This hotel was everything i expected for the money. I stayed 4 days for Parris Island Graduation. This hotel was fairly close to base. I only saw a few closer. Check in and out was easy, however don't even bother to try for an earlier check in. We did use the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. My wife is a diabetic and stores her insulin in a […] refrigerator. This room had a refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot and Iron. My group stayed one night for a conference. Glad it was only one night. The rooms smelled moldy and the ceilings were falling in. We felt we were in unclean and unhealthy rooms.

Everything we needed but we could not latch or lock the bathroom door. Otherwise a very comfortable and convenient stay.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There was alcohol left in the room from previous renters, the continental breakfast was from 6a-9a but each day we went down by 7a everything was gone and when asking the staff that was all they had. It was a horrible stay. :(

The air/heater unit was loud and made all kinds of noises all night long. The shower above us was leaking into our room. The nicest part was the indoor pool.

The clerks were very polite and very helpful, you rarely find that these days. Hotel has a great location.

Great facility!

The hotel seemed to be older and therefore in need of some updating and maintenance but it was adequate for the price. I would stay again but I would prefer a newer place.

The staff was very helpful, but the hotel and rooms were in very shabby condition. There were many repairs needed. Our furniture was dirty and stained, the carpet looked awful, and the plumbing in the tub was falling off the wall. They couldn't find our confirmation. They gave us room keys to someone else's room. Both parties screamed when we opened the door. The keys only worked one time - you had to get new keys everytime you left. They didn't even apologize when they gave us someone else's room - just said REALLY!

The people in the room next to us were loud and partied all night. Got no sleep for my son's graduation the next day. Almost twice went next door to quit them down, but my wife would have been upset even more. That made our two day stay very unpleasant.

It was exactly what I expected. Thin doors, so you can hear everything going on outside. Room was clean and in decent shape. Odd setup with door into sink/restroom area. The price in the area was right compared to stars.

The rates are good. The room very cleaned. Breakfast good. No heated pool.

The staff was very friendly. The ice machine on the upper level did not work. Neither did the hair dryer in my room. The room had an odor to it - probably whatever they spray it with after each guest. The location was good as I was visiting Parris Island and it wasn't far from the road to the island. On the first evening (two evening stay) all looked fine until we opened the sofa bed, NO sheets, we paid for the use of the sofa bed. The next morning, the tub would not drain efficiently, therefore once showered had to rinse one foot and then rinse the other and then turn shower off, NOT good. Breakfast, what breakfast? Breakfast would not be ready until 6:00 a.m., not early enough. The hotel had a little age , but was well maintained and clen. Staff were very friendly, informative and knowledgeable on Family Day and Graduation Ceremonies. Great value on a fixed budget.

It was quiet, in a very good location as to where I had to be, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean..couple of things in disrepair but overall very nice

Not the best hotel room I have ever stayed in but for the price and all I needed it for was a place to sleep it was fine.The people at the front desk were very nice and very helpfull.

This is a nice clean hotel.It has a great indoor pool,each room has a microwave,coffee maker,fridge.Great hotel for the entire family.

We planned a trip on the day of to go to Hunting Island and booked with this hotel. We have stayed here before and enjoyed the quality of the room, hot tub, pool; but we had bad service with the cleaning lady barging into our room. This last stay, we left the do not disturb sign on the door the entire time and didn't have an issue. We didn't see the […] lady that barged in the last time either. Upon staying at this motel the parking is mostly on the other side of the building so be prepared for a hike unless you're lucky enough to get a parking lot view , otherwise you get a view of a six foot wooden fence. The staff was rude to one of the other guests that shared the room with me. I found that to be profoundly unprofessional and uncalled […] for. NO one should raise their voice at anyone in a business establish that's based on hospitality. The hotel was ok if you our on a tight budget and are wanting to stay just a couple of days. Other than that I would probably not stay there again. I needed to stay for the for a couple of days being that I had a friend that was graduating Marine Corps Basic Training at Parris Island. We got there about two hours early and they would not let us check […] in until 3:00p.m. When we got to our room, it was clean but lacked essentials like a bathroom door that would stay closed. One of another reason I chose this hotel is because they stated that they had an indoor pool and whirlpool. When we got there the pool was small and the whirlpool looked like it the tub hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It looked kinda brown, murky, and the water was just luke warm. Other than that we just had some load neighbors on each side of us that were having a bachlorette party and they would constantly parade up and down the outside deck, scream and talking load and on some occasions have random knocks at our door from people trying to attend this party. We only needed a one-night stop-over on a longer trip, so this hotel filled the bill just fine. It was just a short drive to the Historic district.

The rooms really need to be updated..cracks in walls, ceiling and loose paint. Our bathroom was not clean as far as the floors and dust and grime in the corners. The back of the bathroom door was covered with hair that was disturbing.

If you are coming to see a new marine graduate, find another place to stay. It's close to parris island but is definitely on the low-end of hotels that you can choose from in the parris island area.

I don't know if the hotel has changed management in the past year or so, but it has definately gone downhill. The rooms are badly patched and in desperate need of a major overhaul, the pool was so murky you can't see the bottom, and apparently their maintenance staff has taken the year off judging from the condition of the rooms. This hotel was very convenient for my travel to the Beaufort Sheriff's Department. It was nicer than I expected it to be. The indoor pool was great for me to relax in before training the next day. My overall stay was good for the price of the room. The front-desk clerk was polite and helpful. The breakfast was much better than I anticipated.

The hotel would be great if they would invest in updating the rooms especially things like the carpet and the bathroom with some fresh paint.
