We were skeptical of this small chain inn but surprisingly it was clean, well maintained and they offer free wifi plus complimentary breakfast which is not stated in the amenities offered. Front desk was very helpful and I would stay there again Inner Harbour is about 10 minutes drive from hotel and public buses will take you downtown.

Reserved 2 rooms for family members weeks ahead, when we checked in the best they could do was give us one room on the 2nd floor, the other on the 3rd floor which was very inconvenient. Not great location for downtown harbor activities. Otherwise, clean, comfortable.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff, only a continental breakfast but adequate enough. All the staff were extremely helpful. The only snag was the location - 2 miles from downtown Victoria.

It was a very pleasant great place to stay. We rode our bikes from the Ferry and this was a convenient, reasonable, bike friendly place to stay. Will definitely stay here again.

it was good, we only stayed to sleep. They had a huge tv for late night relaxing. Very clean and the supplies were changed every day. Free wii fi. I would recomend this Hotel highly.

Central location close to town - only real complaint was that the pillows were really large and fluffy and I prefer to sleep on my front so I couldn't get comfortable. The front desk had no 'flat' pillows.

We have stayed here twice and would do so again. The room was comfortable and the on-site restaurant was handy, with well priced and decent food; the service was very good. Overall the hotel was very convenient in what it had to offer and in its easy proximity to downtown

Hotel is on a busy corner and the rooms that they give you for Expedia is on the 1st floor right beside the road hidden by bushes. Rooms were clean, and quite spacious, the rates were very good. Lots of parking. There was some noise from the road, but not enough to disturb sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful. Came with a 10% off voucher for the restaurant.

The hotel was empty and they put me on the street side to listen to the traffic. Room had a horrible smell. Carpet badly needed a shampoo. Wifi was down and clerk said Oh well to bad so sad. You can do much better in that city in the winter for that price.
