Price wise it was much less as compared to Radisson which is next to it. the hotel offers all luxury amenities. The services is very hospitable.The rooms are clean. Everyone without exception was hospitable and helpful

Comfortable hotel close to the airport. Staff were courteous and very helpful. A good place to stay if transiting through Chennai. But it was expensive. The luxury tourist tax attached to my bill was over the top. This undermined what was a good stay. Have stayed here many times and have always found it to be comfortable and friendly. There is a feeling of peace here as well I would recommend it anytime

Hotel is very close to airport great after a long flight. I was offered free airport drop off which was very nice of the hotel. I have been to this hotel many times and will continue to do so in the future.

We like Trident hotels in India anyways but this one had some absolutely fabulous staff. The food service manager was a joy to talk to. Several of his staff just went above and beyond the call of duty. Researching places to shop when they were in the food services. The spa staff were also fabulous. If you are coming in on a late night international flight, this is one of the closest good hotels in Chennai. Keeping up with the Trident/Oberoi standards, the one thing that makes the hotel stand out is the level of warm personal attention that they give to each guest.
