I have stayed at Boulder Station many times. This time I was very disappointed! We booked 2 rooms. Our rooms were just disgusting. There was a pair of underwear left on the floor from a previous guest and our bathrooms were filthy. The hotel itself was nice, rooms were clean upon arrival. However, the room was not cleaned properly for three out of the six days we stayed. The staff was fairly nice but not very sympathetic to any issues we had with the hotel. We only ate at the buffet for breakfast but it was excellent. We stayed in two adjoining rooms with family on an overnight stay and really enjoyed the beds and rooms. Everything was up-to-date and comfortable, especially enjoyed the beds. Onsite theatre, arcade, and pool were good for entertaining kids. Buffet's a good value but be prepared to wait at common eating hours. Plenty of parking, The smell of smoke […] was present in the casino and public areas on the 1st floor which we expected, but also on our "non-smoking" floor and in our "non-smoking" room, which we didn't expect. It was clean, neat and friendly. I really liked that they have a security officer at the entrance to the hotel rooms to verify that only the guests go up. Friendly and helpful staff.

Average hotel with no amenities to speak of. Things we liked were the buffet, the cleanliness of our room, the view of old Las Vegas, the Alan Parsons concert, the waitresses and bartenders, the valet service. Bummers included "smokeless floor" was not (people smoked outside their rooms and it entered into our room); hallway carpets needed cleaning; […] one of our chairs broke; no coffee maker in the room; no spa; and worst of all, we had no room service on the night we arrived. There was no room service, we found out 2 days later, because they needed everyone for the Alan Parsons concert. Hotel room was in decent condition but still smelled slightly of smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Grand Cafe hostess was less than pleasant (restaurant was empty but said we should have made reservations) but the service inside was great.

We enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again if needed. We were pleased that the hotel and casino were separate, considering that we do not gamble. We loved that security was present and made sure that we were the key holders. We did not however like the parking situation, we have twins and having to park far away did not help with unloading and loading […] the next day. Liked the security of the rooms, had a security person checking room keys 24/7. Room was clean, however toilet leaked. Rooms were noisy could hear people in halls and next door. Overall okay for price.

We had such a good experience the last time we stayed in 2011 that we decided to have a mini family reunion in Vegas and recommended Boulder Station to the entire family. We booked Boulder Station Hotel as our one night stopover on the way to other destinations. The hotel was easy to find and very clean. The hotel staff was very professional. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded from a regular king size room to a "luxury" suite. All I can say is WOW! The suite was definitely well laid out. The rooms are clean and classy for the price. Plenty of restaurants and table game play as well as place to drop your kids if you need some time away to play. If you are looking to be close to the strip, this place is not for you. But for the amenities, price and being comfortable this is the spot.

I was impressed with the room in particular.. at twelve dollars a night I was not expecting much. I typically stay at The Marriott when I travel, and must say Boulder Station was equally comfortable. The beds were amazing!

I was dissatisfied with being charged seperately for wi-fi, a resort fee and even my wake up call cost which totaled 60.00 extra for my stay. I though I was getting a good deal but after all of the hidden fees, not so much!

I personally was turn off by the crowd the casino at this hotel attract. I escaped the strip to find peace here and I was wrong. For the same price, I passed on Monte Carlo hotel & Casino and New York New York hotel and Casino. It was an experience, but not one I would like to relive again. I would not recommend this hotel to families at all.

It was a good value until they added on a 12.00 per night convenience fee to use the pool, weight room, free internet, and local telephone service. I guess these are not free at this hotel! Other than that it was a nice hotel. Just be upfront about the cost of the room!

We had a non-smoking room and it was very confortable and clean. The only problem are the pillows. They are not very soft, they are not confortable at all.
