buidling was not as nice as the picture on the site- continental was alright but not quite as impressive as thought to be from site notations

I had reserved a pet room, but when I got there, none were available. But after I saw the room, I was happy my dog could just stay in the car (SUV with seats down) he had a better deal that I had. I asked to be close to the office to pick up wi-fi. I was told to go to the room check it out and she will move me if it doesn't work. Why does a customer want to go through getting in a room then go through the hassle and enconvenience of changing rooms? Needless to say I chose Econo Lodge for wi-fi. It did not work. For the must part the stay was good. The hotel was hard to get to.Once i got off the exit on to route 1 i had to make a u turn to get to the hotel.The breakfast was wonderful.My Grandson really enjoyed walking to breakfast. He said gramdma we don,t even have to take the car!

The hotel has microwave, refrigerator, security box and continental. It is clean, enough space. It is worth the money.

Very average room, price to high for what you get.

Our stay was most enjoyable and the staff, with the exception of an older and rather ill-tempered desk clerk, was excellent. Breakfast options were much better than other big name chains I've stayed at as they actually had a human being behind a grill cooking eggs to order as well as pancakes. I booked this hotel because I was only staying one night. I read the reviews and wasn't sure. Run away from this place. I had a bottom floor room next to the stairs. i have stayed in some pretty crappy places, but this one was by far the worst. upon checking i walked past a drugged out kid with cuts all over his body asking for matches. the a/c was off in the room and it was pushing 100 degrees outside. the battery in the fire alarm was dead so it kept beeping. the carpet was coming up off of the floor. the shower […] smelled like raw sewage and the drain was sticking up out of the bathtub. oh, the tv had a hole in the top and it was patched with electrical tape. random people were wondering the parking lot during the night making it hard to sleep thinking they might try to break in. the "hotel" should have paid me to stay there instead of the other way around. seriously, if you can avoid this place in anyway make sure you do... もっと読む

This motel, if your looking for a place to spend an inexpensive night, is okay. The rooms a small, not as well maintained as other lodging I've stayed in but for a one night stay . It's not bad for the price. I was surprised by the breakfast seeing in included eggs cooked to order and pancakes.

This hotel was fine for our 2 night stay. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was really early and we missed it each day. The room was clean however had a musty smell to it. We used Febreze and it seemed to do the trick. The price was inexpensive and worth the money. If you need an overnight - 2 days deal, this is sufficient. Great Location (close to highway but private) Would recommend bringing Lysol for added peace of mind.

modest quiet hotel. in need of some upgrades and renovations to furnishings. Clean. Adequate if you are not planning to spend time at the hotel. Pool was clean. Friendly, helpful staff. good value overnight stay.

Great location, great price, really nice people. Room had a funky oder. Other than that, great value for the buck.

The ladies at the front desk and the gentleman that brought the roll away bed to our room were courteous and friendly. They were the bright spot of our stay. Thanks so much!

We checked in on Sunday night 5/15/11 for one night, The room was clean but had a strange odor to it. We had to leave our door open just to air it out. I was told that we would recieve a full breakfast. We went down to eat breakfast, we all got pancakes and tea, we each recieved 1 pancake. It was ok it just had a smell in some of the rooms...but other then that good location and staff are friendly...

Not a 4or 5 star hotel, BUT it was conveniently located close to attractions, food, shopping. it was clean and service was great. Definitely should consider if staying in the area and need a clean room at a great price.

Most uncomfortable bed I ever tried to sleep in. Had to put an ironing board under the mattress to keep from rolling to the middle.

Although "listed" as having a Fitness Facility, it had none (and I absolutely require) a treadmill. The austere but friendly desk lady said they used to have a treadmill but it was too costly to maintain the equipment. People planning to stay there should have know this.

The hotel is old, and needs major renovation. Lots of ding and scratches, and both the outside and inside needs painting. The bed and sheets were okay, and you could get a night's sleep. But it is almost a rock botton. This hotel is only good for 1 or 2 nights.

Across the 95 overpass, very nice and quiet. I like the fact that our vehicle was parked right outside our door. Away from the busy mall side of Fredericksburg. Nice people there also.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the Econo Lodge convenient, clean, and comfortable. The beds were so comfortable - all four of us slept soundly through the night, even to the point where we didn't hear our alarm! The shower was great too! The Econo Lodge was fine. The service was good. My room smelled a little funny, but was clean enough. The breakfast was not that good, but it was nice to be able to get an egg and a pancake-hot and fresh. Overall no complaints. Very basic cheap hotel.

This property was convenient for those seeking off I-95 accommodations a short distance from the DC area.

Very clean rooms with microwave, small fridge, two queen beds & a small work table & chairs. Nice hot breakfast. Front desk person Audrey called to inquire as to our satisfaction with the room which I thought was nice. No coffeemaker in room. Good value for $$ paid & we would stay there again.

The only complaint I had was that the lights by the bed did not work. OTher than that for the price it was clean and the staff was friendly. Very convenient to our work location. I would definitely stay here again.

We needed a one night stay while there for son's baseball tournament and decided with such a low price from hotels. com and okay reviews from others, we'd give it a chance. The staff was very polite and helpful, both at check-in and out. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, had a fridge and microwave. Check-in went well, then before I could set my stuff down, the front desk called to make sure everything was ok. I wish I had more time to look around before I said yes. I was staying two nights, but my key was only coded for one day, so I had to go back to the office after returning from my first day's adventures. J'ai réserve cette hôtel pcq j avais un chien..et il acceptait les chiens dans les chambres. La chambre était ..a la limite insalubre.malpropre sale tout était jauni,le tapis sale. Bref miteux serait le terme exacte..en tant qu agent de voyage..jamais pu!...et je ne recommande absolument pas cette endroit
