The staff was so kind and friendly at this location! On Easter Sunday the staff was very thin, but they got everything done and were kind about being over worked!

Had a great stay, the room was clean and updated. The breakfast was great and the workers were very kind and pleasant. Would stay again for sure!

I stayed here with my son because I knew we were going to arrive from Miami late at night and weather would be bad. This hotel is about 8 minutes from Airport so it is convenient. We were very pleased with our experience at LaQunita Inn and Suites in ROchester South. All staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked for (extra shampoo, breakfast items), they provided with a smile. The room was clean - beds and pillows were very comfortable. Perfect hotel for visiting RIT and Rochester. The accomadation for price paid were excellent. The real topper though was the welcoming of the staff (especially Malcom at the front desk). The good: Staff was pleasant, cookies served at night, nice breakfast in the morning, nice pool and hot tub, comfortable bed, clean room, decent sized flat screen TV, and easy checkout. The bad: The window was unlocked when I came in the room, which was a little odd. I only checked because of the cold draft coming in which wasn't really stopped by […] re-closing and locking the window, but did not bother me during the stay. One of the light bulbs in a lamp was burned out. When the front desk l called to ask if everything was ok I told them about the light and they offered to switch me to a different room. I figured a simple light bulb change would be much easier, but for some reason they didn't think this was an option. Overall: This was a good experience. For the price it was comfortable and clean. Only complaint (but for me its a big deal) is that they have beatiful new 40' or maybe bigger TV's in the rooms and they are hooked up analog. The picture on every channel was very very BAD.

The hotel was clean and bright, a very nice (cheap) place to stay. Good breakfast and fitness room. Also it was the night manager's first night - and he was knowledgeable, welcoming, and a great ambassador for the hotel! Thank you!

My daughter and I stayed at the LaQuinta Inn while looking at colleges in the Rochester area. It was close to the schools we were visiting. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the complementary breakfast was excellent with omelets, waffles, and muffins. Complimentary cookies in the evening were also nice.

We traveled with our pets, so these accommodations were perfect. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was decent. A very small negative: there's no bathroom in the pool area. We had to walk back to the front desk area. Other than that, a good stay.

The hotel has bathrooms that have mold around the bath tubs with leaking taps. One of our room had a plugged toilet. I called the front desk clerk who let me know that maintenence had left for the day and she was not allowed to leave the desk but there was an available plunger. We switched rooms. Hotels.com indicated that this hotel was smoke-free. THAT IS NOT THE CASE. Our non-smoking room was on a smoking floor. The room was fine, but the hall was smoky. We thought the hotel was much nicer that we expected. The room was clean and updated. The bed was very nice and there was nice TV. The bathroom was updated and clean. The only issue had was that it was a little awkward to get to and you had to go around another building to exit.

Very convenient for me to stay here. Right off expressway for easy access, however you may hear road noise in the evening if your room is on road side of hotel. Hotel is pet friendly.. so please note if you have allergies. Ask for room that never has pets in it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. If you would like an affordable hotel with all the amenities and service of a much more expensive hotel, this is the one. we were mis-led by the site which told us our room would have 2 queen beds & was non-smoking. This was not true in either case. I had x-referenced for a good deal & had the site shown the real room (2 doubles, smoking) for the price I would not have booked.
