こじんまりとしていますが、おしゃれで快適なホテルです。アメニティにも満足。部屋も清潔です。ただ、なぜか冷蔵庫のカギが閉まっていて、私は使わなかったからいいですけど、使いたい時はいちいちフロントに言わないといけなかったことを考えると、ちょっと引っかかりました。 私の部屋の眼下がちょうど路地裏になっていて、眺めは良くなかったですが、殆ど部屋にいなかったので特に問題はありませんでした。逆に、殆ど部屋にいないのはもったいないと思う快適さもありました。 ホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーで、全体的に過ごしやすいホテルでした。

　場所は、グラント街とブッシュ街の角で、チャイナタウンのゲート前にあり、ユニオンスクエアや、マーケット街へも歩いてゆけます。 キンプトン系列のファッションホテルですが、古いビルを改装したもので、いろんな部分で、古い部分が見られます。 ホテルのフロントは、早口の人が多く、英語を母語にしない人に対しての配慮に欠けていると思います。

ホテルは最高だった。フロントデスクの女性が不親切で横柄だったが、それ以外は良い滞在だった。警告　－　もしあなたが、週末に休みたかったら、通りの向こうに訳のわからないレストランかバーがあって、午前１０時頃から大音響で音楽を始める。

Union Sq. 中心の完璧なロケーション。スタッフはとても協力的でしつこくなくフレンドリーだ。部屋は小さいが、週末は殆ど出かけてあまり部屋にはいなかった。予想どおりだったし、次にＳＦに来たら、又泊まるだろう。

The hotel is not traditional so it was nice to see something a little different. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable. I would suggest not getting a room next to the ice machine amd there was various noises throughout the night. All in all it was a good stay!

We loved staying here. It is right by the gate to Chinatown. The staff were really helpful and the manager's happy hour was very generous! The only thing I didn't like was the "origami" they did with the sheets, wrapping them round the duvet. I hate that. I would still stay there again without hesitation.

Very ecclectic hotel. Loved the daily ice water service in the lobby with the afternoon chocolate chip cookies. The staff at the front desk are very helpful in planning your day. The hotel is located close to all of the major tourist locations and shopping. I would definitely go back!

The overall best thing about this hotel is the location! The price was reasonable and the room was just what we needed...a place to sleep. The room was small but it was not an issue for us. Wine hour was nice and the staff were very friendly and attentive.
