立地などは良かったですが費用対効果を考えると、サービス、部屋の位置(2Fの真ん中)などで少々不満が残った。

　案内された部屋は、１階でオーシャンビューではないと言われました。でも、ベランダからは１晩中、サンタモニカピアの遊園地のイルミネーションがみることができました。ビーチ側の出入り口からは、すぐ砂浜に行くことができ、滞在ホテルとしては満足できるものでした。

２日前に帰ってきたばかりですが、結論から言うと写真で見るより小さいし、食事も高いです。　７泊で予約をとっていたのですが自分の場合喫煙するので全館禁煙のこのホテルを選んでしまい後悔しました。結局我慢できずに最後の３日間はロサンゼルスのホテルに移動しました。　観光地なのでホテルの宿泊費と食事は高いです。値段と質があっていれば高くても納得いきますが値段の割に質は悪いと感じました。

サンタモニカダウンタウン近く、メトロバスのバス停にも比較的近く便利なリッチです！ホテル出て右に向かい歩いてすぐのところに、カフェレストラン？があり人がたくさんの人で朝からにぎわってました！ シャワーの水のでがちょっと足りないｶﾝｼﾞはありますが、洗面台も二人あるので、女の子の旅には最適でした！！

レストランの料理、スパ、レンタカー手配などはなかなか良かったと思います。場所もビーチのすぐ前で便利でした。プールも小さいですぅが、眺めがよく、贅沢です。しかしハウスメイドの清掃レベルや室内備品のメンテナンス、フロントデスクのフレンドリーさなどは今ひとつでした。さらに、部屋を留守にしていた間に、部屋の中で若干の異常な事態が発生しており、正直気持ちの悪い思いをしたこともありました（経済的被害はなかったものの、真相は遂に不明）。ハウスメイドの責任者からの説明も後でありましたし、不快な思いをしたことについての謝罪もありましたが、気持ちとしては少々納得しがたいものでした。

海沿いのホテルということでここに５泊しました。海は目の前だし、夜は観覧車の夜景はきれいだし、快適でした。周りにお店もあるので、治安もいいし、ショッピング、ごはんなどは困りませんでした。バス停も近くにあります。ただドコモの携帯が部屋では電波がはいらなかった～（泣）。またぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

スリッパや歯ブラシなど、わざわざ、電話で頼まないと部屋に備えてなかったのが少し不満。ただ、電話すれば、すぐに持って来た。空港からﾀｸｼｰを利用したが、ホテルにシャトルバスのようなものがあったら尚良かった。デラックス２ダブルベッドの部屋を利用したが、バスルームとトイレが仕切られていなかったところやシャワールームがなくシャワー付きバスタブだったのが不便。立地はとても良い。ビーチはすぐ目の前。ホテルのプールは２４時間オープンだったのも良い。

ロビーやプールは本当にキレイで快適でしたがエレベーターが遅いし なかなか来ないのが不便でしたので非常階段を使ってました。 ホテルのスタッフは陽気で良かった。

サンタモニカでは一番のホテルで、安くはありませんが、サービスも含め、割安感を感じました。５人で行ったので、ふたつ部屋を借りたのですが、リクエストとおりに各部屋にダブルベッドがふたつあり、部屋間のしきりも開放してくれたので、過ごし易かった です。各部屋にミニバーがあり、中身も充実してました。一階のレストランも良い味でした。 ここを起点に、Disney, Universal Studioへはレンタカーで、Biverly Hillsへはメトロレッドバスで行きました。少なくとも夏は夜でも治安は大丈夫そうです。サンタモニカへ行くことがあれば、また泊まりたいと思います。

部屋から海が見えるのを期待してたのに見えなくて残念。 あとシャワーのお湯の出し方が分かりづらく困った。 でもベッドの寝心地は良い。 冷蔵庫と歯ブラシがなくてびっくり。 犬の同伴者多数。 また絶対ここに泊まりたいとは思わないけれど、サンタモニカに泊まったのは良かったと思う。 特にベニスまでのサイクリングが楽しかったです。

ロケーションはこの上なく、ロビーのインテリアや滞在者の雰囲気も申し分ありませんでした。 ただ、アサインされた部屋が、道路向きの一番端のお部屋だったの落ち着きませんでした。 オーシャンビューということでしたが、角部屋のため窓から確かにビーチは見えますが、道路、隣の建物から部屋は丸見えで、カーテンをずっとしていました。 夕日は見えたので、良しとしたいと思いました。 ロビー階のレストランは、夕日を眺めながら食事ができ、素敵でした。お食事の内容もアメリカンなボリューム満点で、美味しかったです。

子供のサマーキャンプでサンタモニカに９日滞在。友人（やはり子供がいる家族） に勧められてロウズに泊まりました。 部屋は狭く、アメニティも少ないのですが、プールはあまり深くなく、子供がボール遊びをしていても問題なし。そしてジャグジーにはハリウッドセレブの姿が！ 完全なビーチフロントではありませんが、十分。サンタモニカプレイスまで歩いて１０分ほど。 便利です。 子供にはビーチで遊ぶ用のたこをくれました。

期待していたような最高級ホテルではありませんでしたが、大事な部分はきちんとしていました：部屋とバスルームは清潔でベッドは快適、眺めも良かったです。食事はしなかったのでその点についてはコメントできません。色々な部分で小金を使わせようという魂胆が感じられました－駐車場、室内インターネット、フィットネスセンター、そして高価なミニバー。ホテルはサンタモニカ埠頭と3rd Streetプロムナードの近くです。

It was horrible! The receptionist, Mercedes was not customer friendly at all! The furniture in the lobby area was dirty, dingy and not 5 star quality. The remote for the TV was dirty and warned. The carpet had spots and stains. Totally disappointed! I have been pleased with 4 star hotels such as Hilton, Marriott , Sheraton etc.

I booked a Superior King room, which meant a partial ocean view. I was told they were "sold out" of King rooms. If we wanted a King bed it would be on the 3rd floor, with scaffolding blocking any view (there was ongoing construction). If I wanted a view, it would mean 2 double beds. We asked for a manager, who managed to find us a King bed with a partial […] view. Great! Except this room had a door adjoining another room. Not a big deal until our neighbors checked in late at night. That's when we discovered that you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next door, down to the zipping and unzipping of their luggage (you can imagine which other, much more intimate activities we overheard in graphic detail). Did I mention their 5 a.m. wake-up call, and the pocket door in our bathroom that inexplicably rattled whenever another room's door slammed? But that's not all! There was a huge ball of hair just lying on the carpet, like someone had cleaned off a hairbrush and just dumped it in the middle of the room. No idea how housekeeping missed it. Also, each room has a Keurig coffee maker, but when we asked for more K-cups they said they ran out. Um, OK. The only reason I gave this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is the location, which is stellar. There was no ice maker on my floor and the sound wasn't working on my pay channels so I had to call maintenance. My wife and I came to Santa Monica for a small vacation, and we loved this hotel, they gave us a free upgrade, the staff where awesome! clean, nice view, excellent condition, they defiantly deserve the Four star level! i would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel is under construction right now, so stay away. Scaffulding is over the pool, construction noise during the day, etc. My room smelled horribly of paint. I was moved to another room, which also smelled of paint. This is normally a great hotel, just stay away during the construction.

My problem was that there was extensive reovations being done and we were not informed prior to our arrival. The special areas where they have little fires burning on the balcony for the sunsets were actually roped off, but we ignored them and sat anyway ( others had done the same) It was such a shame, as we only had the one night to see the sunset.
