ドイツの旅のスタートには便利な空港でした。空港からシャトルバスでホテルに連れて行ってくれたので、迷いませんでした。一泊して、ドイツに馴れてから列車の旅をスタートできたのはとてもよかったです。

フランクフルト空港でトランジットのために宿泊したが、空港との間で無料の連絡バスがあり、部屋も大変きれいで満足した。また、２４時間営業のレストランでの料理も期待以上の内容であった。 敢えて言うなら、ＴＶチャンネルにＮＨＫがなかったこと、到着時にシャトルバスの乗り場が判りにくかったこと（空港の問題であってホテルに責任無し）が改善期待点である。

フランクフルト空港での乗り継ぎのための1泊でした。快適な滞在でした。 第1ターミナルへのシャトルバスは大きいバスですが、第2ターミナルへは小さいバンなので、乗れる人数に限りがありました。朝一番は、いっぱいで乗れなかったので、次のシャトルを待たずに歩いて行きました。10分ちょっとで着いたかと。

飛行機の乗り継ぎで１泊する方、もしくは朝早く空港に行く方に良いホテルです。 空港からホテルまで無料のシャトルバスが１５分おきに出ているので便利です。 スタッフも親切で、設備も良かったです。

空港からバスで５分の位置にあり、乗り換えのために宿泊するにはおすすめです。 無料バスが１５分毎に空港とホテルを往復しておりとても便利です。 市内に出たいときはバスで空港まで行き、空港から電車に乗るといいです。 スタッフの対応が丁寧でとても感じがよかったです。部屋には湯沸しやカップがあり、お茶やコーヒーが飲めます。 ヒーターをつけようとしたら送風しか出ず寒かったのが残念でした（尋ねればよかったのですが・・・）。

ターミナル２Dの乗り場はすぐわかりますが、ターミナル１の乗り場はわかりずらいです。 シャトルの本数も多くて、お部屋がとても広くて清潔でした。

乗り継ぎのためには便利だと思います。第２タミーナルからシャトルバスを利用しましたが空港出口を出て道路（２本位だったと思います）渡り、右手に進むといくつかのホテル名が書いてある看板があります。（少し先に小さな屋根のついた待ち合い席があります）案外分かりやすいです。料金は往復無料、予約不要。空港に向かう際もホテル出口にいると第１、第２行きのバスがきます。エグゼクティブダブルに宿泊しましたが建物が別の棟らしくエレベターが違います。それほど広くはありませんが新しく清潔です。湯沸かしポット、エスプレッソマシーンがあります。バスタブはありませんがシャワーが使い易いので１泊だけでしたら苦になりません。他の方の口コミでホテル出て左の道路を道なりに行くと「ガソリンスタンド併設の水などが買えるお店あり」も助かり […] ました。見る限り他にお店はないようなので。長いフライトの後は部屋でお湯を沸かしゆっくりしたいですよね。 もっと読む

フランクフルト空港との無料シャトルバスで5分程度。部屋は居住性がよく、水周りのメンテナンスも行き届いていて気持ちがよい。また利用したい。特にビジネスユースの方に勧めたい

The hotel offers an airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. It is very clean and comfortable - similar to what is expected in an American hotel, not the small typical european hotels. It is very updated with amenities. I stayed in a suite, which was extremely large. No complaints!

Great shutttle to the airport. We stayed a few days and took the shuttle to the airport many times to catch the subway into town. Didn't fully appreciate this until we stayed in another hotel that charged 5euro per trip. Clean and quiet with the windows shut. We had a junior suite - that was an overrated description. The room was crowded, 1990-styled, but 2012 - priced .

Everyone was friendly and very professional... great coffee in room!!! very comfortable.... good transportation to/from airport...

This hotel is a great place but the cost of food is so high. We were shocked at how much we had to pay to eat at the hotel and there is no place near by so you have to eat there

Very good room. Friendly staff. Great transfer service from airport, though it took ages to find where the bus left from. Would recommend this hotel.

Very nice, upscale and close to the airport. Room was perfect! Forested area for walking / running / biking across the street. Convenience store close if needed. Will stay again for next layover!

Steigenberger Airport in Frankfurt does it again!! I have now stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, both conditions during layover for international flights. The hotel is very convenient - location and services top notch - comfort and food excellent and very good value. Shuttle bus meets full requirements.

rooms are somewhat small and the promised king-size bed turned out to be a double

Close to Airport Food and Drinks Expensive

The service was excellent, and the location perfect for an in transit overnight stay near the airport. We were upgraded to an amazing, contemporary, spacious room with a view of an adjacent forest. Enjoyable stay, nice bars and restaraunts. Martin the bar tender was fantastic.

Very modern hotel close to the airport. Room was large and well appointed with a great bath. Free shuttle to the airport. There are several nice dining choices, including a 24 hour one. Only complaint was breakfast was very expensive-ask the price first!

The hotel offers good service for those requiring an airport hotel. What it lacks in atmosphere it makes up for in terms of OK rooms and convenience to airport for those requiring an overnight stay to make forward connections. The hotel provides a small space for smokers to imbibe in their vice with a small open but ventilated area directly by the guest lifts. Being a small space, smokers and their smoke spill into the path of guest accessing the lifts. All guests must walk through a wall of smoke to get in and out of the hotel. I loved the location of the hotel. I needed a hotel close to the airport, since I had to catch a flight the next morning. The Hotel was 5 minutes away with the hotel shuttle. The hotel service was slow and the food and beverages were expensive compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were old and needed cleaning as well as updating.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and would be absolutely thrilled to choose this hotel again, should i have the opportunity. Proximity and access to the airport is fantastic. The only problem i can think of is that the restaurant food is overpriced; well, at least expensive (if you do not consider it over-priced). However, you can go back to the airport and go to the airport supermarket (interesting location for a super market) and buy juices, wine, fruit, water, etc for your room if you don't want to buy the expensive stuff at the restaurant. The facilities are very good. The bed was not comfortable and the room AC hard to get right. Room service food was poor. Take the time to go next door .

I love this hotel, but I am continually amazed at how expensive the food and beverages are in the hotel.

As always, our stay at the Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport hotel was perfect. We were in a standard room rather than the Tower, and even their basic rooms are far above the norm. Our luggage was delayed and a courteous front desk had the suitcases delivered to our room at 12:30 am (after cautiously checking with us by phone). The Steigenberger Airport Hotel is always great. Staff courteous and friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. Easy access to the Airport and Frankfurt.

Very close to airport with free shuttle. Breakfast at $40 , it's not possible to find a fair value at this price. Room price was fair on a Friday night. jp msp

Room was a smoking room and stunk. The amenities were non existant. But for the price and an overnight stay its OK for me. I would not recommend if I had my wife with me.

No free wi-fi locations in the hotel, even for just printing a boarding pass; seems shortsighted.. No USA TV available, only BBC. (I'd recommend Fox News for American's, not CNN who in Europe serves up news on mainly Africa & Middle East.) The lighting in the bathroom is striking but not functionable for shaving.
