ラマダ デンバー ダウンタウン (Ramada Denver Downtown)格安予約

予約するまでに、様々なレビューを読み近隣の環境などに不安なところがありました。しかし泊ってみると、確かにE. Colfaxにはホームレスは結構いましたが、夜に出歩いていてもそれほど不安に思うことはありませんでした。12月ですごく寒かったのもあるかもしれませんが。もちろん、裏道などには行っていません。 私は日中はあまり部屋にいませんでしたが、ホテルの部屋自体には、とても満足しています。一人での滞在には大きすぎるぐらいの部屋とベッドでした。バスタブ付きの浴室はきれいでアメニティも一通りそろっていましたし、シャワーの出具合もよかったです。ときどきバスタブにお湯をはって、浸かっていました。また、コーヒーメーカーもあり、お湯を入れてコーヒーやお茶を飲むことも可能でした。ただ、強いて言えば、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあればもっとよかったかもしれません。 他もレビューにもありましたが、E.colfax沿いのホテルの近くには、あまりレストランはありません。近くにはコンビニエンスストア、主にウェンディーズやピザハットなどのファストフードのお店や、バーが数多くあります。私は晩御飯などは、ダウンタウンの方に向かって10分ほど歩いたところにあった、Taki'sという日本食レストランや、GRAND […] WALLという中華料理のお店、そしてsexy pizzaというピザ屋から持ち帰ったりして食べました。ちゃんとしたレストランはダウンタウンに方に出た方がよいと思います。 ホテルにはフリーのシャトルバスがあります。どこに行くのにも、どこから帰るにも便利ですが、利用したい時間の1時間前までに予約しなければいけません。ただ、満員の時もあるので、早めに予約した方がいいと思います。でも、ダウンタウンまでは歩いても20分ぐらいなので、晴れているときにはちょうどいいと思います。 総じて言えば、ダウンタウンからもそれほど遠くなく、この料金で泊れるRamada Denver Downtownはお勧めです。もしダウンタウンの中心部に泊まったら、最低でもここの倍以上はかかるでしょうから。 もっと読む

The people that hosted at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel itself was lacking in a number of ways. The entire facility smelled of smoke and had some dated fixtures. There was not a contential breakfast and the restuarant had been closed upto the day of our say. There was only one person working the restaurant (who was very courtious) […] and the cost of the meals were a little over priced. The surrounding area had some questionable spots. I would not recommend this as a family hotel as there were some adult orientated businesses close by and the people on the street made me a little nervous while with my 6 yr old son. They do offer a shuttle that will take you just about anywhere with-in a radious of the hotel which leaves on the hour of every hour. If you are unable to utilize the shuttle they will pay for a taxi. For those interested, there were a limited number of TV channels. The room was dirty (at least 6 beer bottle tops scattered around room) and bathroom was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a leak from the pipe underneath sink. The hallway smelled of marijuana/smoke, even though I was in a nonsmoking area of the hotel. When I booked this hotel through Hotels.com, it was indicated that mini-refrigerators […] and microwaves are available upon request. However, Hotels.com did not disclose a potential charge for this request and I was therefore, very upset to find out the Ramada was going to charge $10 per day for each item. The hotel was horrible the food was deguisting and when I asked for new food they refused to give us any as well as denying us a refund. The staff was really rude and the room was nasty we found doughnuts under the bed and lord knows how long they were under there just a gross hotel

The staff exceeded my expectations in their effort to make my stay comfortable.

It was a decent hotel. Walking distance I pretty much anywhere downtown like tha mall. The only thing I had a problem with was there were some sketchy people around the area.

The service was great. The employees were very friendly. But, the bed was extremely uncomfortable...my back still hurts from this stay. Also, we were wanting to go to the hotel restaurant, the signs said it closed at 9 pm, but we went down just after 8 pm and the restaurant was closed...very disappointing.

The front desk and shuttle service at this Ramada were top notch... that said... the amenities need work. I had three laptops with me that I needed to work on prior to a trade show and NO THREE PRONGED OUTLETS in the room! Front desk did provide a power strip upon request, but still... it's 2012! Was very satisfied with everything. Carpet in room could use a cleaning. WiFi was a little iffy. Location was perfect for what I needed. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

We checked in here at the last min due to a job interview. Was close for that and for picking up some last min things. Front desk and entry was great. And felt miles away from Colfax in the court yard. Would for sure stay again

For the price paid this was great hotel. Although a bit old it was very clean and tidy with good sized rooms and freindly staff. So would recommend this hotel 100%.

I love this Ramada compared to the others. The rooms are always nice and clean and big. When in Denver for overnight or just personal fun downtown if I can I stay here.

This hotel is close to all of the must-see sights but it is not is a safe part of town. If I had know that I would have chosen a pricier hotel just to be able to go out at night. Also, the floor of the room was wet with something that smelled bad.

While the location was great, the hotel was run down and dirty. Room cleaning was barely minimal. Room smelled of cleaning products, especially carpet fresh. Affordable, attractive lobby, close to nightlife. Don't let people tell you that Colfax is scary...the night people are part of the ambience.

Our room was clean and adequate. We were close to the Pepsi Center and downtime Denver. It was located across from a bar which was quite noisy late into the night until closing. Lots of sirens from various Fire and EMS. I do not recommend the restaurant for breakfast. Try Toms Diner or Pete's Diner on East. Colfax.

i booked this hotel because of the price and it was fine for the value. no complaints about the hotel - it is not a 5 star hotel and the price indicates that. the staff was good and no complaints. the neighborhood maybe a little suspect - i think it is ok but i would probably not walk around alone after dark. a great irish pub across the street. a little […] far to walk to downtown and the convention center (1.3 miles) but it is possible. they do offer a free shuttle if you call at least one hour ahead and it leaves on the hour and there is also a bus line a block or two away to take you downtown and you can call for a cab too. overall - it is a very good value for your money, but if you want to be in downtown then you will have to pay more $. もっと読む

Other reviews werent too bad so i figured for the $ lets try it.Plus I was interested in free parking. I had to go to Denver for a conference at the Colorado Convention Center. The organizers suggested staying across the street at a hotel that was pretty expensive. For less than half the price I stayed at the Ramada. It was less than 2 miles from the Convention Center. A city bus got me to the Convention in less than 15 minutes and the hotel did run […] an hourly shuttle there (though it was on the hour which meant that I would either be late for a session or had to leave an hour early since conventions tend to start on the hour). I really liked the service from the employees, It was a decent price for the area, close to allot of places' downtown. It was a little dated but didn't mind at all, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to get the available shuttle service to the pepsi center for the Avs game. It's not a bad place, HOWEVER, I was expecting more because of the misleading, modern pictures of the rooms. Being right downtown was very nice, but they could really update the rooms!

The two checkin staff I had contact with should not be doing that job. I am in customer service and if they both worked for me I would fire them both. Their social skills were next to nil and they seemed to dislike the job they were doing.

My only complaint was the restaurant didn't serve alcohol of any kind. There are a few bars and pubs very close (across the street) but I just wanted a beer with dinner. The food at the restaurant was basically fast foody stuff, but ok.

Very helpful and polite staff, the free shuttle service within 3 miles is a huge plus. No need to find parking downtown!

Convenient location although not the best surrounding area. Shuttle service provided up to 3 miles makes the hotel even more convenient. Good staff, clean comfortable rooms. Good value for the $$. Will definitely stay there again.

Overall my stay was fine. The rooms were clean, it was close to the convention center and most of the staff was helpful. I did use the shuttle to get to the convention center. The driver scared the wits out me and was talking on his cell phone. Then when I called at 4:07 to get a shuttle for 5 they told me I had to wait until 6 b/c I didnt call an hour […] in advance. This really irritated me especially since I knew the driver has a cell phone and I ended up having to take a taxi. The front desk help ranged in helpfulness from only doing the minimum necessary to going above and beyond. Not very consistent but I guess I couldnt complain for the price. もっと読む

First of all, the clerk behind he desk was extremely nice and helpful. The computers were down when we arrived and they were unable to check on our room's availability or whether it had been cleaned, so we were offered the handicapped room because they were sure it was clean. We were told that in the morning, we could change over to our original room. […] We did that and it was fine. They even offered us free breakfast for our inconvenience. I have to say, both rooms were clean. However, the entire hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. Everything from the decor to the drapes to the sinks and tubs are so outdated. The lighting left much to be desired and the fan in the bathroom barely worked. It was really kind of depressing staying there. If it hadn't been for the convenience of the location for what we were in Denver for, we probably would have looked for a different hotel. I must add that the parking was a bit lacking as well. Great stay, bed was very nice. Reasonable rates

This place is to be avoided at all cost. We decided to spend a weekend in Denver and chose to stay at this hotel. When driving into the city from the airport the hotel did not look too bad, although I have seen Ramadas in far better shape. The first thing I noticed was the smell. This place must have been a smoker's paradise until just recently. When […] checking in, the staff was friendly. The other good thing about this place is the free and fast WiFi. But unfortunately, those are the only good points of the hotel. 1) A used syringe dropped out of the sheets just a couple of inches from my feet. Luckily, nobody got poked by it. When I confronted the front desk about their obviously lousy room keeping service, they promised to refund the night's stay when checking out. When checking out, the refund was denied for some bogus reason (for not having booked directly with Ramada, but through another website). 2) The rooms are not vintage, they are just old. The dark colors and – once again - the smell of cold cigarette smoke in combination with a carpet of an undefinable color and fiber added up to a very uncomfortable feeling. Besides its tiny size, the bathroom could not hide its age either: A hole in the shower curtain and far more than usual wear-and-tear rounded-up the whole bad impression. Plus: The room was dirty (besides the syringe). I found long curly hairs in the sink and at the coat track. The bathroom floor was not clean either. 3) The rooms are noisy (at least those facing the street – Colfax equals heavy traffic) plus the dodgy establishments in the neighborhood added the bassline driven soundtrack to this stay throughout the night. Once the music stopped, room keeping started the vacuum cleaners, slamming doors, and just being unnecessarily loud in the hallway. 4) The parking lot is far too small for a hotel of this size. great hotel at a fantastic price

This hotel smelled like urine and had no parking in the lot when I arrived. The room was shabby, but I honestly didn't care because it cost so little and I wasn't there very much. I would recommend this hotel if you're on the cheap and want to be on Colfax.

the Ramada Downtown Denver is very customer friendly and is centrally located. Best value in Denver!!

I attended a conference in downtown Denver and chose this hotel because it was only 1.3 walking miles from the conference. The rate was the best I could find this close to where I needed to be -- about half of most other hotels this close in. I realized why when I took my first walk down Colfax toward downtown. The hotel is not exactly in the best part […] of town -- hole-in-the-wall bars, seedy businesses, etc, but if you consider yourself adventurous, you should be okay. If you need to get downtown, I suggest you get over to 16th Street straight away and follow that in. The hotel seems old and worn. Nothing special. But the room itself was clean, large and very comfortable. A thorough once-though found no bugs or dirty linens. The bathroom is smallish, but really good pressure in the shower with HOT HOT water.
