ソフィー ジェルマン ホテル (Hotel Sophie Germain)

ビジネス目的で３泊しましたが、食事のためのレストランや物の買い出しに不便しない程度の郊外のホテルといったところでした。周りの環境は静かでしたし、宿泊する層も団体観光客というよりパリに何度も来ているような人たちばかりだったので、落ち着いていて居心地がよかった。フロントのサービスは、てきぱきとお客をこなしつつももてなしの心を感じることができる丁寧さがあり、でも個人への干渉は遠慮することは忘れず、好感をもった。オペラ座などの市内中心地への地下鉄の便は良いとは言えませんが、空港までのRERが最寄駅から出ていたり、室内の設備やアメニティなどを加味すると、中長期のビジネス滞在に使えるコストパフォーマンス性の高いホテルだと思います。

内装はとてもきれいで、テレビ、冷蔵庫がついており、シーツやタオルの交換も毎日でとても快適でした。 難点を挙げるならば、 部屋には、エアコンがなく扇風機（のようなもの？）と冬用のスチーム式のパイプがありました。8月の暑い時期でしたが、気温はそれほど高くなく不快ではありませんでしたが、猛暑の年には暑いかもしれません。 スタッフも皆英語が通じ、対応も満足でした。 地下鉄の入り口から徒歩１分くらいのところにあり、近くにスーパーマーケットがあるのでとても便利でした。 コストパフォーマンスはとてもよいと思います。

メトロの駅まで数分、RERの駅まで徒歩でも10分くらいの便利なところ。 部屋は綺麗だけどスリッパはない。朝食はパンとハムくらいしかないけど、デニッシュが数種類あってとてもおいしかった。受付の人はしょっちゅう変わるけどみんな英語OK。 また機会があればまた泊まりたい。

近くにスーパー、食べ物のダゲール小路、隣はピザ、RER駅から歩いても夜明るい。 バスとシャワーの切り替えがおかしい、明日直すと言いながら同じ、5日間の毎日がバスとシャワーが入れ替わっていた。わたしたちは、シャワー派とバス派だったので。 こういう対処の仕方もパリ流儀かとも思うが、以後10数日、どこの国、どのホテルでも無かったこてである。

部屋は1人にとってさえもそれほど広くない。バスルームは悪い冗談。身長が5フィート、体重110ポンド以上の人は誰でも、バスルーム内で動き回るのに苦労するだろう。壊れたシャワーヘッドが有り、蛇口をいったんひねるとバスルーム中に水をまき散らした。フロントデスクにこの事を報告した。そして、後で詳しく調べると言われた。私は、彼らがシャワーを詳しく調べ、蛇口をひねり、水がバスルーム中に噴き出したのを見て、私の報告を確認してくれたと思った。それから彼らはシャワーを止めてバスルームをそのままに放置した。そう。壊れたシャワーヘッドを元の位置に戻したのだ。バスルームはぬれたままに。それは、私がそこに滞在している間決して交換される事は無かった。ウェブの情報では、客室は周辺の騒音から隔絶されていると書かれていた。本 […] 当に???これはほとんど事実じゃないだろう。私は、隣室で話されている会話が聞こえた。なんてことだ！私の上の部屋の人たちは一晩中ある種の木靴踊りをしているに違いない。彼らが一晩中部屋を歩き回る音が聞こえた。さて、暖房についての情報はどうかと言うと、隠されていた。室内で温度を調節することができなかったからだ。窓を開けて寝なくてはいけなかった、と言うのはまぁ、間違いだ。私は夜通し窓を開けるか閉めるかするため、頻繁に起きたのだ。冬のパリの夜の気温は華氏40〜48度辺りの幅をうろうろする。全体にわたって、ここはひどい選択だった。このホテルには二度と泊まらない、決してだ！ホテルスタッフの何名かは私のメンバーの他の人たちに意地悪だった。何名かは単に一般的な意地悪で、宿泊客の対応に手こずったに違いない。パリで過去にこんな失礼を経験した事は無い。まあ、長生きすれば何かを目にしてしまうと言う事だろう。このホテルに関しては、レポートする事が多過ぎて実際の書く時間が足りない。どうかここを選ばないで・・・。自分のためにも他の場所を探した方が良い。 もっと読む

パリの色んなホテルに泊まったことがるけど、このホテルのシャワーは今までで最も小さかった。ロケーションは素晴らしく、地下鉄は1ブロック以内にあり、RERもたった数ブロック以内にあって、シャルル・ド・ゴール空港やオルリー空港から簡単に安くで電車に乗れた。またここに泊まると思う。

部屋は狭い(バスルームは更に狭い)けど清潔だ。ホテルは地下鉄に近く(特に1時間でシャルル・ド・ゴール空港まで電車で直接行けて、20分でオルリー空港までバスで直接行けて、とても助かる)、またレストランが近くにあり(万が一、レストランが閉まっている場合でも、すぐ隣に遅くまで開いているピザハットがある!)、朝食はホテル内で食べられる(シリアル、パン、ジャム、コーヒーで豪華なものではないけど、観光に出発する前に腹ごしらえできる)。

Not a great hotel at all; much further away from the attractions than it advises, but more importantly than that, the hotel rooms are incredibly small and very, very noisy. A good nights sleep was not had on either night. The bathroom was so small that I could not bend over to use the sink without leaving the door to the bedroom open, and the shower […] was just downright unusable due to its size. The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard after our first nights stay, or any day to be precise. Hotel staff are friendly, but varied. Only one of the desk personnel was of any use; others seemed more interested in watching their laptop or sorting out drawers than serving people. The only saving grace for this hotel was the fact that it is directly on a relatively good Metro station, and it's a very short walk from an amazing bakery. Newer hotel with small but fairly modern rooms. Massive bed but tiny bathroom. Air conditioning provided. 1 minute walk to line 4 metro station. Very safe and less touristy part of Paris. Would recommend some of the cafes nearby for breakfast though. Service is excellent.

This is a very old building, but well kept. There was no shower curtain and the showerhead was handheld, but this is not surprising in France. The staff was more than accomodating,which balanced out the shower inconvenience. The breakfast was somewhat minimal for 12 euros, but for the first morning in a foreign country, it was great!

Renovation occurred during my stay, hotel room where I've stayed is very loud and noisy. The hotel was a fair deal between price, location and services, the only issue was that the room was located right behind the check in desk, and that was slightly uncomfortable and extremely noise in the morning because all the noise of the people coming in and out the Hotel made impossible to sleep.

There are much better 3 star hotels in Paris. It's right next to the Metro, but so are most of the other hotels. The rooms and bathroom are very very small. Hostile quality. The bathroom is on the gross side with no room to get ready. We actually left after the second night and got another hotel room. It should be a 2 star hotel not 3.

Very clean and reasonably comfortable hotel for its price. Very friendly English-speaking staff. Located in 3 min. walking distance from metro and RER stations, so its very easy to get to/from Airports (CDG and Orly) as well as any part of the city. Not too far from the Garden of Luxembourg Great hotel for its price!

I had not stayed in this area and whilst it was a little of hassle to get to; it was very convenient to trains and had a great cafe area next to it Rue De Garre i think it was called. it looked over a street that was very noisy but that is Paris I guess and the hotel staff were exceptional; great recommendations and help.
