立地も、駅、グラン・パレス共ににとても近く良いです。ホテルの対応もお部屋も良かったです。コスパも良いのでまた泊まりたいです。

最初部屋に入った時の第一印象は「狭い！」でした。ベッドもシングル2台がくっついているので、一瞬、「女性2人なのにダブル？」と思ったくらい。 たぶん、悪くはないと思うのですが、昨年の同時期にメリディアン（駅前）に泊っていたため、どうしても比べてしまったので、評価はそれ以下になっています。ホテルステイを楽しむならメリディアンでしょうが、観光でほとんど外に出ている場合は便利だと思います。窓から市庁舎も見えるくらいグランプラスも近いので、買い物のたびに荷物を置きに戻ったり、仮眠をとるのも可能です。街歩きや遅くまで飲んでいたい方にはお勧めかも。 あと、ホテルの従業員同士の連絡がいまひとつ。チェックイン時にスリッパをお願いしましたが、1時間以上たってもこないので、直接ハウスクリーニングの部署に電話して […] 持ってきてもらいました。あとは、夜中にいきなり男性二人が室内にキーで入ってきて（うち鍵もしていたのに）、翌朝説明を求めたのですが、「調べてみます」との返事にもこちらが再度尋ねるまで返事もなく、いまだに理由もはっきりせず、（うち鍵がかかった状態で入れるのはマスターキーだけだとフロントでは言われたのですが、であれば従業員？ということになりますよね。）申し訳ありませんと型通りに言われただけでした。 …ですので、便利な部分も多いですが、トータルで５つ星ではないと思います。 もっと読む

ホテルの立地はこの上なく良いです。 他の方の評価を見られてもわかるようにスタッフの対応や部屋も良いようです。 しかし、私の場合は異なっておりました。。。 案内された部屋は一番奥の部屋で天井が斜めになっており、スーツケースを開けるのにも椅子の位置などを変更しなくてはなりませんでした。 壁にはカビが生えており、トイレの便器は清掃されておらず、前泊者の汚れがしっかり残っておりました。 他の部屋にはあったスリッパも私の部屋にはありませんでした。 スタッフに確認するとこの部屋にはないとのことでした。 寝具も他の部屋で使われて古くなったものが利用されておりました。 暖房が効かないのでフロントに電話したところ40分経ってもスタッフは来室せず、再度callしてようやくやってくるといった対応(1時間待た […] されました。）。 あまり高くはないプランであったからだと思いますが、あまりの部屋の汚さと対応の悪さにがっかりしました。 立地でいえば周辺には他にも同等のホテルはありますし、無理にこのホテルにこだわる必要はないと思います。 他の方の評価を見る限り、私の体験が全てではないことは明らかです。 ただし万一にもホテル選びで失敗したくなければ「私は」このホテルは推奨しません。 もっと読む

ビジネスにも、観光スポットに、ブリュッセル中央駅にも近く、円高もあって、大変気軽に止まることができました。 朝食別で３０ユーロと高いのですが、歩いて５分の駅まで出向けば、早朝でも安くて美味しいサンドウィッチを買うことができます。

部屋は年代を感じさせる古さはあるものの清潔で快適でした。フロントの対応が高級ホテルらしく気持ちよかったです。 このホテルはなんといっても立地が最高。ブリュッセル中央駅のすぐ近くでスーツケースを持っての移動に便利でしたし、グラン・プラスへも徒歩２～３分の距離。非常に観光に便利でした。

中央駅からもグランパレスからも近く，ブリュッセル観光には便利なホテルです。受付に日本語が話せる方がいたのには驚きました。常駐されてはいないようで，フロントスタッフのお一人が流ちょうに話せるようです。ホテルは歴史はあるのですが，その分設備（特に水回り）などは古めな感じは否めません。

ブリュッセル中央駅より徒歩約２分、グランプラスからも徒歩約３分の交通至便な豪華ホテルです。周りにはブラッセリーや土産物屋があり大変便利です。グランプラスの騒々しさもなく、また、ブリュッセル中央駅から各地への日帰り旅行にもお勧めのホテルです。

とにかく、どこに行くにも便利なホテルでした。値段の割には部屋もとても良かったです。

ブリュッセル中央駅に近くて交通至便で移動がしやすく、観光地のプランドプレイスや王宮周辺・博物館なども徒歩で行けたのがとてもよかった。 宿泊料もホテルの内容から満足できた。

ホテルの内容としても素晴らしいが、立地条件がとてもよかった。次回も利用したい。

アムステルダム中央駅から徒歩5分もかからない場所で、タリスとユーロスターを利用した旅としてはとても便利でした（タリスとユーロスターはブリュッセル南駅にしか停まらないので、2駅分の移動が必要ですが）。 中心のグランパレスにもほど近く、買い物や食事にも非常に便利。 ホテルはポーターが荷物を部屋まで入れてくれました。 PCを持って行きませんでしたが、ビジネスセンターでPCを貸してくれました。（クレジットカードで3ユーロ程の決済が必要でしたが）

we thought it was going to be better, but the bathrooms were not very clean and the tile grout between the bathroom tiles, inside and outside the shower area was missing a lot, leaving open cracks (holes) in the wall. easy trans from gare central, perfect location for grand place and restaurants

No water provided in the room and everything (EVERYthing!!) cost you extra (event a coffeemaker/hot water in your room....). Conveniently located to most of touristy places. Room is a size on the closet. Dirty carpet (worst then the airport security screening area). Shower didn't work. Will no go there next time in Brussels.

I stayed at the Royal Windsor for five nights and my stay was almost perfect. The location is awesome....it is a five minute walk to the Grand Place, a train station, and countless other attractions in the city. The hotel was clean and I felt the amenities were more than sufficient for the price I paid. My only issue with the hotel was the ridiculous […] amount I was charged for calling America. Before I placed the calls I called the front desk to ask how much it would cost a minute to call the States; I was told that although noone was aware of the exact rates. I pressed the matter by asking...."well it won't be like $5 a minute will it?". Imagine my suprise when I checked out and was charged @ $8 a minute to call the my family back home. To make the matters even worse, when I expressed my annoyance to the front desk staff about the high amount I was charged I was told "well everyone knows that it costs around that amount to make international calls". もっと読む

Hotel was very close to the main attractions.

I will not be returning to this hotel. The front desk staff were too preoccupied with a local television show that was filming to get me into my room after an overseas flight. Furthermore, they put a 100 euro hold on the credit card I provided at check in without so much as telling me. Breakfast was excellent buffet but very expensive!

I stayed here for a week at the end of March 2012. The hotel is situated in a great spot. It is well appointed and clean. However, the rooms facing the street (Duquesnoy) having single glazing and there was a lot of noise till the early morning from revellers over the weekend. I did't expect this for an expensive room!

A bit noisy with the tourists celebrating in the street, but not the hotel's fault. Blame that on Belgium beer-and tourists. Excellent breakfast. Staff is efficient, helpful, and very pleasant.

Everything was great, location, service, quality. The only thing was the parking, €50 for two days and breakfast was €30 per day.

Breakfast buffet was very good. however, most of the food was out very quickly. still a great stay.

By European standards, this is a great hotel. Great location right across the street from train station and around corner from main square. One thing that made me a little upset was that that the interest was advertised as free and that is only for a wired connection. Good business hotel by Brussels standards; well-run and clean and efficient, if a bit bland. E20 charge for daily wifi is basically extortion, but at least the rooms are clean and the staff polite

Very handy location near Grande Platz and central station. Good breakfast. Internet a bit slow. Overall good value.

I just stayed at the Royal-Windsor last week. One of its main selling points is its proximity to the Gare Central; instead of an expensive cab, you can take a cheap train from the airport to the Gare Central and then it's an easy walk, even with luggage, half a block down the hill to the hotel. The fitness center is tiny and the place doesn't have all […] the whistles and bells of some of the higher-end hotels. For example, the bath towels are a bit worn and scratchy (kind of like the ones you have at home) compared to the big, fluffy towels you'll find in a truly luxury hotel. But it's walking distance to almost anything else you'd want to see or do in Brussels, including the Grand Place (where you can get a cheap continental breakfast). This hotel is very well located with Grand Place around the corner. But the hotel has surely seen its better days. It is quite worn down, horrible carpets in the room and noisy AC and refridgerators. It is unbelivable hot in the corridors. The charge 30€ for breakfast and it is surely not worth it!

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is situated in the middle of the city centre, just steps away for the Grand Place and shopping streets. Do not let the pictures fool you!!! I booked a "superior deluxe suite" - nothing deluxe about it, anywhere! - it is old, run down, ugly, and tiny! The room was decorated some time in the early 90s and not a single piece has been changed since then. Not even the walls have been redone. And oh! - our room was facing a brick wall - very romantic! The only […] way this hotel could have earned its 5 stars is with the 30 euro breakfast that is not included and their fortunate location. I grant the concierge was good, but that's the case in any hotel. The reception accidentially gave the same room to another person and well, it got awkward. Do not get fooled by the map - Brussels is tiny and city centre even more so. And I understand that most hotels near the tourist traps are in the same condition as "Royal" Windsor so I suggest you choose a hotel that is a little bit outside the city centre. Hotel is ideally located just 2 minutes walk from the central station. Friendly staff. Rooms are ok but miss some amenities for a 5 stars.

This hotel was probably a five hotel 30 years ago. However, nowadays it is old, decaying and could do with a lick of paint. Liked the location of being right near the train station and important sites in central Brussels. Small fitness center with a few cardio machines and some weights, fine for standards of European cities. Staff not helpful but good location.

All the peripheral bars, club and facilities attached to the hotel were closed. Rooms were too small and in desperate need of refreshing.

Steps away from the Brussels Central train station and the famous Grand Place, the Royal Windsor Grand Place Hotel could not be more perfectly placed. The staff were gracious and helpful and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel has an excellent location which made up for the other factors which had fallen below expectations. We had high expectations on booking the hotel, however, a few points were disappointing namely: Rooms are in need of a renovation. OPur room was a non-smoking one, however, had a strong tobacco odour. We complained to reception who didn't seem […] to take us very seriously but agreed in the end to transfer us to another room (even though the hotel wasn't full). The next room was smelling equally as bad of stale tabacco. Given we were only staying for 1 night we put up with it. I was quite shocked to learn to have a tea making facilities in the room meant paying an additonal 8 Euros, something I hadn't encountered before even in the cheapest hotels! I'd expect this to be complimentary given the hotels star rating and the amount you pay for as room. I find the principle of paying extra for what is normally included in your room very poor indeed. Bathroom was a little old with leaking shower. Lovely Hotel with a great location. Breakfast far too expensive 30 Euros each but loads of cafes and bars nearby to eat in. Very clean and well presented, lovely would go back. Just one thing car park very costly 25 Euros to park overnight can park in the nearby car parks for a lot less and just a small walk, would go back though spotless!

We had a short stay booked and stayed only two nights. The exterior and interior of the hotel was lovely. However because of the smoking rooms in the same building, my non-smoking room smelt just as if someone had been smoking in it anyway.
