When I arrived could not find parking, trucks pulled in and parked randomly outside of parking spaces making it difficult to navigate lot and to find a suitable spot to park. The hotel was overpriced and the staff made us feel as though it was a privilege to stay there. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms were about average and the breakfast was ok, but the poor customer service was troubling.

This hotel has a friendly staff: When we had a problem with the key card to our room the clerk at the front desk did not hesitate to escort us to the room to help open our room door. Rooms are unspectacular, but clean and comfortable -- good for a one-night stay.

This property has really taken a "nose dive" since I last stayed there. I am surprised that you can still be affiliated with the Comfort Inn brand. C.and S. Allen

The hotel is a older hotel. The room air conditioning system smelled and the floor around the unit was soaking wet from the humidity. After a very long day we checked in about 11pm and the beds were great. Plenty of clean towels also. Breakfast with coffee in the lobby was adequate and a good start to get back on the road. Average hotel but very convenient location, pleasant staff.

1. They gave the impression on your website that they had a spa. They did not. 2. Odor in hallway and room-Nasty 3. Had to wait to get ice, none made. Only one machine for a four story hotel and it was in the lobby. 4. Dirty ashtray in a non-smoking room. Sign outside door and inside room said No Smoking. 5. Shower curtain was moldy. 6. tAccompanied by my son and three teenage children we enjoyed the two double bed rooms with TVs The nearby good restaurant . Prompt desk service, . and free newspaper. excellent breakfast , especially the waffles.
