ホテル周辺には学校以外なにもないので観光客にはおすすめしない。 移動はﾚﾝﾀｶｰなしでは無理。 私たちは大学の視察を目的で行ったので学校まで徒歩１０分ととても近く満足のいく滞在でした。 ホテル周辺にはファミレスやスターバックスなど食べるところは５，６件あります。また歩いて５分ほどの所に食品スーパーもあります。ただスーパーの中にお惣菜屋みたいなものはありません。 近くにショッピングモールなどはなく本屋、洋服やなどは一切ありません。車で５分くらいのところにマクドナルドはありましたが歩いたら２０分３０分かかりそうな感じです

it bothered me that I was being charged for LOCAL PHONE CALLS ! This is not only wrong - but when did it get so bad that a hotel would charge for a local call. I have never been so upset. Plus, there was no notification on the phone, in the room, or posted anywhere! How is your customer suppose to know? ;My son and several members of his soccer team stayed at this hotel for a tournament. It was a twenty minute drive to the soccer facility, but the neighbor was better than where the tournament was. It was a great hotel and the staff was friendly. The only bad thing is that the free breakfast does not start until after 6:30.

Had a great price which included a full breakfast. The room was very big and comfortable with excellent pillows. The only thing missing was a mini-fridge but that was a minor thing

We picked this hotel due to the fact that we are not very familiar with riverside at all and we needed to be near the courthouse the next day. So Hotels.com was able to provide us with a hotel that was safe and clean and near were we needed to go.

Was in Riverside for training 4 days, asked that my room be cleaned on Wednesday while away in training, not done by 330PM. Received 330AM Wake Up call a day early!

Although the website describes how great their restaurant and cafe are, the Marriott Riverside has neither. The location offers only fast-food places making this hotel extremely inconvenient .

Concierge was nice and social. Hotel room looked clean but activated some dust allergies. King-size bed was rather comfortable. Hotel was a bit hard to find for us but was conveniently rather close to the venue we were attending, the NOS Center. The neighborhood did not have much noise. Overall good experience. In the past, we have stayed at the downtown Marriott when we have been in Riverside. This time we chose the Garden Court because of the free wi-fi access. It was delightful: big room, including a sofa and desk, microwave and fridge, and a very comfy bed. There is a bus line running from downtown and the Amtrak/MetroLink station. We had a car so getting around was simple. Freeway access is a couple blocks from the hotel. If you are in Riverside, having a meal at the Mission Inn is always wonderful. Make sure to take the tour of the Mission Inn if you've never been there before! Fairmont Park near Mt. This Marriott is in dire need of a facelift redo...very old and tired hotel in a questionable area. The staff was nice and tthe breackfast was good but it was extra in an area with many nicer hotel that include breackfast in the room rate. I'm surprised this is still a Marriott. It was apparent it hadn't been updated in 20-30 years. The bathroom in the room was especially shoddy- really bad lighting and a bad shower. This will not be revisited On the positive side- while the bar was meager, the bartender was a great guy- very affable.

definitely, i will stay again in this hotel. the price is reasonable, and the hotel is very clean, the staffs are very courteous.

The staff were nice. We liked the view of the pool. Would stay there again.This is a nice hotel.

Nothing real special about this one...It's just fine. Rooms are fine, a little dated, but definitely doable. If you need to stay near the UCR, definitely great location. It's just not close to downtown Riverside, as we requested. Overall, a good deal.

The front desk that attended to us is very accommodating and d lady that assisted her in giving us a complimentary fruits for my husbands b-day. Regret that I was not able to get their names. But, thank u again for a very warm welcome. God bless.

Very comfortable but the lighting in the rooms was very poor. Also. the breakfast buffet food was not heated very well. I would've ordered off the menu, but didn't realize there was that option (I thought it was just buffet) until it was too late. I guess that's what happens when there was no host to seat me.

Courtyard Marriott Riverside, CA, is conveniently located to restaurants, and a lot of stores and shopping areas.

Seated at her desk, which could be seen through the open door, the only front desk attendant would not approach the front desk after asking her for eating recommendations, rather responded from her desk. Bath stopper did not work. Alarm clock did not work. Other wise employees were friendly and helpful, room was nice and quiet.

I grew up in Riverside and the Courtyard by Marriott Riverside is my home when I'm in town. The entire staff is friendly, pleasant and fun. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable. My friends always know where to find me when i'm in town! because i won't stay anywhere else!

We stayed in this hotel before. Now it is even better the hotel seems to had a renovation.

All fine but a nice hotel like yours should buy a much better quality of toilet paper.

It was a very pleasant stay. We loved the breakfast bar, great choice of food, even healthy fruit, oatmeal, it was quick and easy to get which helped a lot because we were always in a hurry. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even allowing us a late check out without a problem, I would stay there again!

Clerk was too busy in back-room texting, both times I came to desk (check-in and for question later in evening). Room was clean and comfortable.

Very close to the UC Riverside Extension. Lots of restaurants near by. Hotel was nice, great pillows. Bed was very comfortable. I was behind the elevators, that was why it didn't get 5's.

Front desk guy was helpful and friendly. Place was nice and clean.

I stayed in this Courtyard for a conference with another female colleague. We found the staff helpful and bar drinks and its service were outstanding. We were able to use the free in room y-fi and that was also a nice amenity. However, what was below par in this hotel was the double room layout. There was no sink in the bathroom rather the only sink […] was located in the main room area and this is location was not convenient for 2 people. Then the closet door was a mirror bi-fold that stuck in the track when we tried to open and close it. Also it would have been nice to have a safe in the closet in room for valuables and a daily newspaper. Overall it was a good value for the Hotel.com rate but I would not have found it a good value had I paid the the normal hotel listed (rack) rate. もっと読む

The room was nice (clean, comfortable, good size) the staff was courteous and the hotel is only a couple of minutes from downtown Riverside. There are some fast food restaurants close by. The hotel did serve breakfast, but I didn't take advantage of that. I normally don't stay by myself, but this time I did and it was just fine. I could see the outdoor […] pool/hot tub from my window.
