one in particular. Beautiful grounds upkeep. My son took photos of the enormous roses by the pool area; Elephant statues on entry were beautiful as well. Lobby was relaxing and sophisticated. Breakfast area and food were top for this sort of express hot breakfast. The Ayres hotel and suites in Ontario California is convenient to the Ontario Airport. The complementary breakfast was okay, but not something to write home about. The staff is particularly professional an conscientious.
