Gwinnett Marriott is a very nice hotel and is convenient to Atlanta and Athens. Hotel rooms, meeting rooms, meals, and service are excellent.

Overbooked the hotel, only rrom they had available for me did not have a bed, had to sleep on a couch!

We stayed at this Marriott one night on the drive from Michigan to Florida. It's a nice hotel, especially for the price. We had the AAA rate with breakfast. The buffet was pretty good food with good service. They were busy the morning we were there, but the waitstaff was still very attentive. Our stay was great, it was clean, service was friendly. The only thing I would have changed was the entrance into the facility, it could have been more of a direct entrance instead of winding around after turning onto the side street.

Property is in ill repair. All lobby areas were dirty and some of the furniture was worn out and should have been replaced a long time ago. I stayed at the Pleasanthill Marriot for a few days (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and the day after) mainly for the convenience purposes. I was going to a spa nearby and did not want to drive back and forth, and I thought it would be a nice getaway. The hotel was ok, I guess I had higher expectations but it served my purpose. The rooms are a little […] small and my room was an upgrade. The breakfast buffet was very good, it was included in my package, however I would never pay the regular price of $16.95. The breakfast buffet was held at their Restaurant inside the hotel, Grapevine. The staff was extremely friendly at the Grapevine and overall. They have a small bar/club, Buttons, that hosted a NYE party with a balloon cash drop. Hotel residents got in for free, outsiders had to pay. The customer service at this location was outstanding. The front desk clerks provided timely and accurate service and were very cordial and professional. The room was very clean. I also enjoyed the fact that I had multiple choices with regard to the restaurants available at the hotel as well as restaurants that were close by.

We enjoyed a one night escape from our everyday lives at the Gwinnett Place Marriott. The service was amazing and the beds were better than home. Thanks for making it top notch!

The overall quality, coupled with a reasonable price including a complete breakfast , made this a tough one to beat.

We were welcomed by a professional, courteous and smiling staff, who made us feel that our hotel selection was the right choice. We enjoyed a snack ar Buttons, and breakfast at Grapevine, and we appreciated the convenience of TGIF.

very nice stay. The only problem was no tea bags in the room to go with the coffee supplied.

Nice Hotel! The pool was great and the workout area. Breakfast buffet was also very good. The staff was friendly and helpful for directions. We would stay here again!

I was very happy to be Marriott - Atlanta (Gwinnett Place) 1775 Pleasant Hill Rd. I like every thing specially the hotel location and Surrounding neighborhood.

Quick service, room service excellent, kept all promises, great food, rates reasonable. Should be rated higher.

I found it hard to believe there were no rooms with double beds available when I checked in at 3PM. Then I was told that my room had a sofa bed. It did not. Other than that it was very nice. My teenaged daughter didn't like having to share a bed with her mom but we made do.

The overall stay at this Marriot was excellent. The only comp[laint that I had was the air conditioner didn't seem to cool the room as well as I felt it should. We cranked it down to 68 and it felt like 73. Still it was comfortable in the room. We will definitely stay there again. This was the 2nd stay for us in this hotel. On the second days stay the housekeeping service did not leave any personal hygine replacements, shampoo, conditioner, lotion....the next morning we had to shower in cold water, shave in cold water, and use bar soap to wash hair. Good place to stay for any event northeast of Atlanta. Polite and helpful staff and extremely comfortable and quiet room. For the money, a must-stay!

The rooms were nice and clean, Although there are times when you could hear the room next door, But I think it was only when they were next to the ajoining door. Great hot tub and pool

Was very pleased with my stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
