DARTの駅にも徒歩で7分で郊外に出るのも便利です．６フロアミュージアムは徒歩10分程度．セブンイレブンとリカーショップは徒歩5分． レストランはあまり多くありませんが，．６フロアミュージアム近くにステーキハウスやメキシカンなど４－５店舗．あとは，ホテル近くからトローリー（無料）に乗って，ダウンタウンまでいくとたくさんあります． 部屋自体はモダンスタイルではないですが，アメニティに不足無し．空調も静かで仕事のできるデスクもあり便利です．セーフティーボックスも部屋内にあります．インターネットは有線・無線とも可能ですが，24時間制で１５ドルかかります．無線だと，ホテルロビーなどでも利用できて便利でした．

The hotel was very convenient, quiet, the restaurant is good and the staff is helpful. Rooms are furnished nicely. My only complaint is the charge for wifi, the exorbitant charge to rent a movie, or for a bottle of water that has been placed in the room. Why not charge slightly more and include these things? It seems inhospitable.

Fabulous service and clean. Room was larger than my bedroom at home. Only inconvenience was a low volume of hot water during peak shower time around 8am on a Monday morning.

The hotel was close to many attractions and places to eat. The room was very nice and the pool area has beautiful views of the city. My only issue was a broken shower head. After reporting it I was offered a new room. Service was great.

Convenient to most downtown locations. Valet parking is the only option, but it worked great at a reasonable cost. Bed was extremely soft and a covers a bit warm for my taste, but those are minor details

Great relaxing getaway and very close to downtown! Would definitely stay there again! Only thing is that they have no hot tub/or it didn't work, but we had a great time nonetheless!

The location fo the Fairmont is great, there are plenty of things to do within walking distance. The one downside we found is unless you forked over the money for valet parking there wasnt much else to offer other than off site parking with no security. I truly felt like a "guest" at the Fairmont in Dallas! We were able to get a fabulous price for the room plus an upgrade to the Gold Standard for $20 per night more. The "hotel within the hotel" offered delicious food in the lounge for both breakfast and evenings. We upgraded to the fairmont gold so we had access to the "gold lounge" which had tasty breakfast options & hors d'oeuvres nightly. I loved having the variety of fruit & breads in the morning. I was extremely dissatisfied. There was a noise that sounded like a boiler that would turn on and rumble for several minutes before shutting down. This occurred continually throughout the night at about 10-minute intervals. I did not sleep that night. Thank goodness the stay was just for a night. I will not return.

I called ahead to ask price on valet parking, it was $5 higher when I checked in at the front desk. The remedied, but not without me fighting for it. I asked for 2 double beds in my reservation, I got a king. My sister's room was hot, the AC did not work, so they moved her to the floor below. Excellent stay, small fee per day for unlimited valet service. Late night menu available and only minutes from everything to do in Dallas including Uptown area.

Easy to navigate the city from the hotel. Very quiet Neighborhood. Great bar/lounge.

Great service - everyone from valet to concierge to front desk provided quality service. The rate was good. Location was convenient - several blocks to West End, American Airlines center & Katy walking trail. Good restaurants in walking distance.

Great service and great price! Rooms a little dated by Fairmont standards but the value was off the charts!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and when doing business in Dallas, its location is perfect. We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I gave a 4 rating on maintenance simply because our Tv did not work cords were pulled out - we didn't have a problem with it though. We will return !!!!!

A beautiful hotel in downtown Dallas. Great service, friendly staff, comfy room. The Fairmont may be my favorite hotel in Big D.

This was my first time staying at The Fairmount. Standard rooms are spacious with all the amenities. My only concern is the "musty" smell in the room and the halls of the South Tower on the sixth floor. All in all the service and the surrounding area were excellent.

We loved it, very clean, very friendly we loved our stay

Loved everything about the hotel, only negative is the $25 daily rate for parking....Extremely high for the service, but other than that a great experience.

Overall, the staff was wonderful; very pleasant and accomodating. It was nice place to get away and was convenient to the trolley stop to access off-property sites.

I was truly disappointed with the valet parking service that I paid 25.00 dollars for somehow my car was misplaced or placed under another name. My parking ticket was given to the valet @ 11:50 my car was not located until 12:20 the employee that takes the payments and give the drivers the keys had to walk the parking lot to find my car. We had stayed at the Fairmont for several conventions in past years, but we were so delighted to be in walking distance to the Arts District and the Winspear Opera House. It was a perfect evening: a walk to the theater with lovely restaurants close by. We would recommend this stay to anyone going to any event in the Arts District.
