ローマ・テルミニ駅の目と鼻の先にあり、交通の便がとても良く助かりました。部屋も清潔に保たれており、朝食ビュッフェは品数は決して多くはありませんが、満足いく内容でした。強いて言えばバスタブが少し小さかったことでしょうか。しかしローマ観光の後、ホテルに戻り疲れた体をお風呂でゆっくりとほぐすため、お湯をはれるバスタブがあるのはとても助かりました。さらに欲を言えばインターネット利用料金がFreeにしてもらえると良いのですけどね。

立地も素晴らしいし、サービスも素晴らしいです。私はどうしても朝7時前にチェックアウトしなければならず朝食を食べる時間がないことを告げると、Breakfast boxを用意してくれました。部屋も名前入りのカードがあり、きめ細やかなサービスが感じられます。

Kürzlich waren wir Gäste im NH Hotel in Dresden und waren mit allem sehr Zufrieden - ganz besonders mit dem freundlichen und Personal und dem hohen Service Niveau. Im NH Hotel Leonardo da Vinci in Rom war es das glatte Gegenteil. Am Empfang wurde man stehen gelassen, Telefonate gingen vor, dann unfreundlich behandelt. Bei den meisten Anliegen (Adapter, […] Aspirin, Verkehrsplan, ..) wurde abschlägig beschieden. Keinerlei Bemühung, einem dann wenigstens weiterzuhelfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mässig in der Auswahl und immer dasselbe. Service gab es keinen. Schlag 10 Uhr wurden die Kaffeemaschinen abgeschaltet und die Tassen weggeräumt auch am Wochenende!
