５日間利用しました。クラシックで落ち着いた部屋にふかふかのベッド、手入れが行き届いたバスルームにとてもゆったりと過ごすことができました。部屋にポットがありませんでしたが、連絡をするとすぐに対応していただけました。宿泊者が利用できるジムと屋内外スパがあり、旅の疲れも癒されました。

町の中心部にあり、駅からほぼ直結。 設備もサービスも申し分ないホテルです。 快適に泊まれます。 今回非常に安く泊まれたので驚いています。 ウェルカムサービスとして、日本茶とおかきを用意してくれていたのも感激しました（ほかの国の方にもその国のものを用意するのでしょうか？だとしたらすごいですね） 街を見下ろすフィットネスジムとプールがとても素敵なので、ぜひシューズとウェア、水着を用意していかれることをお勧めします。 ドアマンにカナダで育った日本の方がいらっしゃるので、駐車場や道の案内も丁寧にしていただけました。

バンクーバーの中心に立地してともかく出かけるのに便利．初日だけお湯とお茶パックがありましたが，基本，自分でお湯を沸かしたり，お茶やコーヒーを入れたりすることは考えない方がいいです．すべてホテルのサービスを利用することになります．早朝出発の人のためにロビーにコーヒーとパンなどの無料サービスがあり評判がいいです．優雅にサービスを利用するつもりでいるととても過ごしやすいでしょう．

エグゼクティブスイートルームは広くて快適でした。 エキストラベットをいれても大きくて寝心地もいいですよ。立地的にも最高です。 ショッピングセンターとも直結で便利です。 バスルームとトイレも2つあるのでゆっくりお風呂にもはいれました。 日本語を話せるスタッフもいるので安心です。空港までもカナダラインと直結で30分ほどで移動できます。他のショッピングセンターにもカナダラインで気軽に移動できます。

安心して滞在できました。英語が堪能ではないにも関わらずフロントの受付のかたやスタッフさんたちは親切に接してもらえました。帰りはskytrainで空港に向かい際もチケットを買うところまで案内してくれて乗る電車やホームもしっかりと教えてくれました。 立地条件はすごく便利なことろで徒歩でさまざまな観光もできるし、バスや電車にもすぐ乗れます。

8月中旬の暑い時期でしたが、バンク＾バーは涼しく、とても気持ちよく宿泊できました。交通の連絡も便利で、オプショナルツアーも楽しめました。落ち着いた雰囲気で、短期間の連泊にはちょうど良かったです。

On the whole, a very enjoyable stay, we were lucky to be given a room on the top floor (28th) which had a view of North/West Van and the Mountains. Came in very late the morning of Nov 24, due to a flight delay, and not only did they have our room waiting but upgraded us to a king bed corner room. Staff were some of the best that I've encountered from the front reception, to the cleaning staff, to guys out front. Upon checking in at the Four Seasons I went to my room to get ready to go out to a meeting. I decided to take a shower noticed the bathroom was in disrepair. The towel rack was almost falling off the wall. The wall sconces were all turned/bent off centre and one light was very dim almost burned out. The shower is a bit strange and very drafty due to […] the partial shower door. I had to turn the water as hot as I could to get the water warm enough for a shower. When I tried to iron a dress shirt for my meeting, the iron leaked non-stop despite the iron only being Half full of water. I tried to adjust all the settings but it made no difference. To top off a long day of travel and the on-board entertainment system not working on my 6 hour West Jet flight, the cable was out at the hotel. Once I was finally ready to go to my meeting I stopped at the front desk and asked that they device the room. I get back to my room after the meeting and go to my room only to notice my key not working. I go down to the front desk to inquire about the key not working to find out they switched my room. I thought at first them must be giving me an upgrade for my trouble. Upon getting to the new room on a higher floor, I quickly noticed it was the same. Was really looking forward to staying in a Four Seasons as their reputation is five star but was very very disappointed in this hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel is perfectly positioned for a stay in downtown Vancouver. The location is perfect, very close to all the downtown attractions. The hotel itself is wonderful. Our room (on the 16th floor) was clean, comfortable & well appointed. In our party, there were 3 ladies sharing one room, which had 2 double beds & a pull out sofa bed. […] The sofa bed was folded up during the day & every evening the staff would come in & set it up. All the beds (including the sofa bed) were very comfy. They offer in room wi-fi for 2 devices for the duration of your stay. The fitness area & roof top garden are a must to check out. I took my husband on a getaway to downtown Vancouver, the first time visiting for both of us. The four seasons was beautiful, classy, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant inside was amazing too, great service, seafood, and drinks! We plan to go back in the near future.

My husband were a little shocked to see how much of an office block this hotel was like. The building looks like it is from the 1970's and I'm sure it was very luxurious then, but now I would say it is more of a business hotel, as opposed to a luxury couple's retreat. The food was delicious, the cocktails amazing and the waitstaff were very friendly.The one real complaint we have about the hotel was the concierge. We went to see whether we could book a whale watching trip and we asked the concierge about it.
