料金が安くてそれほど期待していなかったが、広くてきれいな部屋だった。最近泊ったホテルは水はけが悪いところが多かったが、ここはそれも問題なし立った。レストランが集まっているコンプレックスにも近く非常に便利だった。

ディズニーにも近く、４号にも近く、どこへ行くにも好立地だった。 プールが思ったより小さかった。 ６階の部屋に泊まったが、バルコニーがあって窓も大きく明るくてよかった。

There is an abandoned hotel next door, for a start. It just made me feel uneasy, although the surrounding area is much better than any hotel on I-92. While we were only staying for a night, we were disappointed to find the rug coming apart from the wall. Also, the bathroom looked messy and the bed looked "sat on"... For the same amount of money, we […] could have stayed at a value Disney hotel and at least saved $14 by taking Disney transportation to the parks. The free continental breakfast was the worst we have ever had at any other Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. We wouldn't complain about the furniture not matching, but the rusty bathtub and musty smell sent our experience downhill. For the price, stay at Pop Century or similar at Disney... We loved the hotel. great value for the money. The breakfast has something for everyone. Easy to park and get to room fast. Room very comfy and roomy. Pool has a fun slide for the kids! Eat breakfast out bu the pool! Love this location. Very close to Downtown Disney and all parks!

I was not at all satisfied. When my kids and I returned from Disney World at 10:30 PM, the housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We didn't have towels, soap, toilet paper, and the garbage wasn't taken away. The next day, we complained to the manager which promised to take care of the problem and was so sorry for what happened, but the same story happened […] again for the second day. WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE THE HOTEL HAS A VERY GOOD CONVENIENCE LOCATION, FURTHER THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBORHOOD IS GOOD AND WE HAVE SOME RESTAURANTS AND OTHER STORES AROUND THE HOTEL AND DISNEY DOWN TOWN IN NEAR (FOR THAT REASON IS POSSIBLE WALK TO THIS PLACE IS YOU WANT).

I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and this was a VERY nice family hotel. I must say that I was tempted to steal the bed!!! I have a very bad back so sleeping on a mushy bed is a killer. The mattresses were phenomenal. Not squishy and saggy at all!! Well done!

Pulling up there were lights on the building that were burned out. The lobby was fine and the breakfast area was the most ample one I have seen. We had a petrified bug smooshed on the back of our door, the room was dated and the bathroom really small. We normally really like HI Express and I booked this one based on the pool. The hotel has a great location near Disneys parks. Facilities for guests are Pool, whirlpool, laudry machines. Breakfast is good. Rooms are old fashioned.

Service was terrible. Key wouldn't work and the front desk acted like we didn't know what we were doing. Maintenance guy had to come let us in. Bed was missing blankets and parking lot not very well lit. Elevator noise in our room kept us awake.

Shower soap holder was on the tub when we checked into our room. The wall was exposed. They came in and repaired it and covered it with plastic and tape. They left shoe prints in our tub and pieces of the wall, they never cleaned the shower after repairing it. OMG we got a room by the elevator and it was awful after 2 hrs if listening to it go up and down we called the front desk. They have no ear plugs to offer and when asked if there was another room to move to they said they would need to check and call us back.
