BARTの駅に近く利便性がよいし、フロントの方がいろいろな情報を教えてくれて非常に役に立ちました。部屋はそれなりに広く快適です。朝9時行ったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。外が少し騒がしいことが少し気になりました。

これまでマリオットに泊まることが多かったが、日航も結構いい。お金はかかるが、プールがいい。サービスはいい加減で日系ホテルのきめ細かさはない。

英語が不得手な私でも、スタッフの方は大変感じ良かったです。 我々が入口に近づいた際には、スタッフがダッシュで飛んで来て、ドアを開けてくれます。サンフランシスコ空港までは、ホテルのリムジンを利用しました。大人４名＋子供２名でチップ込みで160ドルでした。映画にでてくるようなリムジンに乗れて、良い気分でした。

The location was fantastic, staff were VERY helpful, and the old-school elevator was the greatest thing ever. There were NO bedbugs like some others have claimed, the room was clean with a personal bathroom, fridge, WI-FI and microwave. Overall a great stay, especially if you are travelling on business or alone.

・部屋はそこそこきれい。 ・暖房がついている。 ・シャワーはせまい。 ・ネットはワイヤレスで、重たいものはやりとりしにくい。 ・安い。 ・場所が、中心地（ユニオンスクエア）から遠く、バスに乗って中心地に行くことになる。 ・しかし、バスの1週間券などを買えば観光もできるし、ユニオンスクエアからは10～15分くらいでつくので、中心地で高いホテルに泊まるよりいいと思った。 ・ホテルの場所周辺の治安だが、そんなに悪くない。朝晩も女性のアメリカ人が普通に歩いていた。閑静な住宅街の中、という感じ。Expedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

"多種多様なレストランに近い"
コストとロケーションでここに泊まることにした。このホテルはこれと言って余分なものはないけれど、Russian Hillのも含めて、たくさんのレストランが徒歩圏内だ。確かSushi Kingといったと思うけれど、驚きだった。ロビーが改装中だったので、一部屋にいるにも関わらず、スタッフがものすごくフレンドリーだった。もし予算的に厳しい時だったら、おそらく又ここに滞在するだろう。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"素晴らしい二つ星ホテル"
私が泊まったのは部屋のドアが廊下に向かって開く箇所だった。私の最初の印象は、、、いかにも二つ星的だな～だった。エレベーターは実際業務用だし、廊下は狭く、私の２階の部屋からの景色は壁だった。だけれども部屋はとてもとても清潔だった。バスルームのタイルのしっくいや、窓の桟、部屋のヒーターに埃や汚れがなかったので改装されたばかりだとすぐわかった。もし、古いブラウン管テレビ（まさかまだ使われているとは思わなかったが）、とスタンドを処分してくれたら、絶対またここに泊まるだろう。もう一点、地下駐車場、いつも空きが見つかった。安い料金にしては価値があった。 ２０１１年１１月Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Very thin walls and drunk neighbors"
I stayed there 4/2013 and was woken up at midnight by my neighbors coming back to the hotel Drunk. Which normally wouldn't be a problem except the walls were paper thin. I could even hear the guy snore. My children got to learn the F word. So educational! The management didn't care to solve the issue of us losing 3 hours sleep due to the drunk guys. "Great location and comfy beds"

it was good. parking was limited and small spaces for your rental car!. Overall the rooms were clean. The location was great we were close to everything we wanted to do. Parking is really crowded if theres no parking spot at the hotel make sure to ask the front desk because they have 2 other lots available. We didnt know that and we ended up driving around for a while. "Close to reasonably priced cafes and the bus line"

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed our front desk staff and our complimentary breakfast. Over the past year ,we have managed to finish a long list of upgrades, such as Wireless-N Wi-Fi, new lobby, new breakfast room, in room safes, new Simmons pillow top mattresses with duvets. Over the next year or so we will be doing the following: fresh stone to the building, new paint, new railings, new roof and a newly paved parking lot. Although remodeling is a very time consuming process, we are certain that our guests will be very pleased with our property when it’s completed. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and we hope you will return the next time you're in San Francisco to see all of our improvements!
