Thank the Comfort Inn for a great stay, very Helpful Persanal, One thing I really Like is a clean room and my room was very clean. Again thak you for a great stay!!!!

Hotel is not bad, check in staff was not that personable, not that easy to get into hotel parking lot.

We had difficulty locating the hotel - Comfort Inn North Medford should really put up a bigger sign board. Even the gas station did not know how to get into the hotel parking lot. You need to really drive slowly to actually see the sign board. The tiny entrance sign is totally overshadowed by the hotel next door - Rogue Regency Inn & Suites. Kind of […] frustrating especially after a long drive. However, checking in with clerk, Michael, removed all the stress of locating the entrance. With a warm welcome smile, he totally relaxed us and initiatively offered us a choice of either a 1st level room or 3rd, in spite of elevators being available, assuring us that both rooms did not face the highway, and would be quieter. We really appreciated this thoughtfulnes,as we needed a quiet sleep after a long drive and a longer drive the next day. Room, bed and amenities were as promised, however, the air was noisy and seems that the thermostat was not as 'sensitive' as it should have been. Couple of times during the night, we had to turn the air off. It was cold! We had dinner at the Regency Grill, [Rogue Regency Inn and Suites] which was across the parking lot , easy and safe walk. Get a Comfort Inn 'restaurant' guide from main desk. It has several dinner option coupons. We discovered that we could use $5 off per dinner purchase! Michael willingly gave us another 'guide' - we used both coupons for our dinner What a deal for good food, without having to drive. We could both then have a glass of wine without having to worry about the designated driver choice. Michael also suggest Outback Steak house, but we really like the walk to resturant, wine and dine, then walk back. A plus. Breakfast nook was small for the number of guest, however, Michael was there to constantly replenish all the items. Cofee pots were around the corner to the nook and can be easily missed. This hotel was a pleasant find. Recommended by a Costco employee... He should get a commission or maybe work for Hotels.com. This hotel is hard to enter because of an awkward location but it is well worth the trouble. Great indoor pool!. This will be our hotel of choice in the Medford area.. No doubt about it.

Good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Good location to get to various things around town. There was a lot of water noise in our room, but the person in the room next door said they didn't hear anything. You have to drive around in a circle to get to the hotel from the main road, was a little confusing.

Convenient, good continental breakfast, reasonably priced
