きれいで、整っており、スタッフの対応もよく満足です。 お値段もリーズナブルだと感じました。 無料のWi Fiが多くあるロンドンの中、このホテル中では有料だったのが唯一残念でしたが、次回行くとしてもここを使うかもしれないと思いました。

大晦日に宿泊しました。テムズ川の年越し花火も歩いて観に行ける距離です。ビクトリア駅のホームの向かいの部屋だったので少し騒音が気になりましたが、問題ないレベルです。

ヴィクトリア駅からの距離で選びました。駅の端の出口から（駅構内は広いです）ほぼ道をわたって正面で、あまり寒い思いをせずにホテルに戻れました。無料のインターネットを使用出来ましたが、電波が弱くてほとんど役には立たなかったのが残念です。

ロンドンもとガトウイック空港を使うので、ビクトリア駅から朝、と言うひとには完璧です。 全体的にリニューアルしてあって綺麗です。

昨年に続き2度目の利用です。Victoria駅すぐ横なので、とても便利です。地下鉄を利用するにも、バスを利用するにもここは非常に便利です。レストランも近くにあるので、到着が寄る9時くらいでしたが、近くにあるインド料理屋さんで済ませることができました。おいしかったです。 部屋数もたくさんあるので、すぐにいっぱいになる、と言うこともなさそうです。階によっては製氷機もありました。エレベーターも複数あるので、便利です。下の階だと、若干Victoria駅発着の電車の音が気になるかな、と言う感じです。部屋はあまり広くはありませんが、2人で過ごす分には問題ありません。清潔ですし、ベッドも寝心地が良いです。バスタブに浸かることができるので、歩き回った一日の最後にお湯に浸かれるのは気分が良かったです。インター […] ネットもフリーなので助かりました。プリントアウトのサービスもしているようでした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。 1点だけ、たまたま当たった部屋が悪かったんでしょうが、なぜかお風呂場におおきな釘が突き出ていて、気付かずに歩いていたら怪我をしていたと思います。このことをフロントに言いましたが、謝罪のみで他のフォローがなかったことは残念でした。仕方ないので、バスマットとバスタオルを敷いて、気をつけました。 バス停・駅がちかく、清潔できれいなホテルで、なおかつ昨年も今年もリーズナブルなお値段で滞在できたので、またロンドンに来る時は滞在すると思います。 もっと読む

本当にビクトリア駅のすぐ近く！ ビクトリアコーチステーションも徒歩5分以内！ お買い物も便利だし、スーパーも近くにM&Sとsainsbury'sがあって、生活に困りません。 フロントの方もとても親切ですし、ホテルのお部屋もきれいに保たれているし、ここを選んで本当によかったと思います！ 気になる点をあえて挙げるとすれば、それは騒音でしょうか。 ビクトリア駅に近い立地がいい事である半面、うるさいという事にもつながってしまうわけです。 私の滞在期間は特に夜中でもビクトリア駅の建物の改修を行なっていて、ちょっと気になりました。 でも、旅行中はたくさん活動するのですぐに眠りにつけました。 あと、私の泊まった部屋だけかと思いますが、お風呂の蛇口の根元からジャンジャン水が漏れていました。 尋常じゃなか […] ったので、多分すぐに直してくれると思いますが。 それと、女性はアメニティにトリートメントがないので（シャンプーのみなので）ロンドンの硬水で髪が心配でしたら、近くのbootsやロクシタンで買えます！ 総じて、とてもいいホテルです！ もっと読む

安い旅行をしたい私にはちょっと高めだったけれど、日本で申し込んだツアーや現地参加のツアーの集合場所に近く朝安心して集合することができました。 ミュージカル「ウイキッド」の上映劇場も歩いてすぐだったのでツアーが終わってからでも見に行きました。 そばのビクトリア駅の賑わいも楽しむことができます。 余計な交通費がいらないことや安全面を考えるとお勧めです。

見た目はキレイで高級感があるが、実際は隣の部屋の会話がきこえます。フロントの対応もあまり親切ではない。もちろん人によって差はある。ビクトリア駅からは近いので、どこかに行く時は便利です。

ロンドン1泊乗り継ぎ、パディントン駅経由で翌日ガドウィック空港へ向かうために利用しました。ヴィクトリア駅のちょうど裏側にあたります。部屋は小さめでしたが、きれいで特に問題はなかったです。付近には小さなレストラン街やパブがあり、食事には困りませんでした。 長逗留するなら他を選んだと思いますが、ビクトリア駅利用の場合には至便な立地です。

I use the Doubletree in Leeds regularly, which is fantastic and at a much lower price, but this one doesn't come close. At least not yet. Rooms are small and dark with a TV that doesn't receive many channels. Standard terrestrial channels were missing. Internet and breakfast was a rip off so I didn't take up either option. There is still building work […] going on (which is not mentioned when booking) as this changes over to the Doubletree brand, so I can only assume it will finally get better, but until that happens, I won't be using it again. We were overbooked at Doubletree so we were sent over to the Grosvenor Hotel Victoria. Frustrating, at first as we were a bit fatigued from the long flight. Loved the Grosvenor as we were placed in an Executive suite. We will stay there from now on. Great rooms and service. So the above review is for the Grosvenor Hotel.

It was perfect for us in regards to being close to train and tube transport as well as being walking distance from many sites, including the London marathon that we were there for. Rooms/hotel were very clean, staff very friendly. The late check of 4pm we were granted was so helpful after the marathon. Would definitely stay here next time we are through […] London. Excellent hotel - best cookies I have ever tasted. The location was second to none just what we needed. Only fault was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room :( apart from that no complaints.

When we checked in, the front desk clerk was very short with me and wouldn't answer my questions. She was not an effective multitasker. I booked the hotel before it became a Doubletree. We were supposed to get free Internet but the hotel refused to honor it. Then they charged us for Internet we didn't use. I bought a pint of Becks at the bar, only to be charged £4.20. I pointed out an earlier pint was £3.80. The barmaid was extremely rude, saying it was a service charge I didn't have to pay, and that it was in the drinks menu. Except it isn't - and she hadn't given me a menu anyway. I was disgusted with her aggressive and discourteous manner.

We struggled a bit trying to find the hotel after arriving at Victoria station - but quickly found out that there was a shortcut into the station right opposite the hotel entrance. Also, there were no free internet at the hotel - a bummer, it's 2012 right?

good hotel . wifi far to expensive go to any pub cafe etc ang get it free. breakfast at overpriced again go out and get it for half the price.

The Hotel was reasonably comfortable though, as a family of three the room was a bit on the cramped side. On arrival our toilet was blocked & the air con wasn't operating. To be fair the toilet issue was fixed very quickly however the air con only worked for the first night of our 4 night stay, dissapointing as the room was very warm at night. Unfortunately […] the room we were in was dated and needed a freshen up(not quite the standard you would expect at a Hilton related hotel). Breakfast had a good buffet selection though it did seem strange to have to wait for a table when busy. Location was fantastic with Buckingham Palace just round the corner and easy access to the tube and bus station. The staff were very helpfull and accomodating. DoubleTree Hotel is literally 45 seconds walk from Victoria Station (we timed it) with makes it extremely convenient for getting around. We didn't spend much time in the area but took the train to Oxford Street + surrounding area every day. There are cheaper hotels around, but it's great value for the money - a lovely breakfast buffet, a bar with reasonable […] prices and a warm chocolate cookie at check-in! My only complaint is that the wifi is unreasonably expensive - it would be a great added service at no great cost to them to offer it for free. Enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly and welcoming . Easy to get to main attractions via the underground train from the hotel, good value for money!

Stayed here for one night in April whilst on business. Convenient location at the back of Victoria tube/rail station. My room was on the 7th floor overlooking the railway station but I wasn't disturbed by noise as other reviews have suggested. The room was clean & comfortable - firm bed, good blackout curtains and hot water which are all vital for a […] good stay. All of the staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was good - I ate in the Bar area on Sunday night which was reasonably priced & wide choice available at breakfast. The welcome cookie when I arrived after a long journey was a nice touch. もっと読む

The location is super, accros the street is victoria station. The staff is excelent in all aspects. we were very happy ith the service and location

We were surprised when we arrived and the Hotel name had changed. We were never notified before we left that the hotel was under renovations or that it had changed owners. It had been under new owners about i and 1/2 months before we arrived, so they had plenty of time to notify us. However, the Hilton was more than helpful, and quite willing to do […] whatever it took to make our stay pleasant. This is the ideal location for a London vacation. We would recommend it to anyone using Gatwick airport. it is LITERALLY across the street from Victoria station, so it is convienent to go Anywhere!! The area is very safe, My husband and I walked around at night until midnight enjoying the atmosphere and felt comfortable never afraid. There is always something open to eat and shop. There are quite a few pubs in the area, the food was amazing at St. Georges pub at the end of the street. We really enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree Victoria. Having flown into Gatwick and gotten the Gatwick Express into Victoria rather late in the evening it was wonderful to just cross the road and find our hotel and we were plesantly surprised when the receptionist offered us an up grade!! Great location for Victoria Rail and coach, plus very central for London. Great idea of warm cookies on arrival, and refreshment tray.

This hotel is perfectly located at the back of Victoria Train Station. Room had everything you need and would definately stay again.

The location is prime. Due maintanence work, noise in the day time and couldnt talk over phone the properly. Bit surprised with the cleaning as the staff use the same cloth to clean toilet, bath tub and the tea cups. I will never the cups in the hotel. Excellent location - good proximity to major sites ie. Buckingham Palace. Across the street from Victoria Station with every amenity.

Still getting done up from Hesperia to Doubletree. Good service. No free wi-fi at all.

This is a good hotel in a good location, however, we arrived right in the middle of its refurbishment to the Double tree. We had not been informed of this change and as a result, we weren;t sure if we were at the right place! The staff were quite dismissive and said that the hotel would be finished on 14th February. this was not helpful to us - we were […] leaving on the 11th! The dust and disruption in the restaurant and bar areas meant that the bar consisted of a couple of fold-away tables in the mezzanine area and the breakfast was served in the conference room, with no table cloths provided. The breakfast was overcooked and had probably been first served the day before, it was so dry. There was no running water in the toilets and paper towels had been strewn over the floors. We passed on our complaints to the duty manager on check out and so this is not one of those reviews with no backbone.. We are still awaiting the promised response.... Great location, can easily access to Victoria station just crossing the street. We just went in the middle of their renovation to become a Double Tree hotel. Breakfast is just OK, not so many choices..If you want to save some money just eat around the block. Would definitely stay there again.

Hesperia's ground floor (restaurant, bar, check-in, main lobby, elevator lobby) was u/c during stay, preparing conversion to Hilton brand and for Royal Jubilee and 2012 Olympics. (The whole of London seems u/c.) Disruption is reflected in discounted rates and was expected but grd-flr dust control could have been much better. Very conveniently located Hotel, minutes walk from Belgravia, Victoria Station & coach station. Hotel is undergoing a refurb to the reception and ground floor areas. Overall a well located, clean, reasonable hotel for it's location. Breakfast at £18.00 per head a bit steep, but loads of places to eat brakfast nearby.

This is more than I am used to paying for a hotel. I have to say one good thing about Hesperia. When I booked on Hotels.com, the price jumped about 25%. Ouch!! I told Hesperia and they upgraded my room. I was grateful for the gesture, as the issue was no fault of theirs. Thanks Hesperia!

Good location across the street from Victoria Train station and tube station. Temperature control in the rooms was poor and the pillows were horrible

This hotel is situated right next to Victoria station. At first it seemed like a dogy area, but it is completely safe. You have tube and train access in immediate vicinity and quite a few pubs as well. The hotel was being renovated while we were there, so the reception area was very small. The room looked like it was recently remodeled, but I do not […] know if all the rooms are done yet. Very comfortable beds and very clean. We stayed on the 8th floor with a view over the station, but we didn't hear anything through the windows, so the vicinity to Victoria is no problem.
