The hotel was right around the corner from 2011 Carnaval festivities. Very convenient location for eating, shopping and sight-seeing. We walked everywhere. My only advice is to be very patient getting to and leaving the hotel on such a crowded weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, good location - right downtown. The staff was nice and made communication for tourists easy. The pool wasnt heated and the spa didnt work, that was my only complaint.

The Hotel Villa Fontana Inn is centrally located in the tourist district of Ensenada. We checked into the hotel and were given a huge room with cathedral ceilings. The balcony overlooked the busy street scene. Other than a severe lack of water pressure in the shower, our stay was exceptional. Friendly staff, very safe parking, perfect location.

Although older, the property was clean and well maintained. Although we had booked (and were charged for three adults) - all guys, they did not have rollaways so we rented another room. Because they permit guests to block other properly parked vehicles, it took us 40 additional minutes to leave the property after checking out. It was up to us to find […] the owners of the other vehicles and it could have been and should have been handled by hotel staff. We can overlook a lot of things but other than that there was nothing to overlook. Would we go back? Definitely! Overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is right in the middle of the action. My only complain would be the pool hours and the fact that the pool is not heated.

The Hotel is in the centre of the City.Turist shops, restaurants and bars right outside your door. Car was safely parked in a locked parking lot.Safe and nice place to stay, and still ok price.

the hotel is located just a few blocks away from the Malecon (beach area) the room was clean and comfortable, we always really only use the hotel rooms to sleep....

El servicio y trato de los empleados es excelente, pero el hotel se está desbaratando.

La verdad, se me hizo muy bonito el lugar y las instalaciones del hotel pero no me agrado para nada que me hicieran un cargo extra por no haber llevado la tarjeta con la que hice la reservacion lo cual se me hizo injusto y poco profesional ya que no se me respeto el precio acordado en hoteles.com

se ofrecio una tarifa enfatizando el precio como total y ya en el hotel era distinta aunque no por mucho, crea desconfianza y falta de seriedad
