Reasonable rate. TV not in good condition. Bed clean but not very comfortable. Staff pleasant.

A little over priced. A room and an old bed.

can be accepted for the cheap price

This Travelodge was conviently located close off the highway. The room was clean and supplied the usual TV, but also a fridge and microwave. Another much more expensive hotel we stayed in on this trip did not have these last two items. The included breakfast was fair; but oh, the flavored coffee creamers! Had to make presentation on Harrisburg PA one evening and attend a meeting in Williamsburg, Va. the following morning. Travel Lodge in Fredericksburg was a great place to stop over for the evening.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel.It was located right off I-95 and was very easy to find.

Clean, good night over hotel while traveling to the south from Ontario Canada

This was a great hotel everything was great except that the filters in the a/c unit and the bathroom exhaust fan were filthy. Obviously that is not something that is done on a regular basis. When we turned the heater on there was a burnt smell so I took the cover off of the unit and the filters were caked with dust and dirt and the coils were solid […] dirt. I later went into the bathroom and the exhaust fan came on and when it did the dirt blew out of , it was all n the walls. I took the cover off of it and its a wonder that hadn't started a fire.I contacted the desk after we had cleaned everything and she offered to switch our room but we were like no because we would just have to clean everything in there. I chose this motel for my one-night stay based on the reviews, location, and fact that I used to live nearby. I was suspicious because the price was so low. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless, had appliances and coffee and even the couch was comfortable. The key didn't work in my first room but the clerk exchanged it promptly […] and all was well. The heat worked especially well. Too well. It was snowing and cold so I turned on the heat and went to sleep. At 3am I work up in what felt like a sauna. But, it worked! Spent a night there on a way to a hunt. The lobby was small and decrepit, but check-in was fast. The room itself and furniture in it was aging, but for the price paid you would kind of expect that. I had a non-smoking king size bed. The room also had a love seat and coffee table. It contained a fridge, a microwave, and a TV which was old and had only […] regular cable (or may be that counts as an extended in those parts). The blanket on the bed was rather thin for this time of year. There's a light breakfast included with your stay. Food is located in a small kitchenette inside the lobby. There's cereal, milk, coffee, orange juice, danishes, honey buns, fruits. Nothing substantial, but still a nice touch. If you want something more filling, there's a Waffle House right across the street. Overall, this place is for the people who want to pay an absolute minimum for a night. もっと読む

My stay here was very pleasant although when I looked at the outside of the building I said, Oh Lord, I'm not staying here. I decided to go check the room out and it was LOVELY and beside the price was right! I recommend this hotel highly!

What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The bathroom area was brand new... nicer than some upscale hotels I've stayed in. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Safe area just off the highway. Friendly hotel staff. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was not huge, but it just happened to have my children's favorite blueberry […] bagels so they were thrilled! I stay at this Travelodge while visiting my faughter. I have stayed here several times. The Travelodge is a basic motel that is clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant. The free breakfast, however, is minimal and could use some improvement.

I was looking for something reasonable in price but somewhere I felt safe to stay. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was updated and clean. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay there again. Very nice for a budget hotel.

It's a real deal if you need one or two nights at the location. We used it as a night stopover traveling from NY to Myrtle Beach. It's almost exactly half way there, reasonably clean, about a mile from Highway 95, extremely cheap. You probably wouldn't want to spend your vacation there, otherwise it's exactly what a title says. The receptionists are great. Though I stayed another day and I told them I would like fresh towels and never received any. Being it was only me I still had enough for two days so I didn't raise a big fuss over it. That and my TV did not have HBO. But over all a good stay for the price.

We stayed at Travelodge in Fredricksburg 2 days before Hurricane Irene. There was a bad thunder storm that afternoon and the power went out before we got there. Perfect place, close to 95, clean and safe. Rooms were comfortable.

Great place to stop over for the night, lots of places to eat. In the morning we had a nice breakfast at the hotel all included.coffee, bagles, oatmeal very nice lady at the counter in the morning.

The hotel was a good value, good access to I95, the staff was very friendly, room clean. Bathroom exhaust fan was broken. Older hotel no complaints.

This hotel is old and it definitely shows. The bathtub was patched, the carpet had lifted and wrinkled, stains on walls. However, very low price and if you just need a place to sleep as you're passing through, it's clean and comfortable.

We have stayed here two years running, clean, economical stopping place on the way to OBX. One exit south is a large plaza with many restaurant choices.

Make sure you carry ear-plugs. The rooms are noisy since you are so close to the main highway. The garage is low and make sure you pay attention if you have a carrier on your vehicle, there is no warning sign!

For the price that I pad I think it was great. House keepers I worried a little bit about I would not leave anything in room that you might worry about while you are away because they seem to have had a look around. Maybe they just thought I had left something behind but better safe than sorry. Nothing was missing except I think they helped them self […] to something to eat which I'm not sure about. But one day I did hear laughter coming from another room and when I turned around two of them were stuffing their face and having a good time snacking and talking about me. Great hotel. Somehow though, hotels.com set me up with a smoking room which I did through the website, but when I arrived they only had non-smoking rooms available. This peeved me, but the stay was enjoyable.

the stay for the price was excellent. Room was the quietess we have ever stayed. Staff was curteous. Breakfast while not sumptuous was adequate.

The Travelodge of Fredericksburg was perfect for an inexpensive one-night stay. It is everything you should expect from an economy motel, but with obvious recent remodeling, nicer than average. Don’t stay here for the included breakfast and you won’t be disappointed. The Waffle House across the street is a better bet.

This hotel was a disappointment. We arrived at night, and it was VERY dimly lit compared to other hotels all around it. The reception area was like a closet opened up for the business area--the "breakfast room" WAS a closet made into a breakfast nook. Breakfast was a disappointment---no milk and bags of bread for anyone to reach their hand in to get. […] We went to the gas station to buy our breakfast. I do have to say--THE ROOM WAS CLEAN! The hotel served its purpose. the majority of the hotels in this area are for travelers making an overnight stop. This exit was mainly hotels. The exit South did have a HUGH shopping area with a variety of stores to choose from. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was average. Nothing out of this world. Everything worked. The room was fine. The bedding was not very comfortable, but I didn't expect that it would be. We were passing through and just needed a place to stay. It was fine for that. They accept pets as well, even though we did not bring any.
