The room was spacious and clean - a couple of tiles in the bathroom were discolored and needed to be replaced. Bed was fine and the front desk provided extra pillows. Service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet looked ok but there were two bus-fulls of teenagers at the hotel and they were swarming the buffet - for sanity's sake we went […] elsewhere. We stayed here for 2 nights and wanted to visit Busch gardens and Williamsburg locations. This hotel is located quite close to Williamburg attractions and is in walking distance from atleast 15 restaurants. Hotel staff was good and friendly and rooms exceeded our expectation. very nice. clean,and friendly staff. the breakfast was just right. recomend this hotel. close to historict area and resturants. wold not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

I have stayed at this hotel before and was satisfied, but my room was a disaster. The wallpaper was coming off the wall and the floor was not clean.

This hotel was located close to William & Mary University and surrounding Williamsburg attractions. Overall the hotel provides good quality for economical price. The breakfast food items were dry and seemed stale. Would recommend going out for warm and fresh breakfast at surounding locations.

Excellent location and quality for the price. 1 mile to Colonial Williamsburg. Large buffet breakfast (included) had waffles, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, bagels, toast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. I would have paid double what I paid and still been satisfied.

A VERY convenient location to the Historic areas of Jamestown, Yorktown, and Williamsburg. Also to shopping, and William and Mary college. Check in and check out - no problems. A nice breakfast selection provided daily at 6 am, but it ends at 9am. So if you plan to sleep late, it will be closed. Washer / dryer on sight, beds very comfortable. The staff at the Quality Inn was wonderful - very friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included the usual options (waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal), and there was ample seating in the large dining area. Overall, an excellent value for the budget-minded traveler.

We enjoyed our stay and did not encounter any problem with the hotel. It was clean and updated.

I have never slept (in a hotel) as well as I did in this one. My 17 year old daughter was with me and she too slept VERY well.

Hotel on Bypass Road accesses all areas. Wonderful hotel staff. Could not ask for better. Rooms are reasonably clean and comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare with plenty of hot or cold choices. Coffee 24 hrs. is the best! Definately recommend a stay. Ours was 10 days and we enjoyed the area and staff tremendously.

Have stayed here before. Things haven't changed. Clean, Friendly and a nice breakfast.

We had a fine stay for 2 nights. More than acceptable as a budget hotel. My only complaint is that it probably offers the worst continental breakfast I have ever had in 30 years of traveling.

Our room was clean, well tended, and comfortable. Hotel staff were very pleasant and courteous. We'll definitely stay here again. Convenient location, and less expensive than other hotels in Williamsburg, VA. Additional handicap parking would be nice since there was only one handicap space. Great for the money, better than I thought it would be. Bed was pretty comfortable!

A great location hotel and at a great value, too! Spacious room and clean!

Only complaint - no drapes on window to close - just sheer curtains - could not block out lights from parking lot at night.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It was close to the must see sights. It is very clean and well kept. The only draw back is that the cell phone service was unreliable. For the most part I had to go outside to make my phone calls.

Great for your basic needs. There isn't much to brag about but has what you may need to get some sleep and continue on if your just passing though. The hotel isn't too far from downtown or the historic college. The complementary breakfast was a nice suprise for the low price of the nights stay.

The staff here was very accommodating, nice and helpful. We were able to get around town and to the theme parks easily. Rooms were very nice, breakfast was good and pool was relaxing. Overall was great and would definitely go back.

The hotel was too far away to walk to the historic area, visitor's center or William and Mary college. Also too far to walk to widest choice of restaurants. Bed and pillows were much too soft.

Thought hotel was closer to William and Mary than it was. staff did not really know the best way to get there and were not as helpful as I would have liked. Hotel was fine for price.

I booked this hotel for the reviews on cleanliness and was not disappointed. In addition, the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would consider a return visit.

This hotel is so handy for all the attractions in Williamsburg - Busche Gardens and Jamestown and Yorktown to name a few. The breakfast room was a lovely bright room overlooking the pool. Plenty of beds/chairs at the pool, and clean towels all the time. Very good.

We enjoyed our stay at this Quality Inn finding it very conveinient to downtown Williamsburg and a super great breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Only drawback was a running toilet and a musty order to the room. Our airspray took care of the mustiness. The continental breakfast had a wonderful selection of morning foods and the coffee was delicious! We would return as the location was very convenient.

room was great- bed very very comfortable-location perfect to do anything-very quiet and clean neighborhood-only neg. and very minor was the door had to be slammed in order to close it

room,location and price was great but the girl at the counter was rude and no help when we ask her questions about food or williamsburg.

Clean comfortable hotel. Beds are kind of small. Would recommend updating rooms to include 2 queen size beds instead of full. Only spent one night but was very pleased.

was suprised at how nice hotel was, breakfast is at 6 am for early risers, but wear shoes to pool the sidewalk is a foot killer.

I stayed at this hotel for one night over the weekend. The room was dirty and not as pictured on the website. My check In took 30 minutes because the staff member was not familiar with the check inn program. She also did not speak very good English. She made no apologies for her lack of knowledge or the length of time it took to check in..

This was our third stay at this hotel and it seems to improve more each time. The room was VERY clean as was the bathroom. Service was great and all staff very friendly. The free breakfast is awesome. We will continue to stay here on future visits!

Great location - close to Colonial Williamsburg. The condition of the room was ok--a little dated but clean. The doorknob on the bathroom door was also broken and wouldn't close. Overall it was a good stay for the money.
