Love the free meals and the size of the suites. Can't be beat.

We go to Phoenix approximately 2 - 3 times a year, and this has been our go to hotel for several years. The staff is fabulous, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast and dinner bars always have a very nice selection, and it is close to wonderful shopping areas in the Phoenix Biltmore area. Each time we return, the staff is the same....so this tells […] me something about the management of the hotel. How nice to stay in a place that felt like a copy apartment. Well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa for visiting, and lots of choices for the hot breakfast. I'll stay there again.

Hotel has huge rooms and the service was really excellent. I used the shuttle several times and they were always happy to help me. They also provided breakfast and dinner (4 nights a week). I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great area, very safe. Staff was very professioal and helpful. The room was spacious enough for four of us, we enjoyed the kitchen. There were plenty of pillows and blankets in the room. The free breakfast and dinner were a wonderful bonus. We will definetly use this hotel again.

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The hotel and cleaning staff was great, room was quiet, and very very clean. The free breakfast was great with a wonderful selection of food choices. We will most certainly stay here when we visit the Phoenix Biltmore area again.

I have been using this hotel for five years and it is always good. Only negative is that the free buffet breakfast is now completely carbs with greasy sausage and bacon, but no eggs, etc. They could try to make it a little healthier. We ended up going to a local restaurant instead. Otherwise, it could not have been nicer.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and service. Clean, quiet room, very comfotable. The free breakfast was a bit heavy on sweets and bread, but was still better than many.

not the fanciest hotel i've stayed in but by far the most comfortable
