フロリダ在住のものですが、ちょっとマイアミに行く用事が有って、折角だからSawgrass Millsも行きたいので、家族で泊りがけで行くことになった折、その中間点くらいで良さそうなホテルがないか探した結果、見つけたホテルでした。 ホテルの周りがあまりに閑散としすぎていて、ちょっと怖かった(臆病ものなので・・）以外は特に問題はありません。 まあ、朝食は正直満足しきれるものではありませんでしたが。 部屋も家族3人では十分に広く、ソファーベッドもあったので、特に問題なしです。 アウトレットモールとマイアミ市街に用事があるなら十分妥当なホテルだと思います。

マイアミのリゾートエリアの真ん中にあり、道路を挟んでモールがあり、便利です。サービス、部屋の清潔度は問題なくベランダがあるのがgood。プライベートビーチもありジェットスキーを含めて、様々なアクティビティが楽しめます。食事はホテル内でとっていないのでレベルはわかりません。

帰りの飛行機の関係で空港近くのヒルトンにしました。空港まで無料送迎あとありましたので、チェックインの時フロントにお願いし、起きれないとこもるので必ず起こしてねとフロントに頼みましした。とても親切で再度のコールをしていただきました。、送迎のスタッフも親切にきちんと送っていただきました．前日も時間があったのでボーイさんに聞いたところ、親切にいろいろ教えて下さり、また帰りでドルも少なかったのでカードＯＫのタクシーは？と聞いたところ、呼んでもらい、大型のアウトレットモ―ルに行くこともできました。部屋もとても広くきれいで大満足、今度行った時もぜひ泊まろうと思います。

I stayed at the hotel in Januaury. If it is winter, you can swim in the beautiful Miami beach. I walked to the beach from the hotel. It was only 5min. There was free wi-fi, refrege, ac, closet, and all staffs were very kind. You can ask anythings about Miami beach to them. They might give you good information. The bus stop to South beach or airport are very close. You just cross the road. So the hotel is very convenient to go to anywhere. The hotel is not new and furniture are old, but the mentenance are fine! I recommend you to stay here.

"I wish I could give it a better rating..."
Due to medical problems its hard for my husband and l to really "go away" on a vacation so we go on staycations close to home. The young woman checking us in could not of been more rude or unprofessional if she was being paid to be. The cookie they give you at check in is nice though. Our room was a King City Veiw Suite with a nice kittenette and balcony. […] The view definitely could of been better considering the price. l guess it doesn't matter too much though, our balcony was completely flooded, making it useless. Location is great however, walking distance to everything you want or need, grocery store, mall, drug store, beach, restaurants and bars. The in house restaurant was a little pricey so we didn't eat there, but the bar was decent enough. They don't offer self parking, but valet is moderately priced for the day with unlimited in out privileges and friendly drivers. We booked the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen and it worked great for our group of 4. Great views and close to the beach. Breakfast/brunch was good. Fresh muffins were great. The hotel was in a great location. Great private shuttle service to cruise dock. The furniture in the dinning room looked like a cat or dog clawed it to pieces. The bedroom had clean linens and the carpet floors were swept BUT it was dirty. Walls , windows, bathroom floor etc. looked liked they had not been washed down for months!! "Nice Stay Despite Room Issues"
We had a flood through the bathroom ceiling in the middle of the night and had to be moved. Despite the inconvenience the staff was very helpful and did what they could to make the rest of our stay enjoyable. Great location for water taxi (20$ for an all day pass, but really fun and great to get around) drug and grocery store very close and many restaurants/bars […] within walking distance. Everything was nice, the hotel, the area the accommodations. The only bad experience was the Front desk and Lobby employees. Most seemed a bit to good to bother with the guests. But a few we're nice. "poor service"
After taking and inordinate amount of time to get checked in (the front desk clerk was on her cell phone)I finally made it to my room. I noticed the chairs had worn spots on them where the padding was sticking through and that someone had tried to clean the back of the door and it was smeared and still had residue of some type on it.The next morning […] when i turned the shower on and made sure the shower head was pointing the right direction I was surprised to find that the shower inspite of my best efforts flooded the bathroom floor. Fortunately they had plenty of towels but what a pain to have to use 3 bath towels just to be able to continue to use the bathroom area to get ready in the morning. One of the benefits of the suite type of room is the kitchen area. My room had the normal coffee in packets but was missing a coffee pot. I called down to get one but it never showed up.the final insult was the fact that it took over 30 minutes to get a cab. "Great location in Fort Lauderdale"
My extended Family of 7 (6 to 66) spent 3 nights at the Gallery ONE in Feb using it as a base to explore the area. The Hotel is perfectly placed on Sunrise Boulevard – a main route from the Turnpike, stop Nº 9 on the wonderful water-taxi, and two blocks from the beach. The room with two queen beds in separate bedroom area was spacious and spotlessly […] clean with well appointed shower room and kitchen dining area. The staff were very friendly, very helpful and very courteous with excellent local knowledge. We enjoyed eating at the Mexican Cantina and Franco and Vinnie’s Italian restaurants just over the drawbridge outside, which were recommended by the staff. Also a great tip by the Parking Valet chap to park in the 7th street parking garage in SoBe Miami which cost us $7 all day, some of the parking was $20+/hr. Only gripes were $24 + tax per day for compulsory valet parking which we were not warned about before booking and the antiquated $9.99/day internet access. The buffet breakfast at $19 + tax is very nice but it is the going rate. As other reviewers have written you take it or you leave it and venture into the large mall 200m away. Overworked service staff, no towels by pool when arrived, rude staff for breakfast, problem with vale hailing a cab for concert-late, furnishings in room-cigarette burns, furniture worn, had to contact house keeping for towels in the 2 bedroom suite.
