I am one who usually scoffs at most reviews, feeling most people are too picky or over-analytical...however, they were right on this one! Our first room had very clearly not been finished being cleaned. The top toilet lid (where it flushes) was missing which wouldn't have been a big deal had we not had a 2-year-old. In this room, the microwave was sparking with nothing even in it, there were 2 light bulbs missing from the lamps, and one of the lamps kept shorting out. The vending machines did not work which was very inconvenient. The hotel is very run-down and needs a lot of maintenance. This is not really a big deal as it was obviously old and would be expected, but upkeep should still be a top priority for the rooms. The most distgusting hotel I've ever stayed in!

Easy & Nice

Unfortunately I was not too satisfied with this hotel. The bathroom ceiling was covered with mold, the sink area was still dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. Lousy paint joband poor job of laying the carpet. no ORANGE JUICE FOR BREAKFAST. Please offer yogurt for breakfast.

poor hotel condition; tv remote not working with only one working channel; dirty bathroom and bath tub; baseboard heaters not working; windows and doors not wind or sound proof...

Heat barely worked, dried blood on pillow case, old and rundown in main room and especially the bathroom. Would not stay there again if it was onl 20 dollars a nignt.

I would probably not stay here again. I personally wasn't as content or comfortable as I could have been. First room they tried to give me had a toilet that didn't work. I also didn't like the outside access to each room, when I was told over the phone that each room had interior access. Breakfast also left a little to be desired.

It is the worst place I have ever stayed. Dirty, smelly, bad neighborhood. The "not at all satisfied" option is an understatement !!!!!! I suggest you take it off your list.

WE STAYED IN THE OLD MOTEL PART WHICH WAS OK BUT PROBABLY BETTER IN THE MAIN BUILDING

Customer Service person was very nice and did what she could,but the room had issues - toilet would not stop running, so we had to shut the bathroom door, a/c would not shut off & very cold in the room, a used washrag was left in the shower. There were earwigs (bugs) in the room on the walls, dead one on the bed! The TV volume control didn't work so couldn't hear the sound! Not a clean room. It was noisy outside of our room all night so didn't get to sleep. Would NOT recommend this hotel at all!!!!

The only problem with this motel is the small window above the door. There is no curtian over it and the outside lights are on all night. This is hard for someone like me who is used to sleeping in pitch black. Other than that, the room was wonderful and clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

This hotel is not only filthy, it should be condemned by the health department and destroyed to prevent spread of desease.

When we checked in our room we found that it was not cleaned. There was trash all over and dirty underwear on the floor. The bar next door was loud until 3 am. Something was stolen out of the back of our pick-up truck.

The reservation process went well my room was ready as promised. That is the end of the good news. The lobby should have been a sign of what was to come.It looked as if the last time it was freshened up was 40 years ago. From the thershold under the door to the pen on the counter, all I saw was old,old ,old. No furniture,no decoration, no class what […] so ever. The carpet on the stairs up to the thired floor was chocolate brown. It may have been a dark green or a dark blue at one point, but now due to years of dirt and constant neglect it is brown forever. The carpet in my room actually matched the carpet on the stairs, if that is possible.I am really glad I packed a pair of flip-flops to shower in. The signs of age continued inside my room, from the corroded shower hardware and ancient light switches, to the thread bare sheets and see through towels, to the air conditioning that would not shut off to the television straight out of Happy Days, this whole building should have leveled years ago. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast - they had bacon, waffles, fruit, bagels, coffee, juices, toast, etc. They only gave us 3 towels though and so by the second day we needed 4 more. We went down to front desk and asked for some more towels, but they said they were all out but they'd try to find some and would bring them to our room. […] We were in a hurry and they took almost an hour to bring the towels up for us. The outside of the building was really dirty though. We were on the second floor and there were bird droppings EVERYWHERE so you didn't want to touch the railings at all. Construction in parking lot and surrounding area. Seedy at best,saw a bug in room. Stains on chairs and carpet. Transom window lets in light. On highway side of building and noisy.

We chose this hotel because we would be arriving very late and leaving very early, and the price was right for our short timeframe. We found the room nicer and cleaner than we expected. there were a few cleanliness items that housekeeping could do better at. the hotel itself is older - i liked the charm of that. easy and great for a one nighter!!

I should have listened to the other reviews and my gut and stayed somewhere else. The place is surrounded by a Huge bar, a utility rental facility and abandon builings. Transients everywhere. The room can barely be considered clean when the walls and floors of the rooms are stained. The locks were partially broken and it looked like the doors to both […] rooms had been broken in to. extremely dirty carpet, lousy shower, beds too bouncy - but convenient location, though.

We were pleasantly surprised how easy we were able to get a very nice room thru hotel.com! We decided to go with hotel.com from now on. Makes life better!

I have been to Rock springs before, was so surprised at my stay at Days Inn.. I got a ground level room, easy access.. place was great.. they had a great breakfast too... Very cost effective. and so pleased to stay there.

The hotel was a bit run down. Our room was close to the dumpsters which smelled bad. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good. Don't regret staying there but probably stay someplace else if in Rock Springs again.

Staff was friendly but the motel not hotel seems old. Okay for passing through and for the money. would not stay there if more than one night.

The breakfast room was so tight I chose not eat as the food did not look very good anyway.

Everything was nice, the room had microwave, frig, safe and was very clean. However, there was NO hot water. We only stayed one night and were only two hours from home so just got up and left. This is an easy fix so still would recommend staying there.

The room was spacious and i was pleasantly surprised by the location of the heater and its quietness. The building I was in was older, and look somewhat dated. Bed was comfortable and it was a quiet room.

The hotel is VERY close to the highway. Right next to a bar, if you are lucky to sleep on that side you will hear all the noise until after 2 AM when the bar finally closes down. It was a stopping point on our drive. For the price it was good and what would be expected. Beds decent. We had to switch rooms. I stayed there 2 nights. They were very accomadating. It was kinda annoying how long it took for the reservation to show up in there computer, but thats alright. We only slept there. It was comfortable enough and the breakfast was pretty good. Its an older motel, but still nice enough. I'll stay there again.

Central air that was marginal but all in all when you are tired from a day of driving it will work.

The first room they put us in had damp carpet, the second had obvious water stains, but it wasn;t damp. The heater did not work, the room smelled like lysol trying to cover up mold. This was a Days Inn and I expected so much more from a national chain. Days Inn should shut this place down, it was horrible and the people wouldn't help.

This is a older motel. We stayed in an older room. The room was clean and okay. It is a non-smoking building. Smoking was outside the building. Smoking was being done outside the lobby and the smoke was blown back into the lobby. The breakfast was good, but area needed to be cleaned.
