The hotel was fairly nice and the staff was very friendly. Room sizes were adequate and restaurant very good. However, the hotel is really not air conditioned....it is fairly cool in the lobby but the rooms just have some sort of central fan system. Upstairs rooms had to be at least 85F...felt like ovens on a day when outdoors was about 90F. Ground […] floor rooms marginally cool (they moved us to be helpful). they say in France there is a difference between air conditioning and climatizacion.... would be really good if HOTELS.COM would have made that distinction understood. Wir hatten ein großes ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den schönen Golfplatz. Das einzige, was überhaupt nicht ging, war der Teppichboden, der voller Flecken war.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der Autobahn und erfordert nicht, dass man ins Zentrum von Metz fährt. Es ist ein modernes Business-Hotel, aber die Zimmer sind schon recht einfach gehalten. Selbst sehr preisgünstige Businesshotels in Deutschland sind etwas werthaltiger eingerichtet. Quel dommage, bien que l'hôtel soit loin du centre ville, il est, pour les amateurs de golf, idéal et la piscine est agréable. En revanche le personnel est lamentable, incompétent et désagréable. Que ce soit au bar ou au restaurant le temps d'attente pour passer commande est insupportable, le temps de service n'en parlons pas. Exemple au diner pour […] 2 entrecôtes et une dorade, rien d'autre, 2 heures entre le moment ou l'on s'assoit et ou l'on peut réclamer l'addition.... qu'on vous donne sans une parole. Nous sommes restes 2 nuits, la chambre n'a pas été faite, obliges de réclamer du papier toilette. Faire l'économie d'un personnel compètent et avenant, capable de renseigner les touristes étrangers (qui se tournaient vers les clients pour se faire comprendre) voila qui va nuire a l'établissement. もっと読む
