コンコルド オペラ パリ (Concorde Opéra Paris)格安予約

GWに6泊しました。デラックスルームでしたが、けっこう狭めでしたが、清潔感がありました。アメニティも結構揃ってました。(歯ブラシはなし)。特にコンシェルジュがすばらしく、様々なお願いに期待以上の対応をしてくれました。パリに再訪する時は、また利用したいと思います。

パリ中心部のホテルにしては良い方だと思います。 建物や設備の古さは感じますが、このホテルの立地条件はとても良いと思います。メトロの駅、スーパー、デパートが徒歩５分圏内にあります。

三泊の予定が間際に四泊に変更するため、一泊追加予約し、メールで同じ部屋を使えるよう依頼した。早朝パリに着き、ホテルに八時過ぎに到着したが、すんなりチェックインできた。ホテルのロビーは素晴らしいが、部屋は普通でお世辞でも四つ星とは思えない。なにを評価しての四つ星なのか？あと、部屋にミニバ―があり、ペットボトルの水を利用。メニューリストがなかったが、水なら大したことはないだろうと思って、チェックアウト時に清算したら7ユーロも請求された。二度と利用する気はない。

ラファイエット、プランタン、オペラの空港バス停に至近。1階ホールは豪華、フロントスタッフは親切。朝食は美味しく、量も種類も豊富。 残念だったのは、浴槽の栓が壊れていて、フロントに改善を求めたのに、改善されることもなく理由の説明もなく、別室への移動のオファーもなかったこと。また、ティーセット(ケトル含む)が有料、ティーバッグの補充はいい加減、マグカップがベッドメイク後になくなる(連絡したら持ってきてくれたが)など、ルームサービス関係の質は、スタッフも含め、ホテルのランクにしては著しく低かった。 部屋に恵まれなかっただけと思いたいが、期待を裏切られた部分が多かった。

室内は必要充分な広さでしたが、バスタブに問題がありました。栓をして水を溜めましたが、栓を抜く事ができなくなりました。結果汚くなった水を流す事ができず、放置していると、明くる日修理の方が栓を抜きに来られたのか、バスルームの床が泥だらけになっていました。

2011年12月28日から利用しました。エントランス、ロビーとも歴史を感じさせる素晴らしいものがあります。パリにしては、大型ホテルといえ、いわゆるプチホテルではありません。 朝食は利用しませんでしたが、サンラザール駅周辺には、ポールなどもあり朝食にも不自由しません。宿泊した部屋は２階の大通りに面した部屋で、ターミナル駅前ですので、うるさいかと思いましたが、案外静かでした。 日本人の感覚からすると、価格の割に部屋は広くはありませんが、バスルーム含めて快適できれいです。

交通の便がよく、プランタンやギャラリー・ラファイエットも徒歩圏内で買い物にも便利。部屋・バスルームは狭いですが、料金を考えるとやむを得ないところで、十分満足でした。ロビーのクリスマスツリーもきれいでした。

St Lazare駅に近く翌日が電車移動だったため、非常に便利であった。ホテルとしては、可も無く不可もなしと言うところ。

まず、ホテルの立地は抜群。メトロ３駅が至近距離にあり、どの路線も便利。乗り換えは１回で必見スポットにいける環境は最高。エントランスの荘厳さ、ロビーのあっとう間あど、高級感もたっぷり。部屋は、家族３人だったので。ダブルベッドにエキストラの予定だったが、ダブルで十分だったため、エキストラベッドはキャンセル。部屋も広く使えて、非常に快適な宿泊ができた。

３人で１部屋利用しました。 お部屋はとってもきれいで、ゴージャスさを味わえます。エクストラベッドが入ったので少し狭くはなりましたが、大きな不便は感じませんでした。 掃除等も行き届いており、サービス面においても満足です。 欲を言えば、シャワーのお湯が熱すぎて適温調整が難しかったのと、バスルームに換気扇がなく窓を開けなければならなかったのが不便でした。 日本人の利用者も多く、ロビーには必ず日本の方がいらっしゃいました。 駅の側で場所も便利なところにあり、おすすめできます。

ガラリエ・ラファイエットやモロー美術館も徒歩で行けるところ。有料だけど有線LANも使えてビジネスにも快適。

駅側なので煩いかと思いましたが、騒音の問題はありませんでした。地下鉄の便が良いこと。デパートに徒歩で行けるのは良かったです。 マイナス面は、たくさんありますが、部屋の清掃が不十分であったこと。7泊しましたが、掃除機は一度もかけられた形跡がありませんでした。こちらからいちいち注文しないと、タオルやコップなど人数分（家族3人分）揃わなかった。コップも余程よごれていないと交換していかない。トイレットペーパーもなくなりそうでも、予備を置いておかないので、いちいち電話しないといけなかった。 日本のホテルと比較してはいけないのでしょうか・・・・？

Concorde Opera Paris is a nice hotel to see around Paris. My wife and I stayed at a “Deluxe Room twin beds” at a reasonable room rate for eight nights from 1 March through 9 March 2011. 英語が堪能で親切なサービス。ゴージャスなエントランスロビー。華やかなイメージは正にパリといったところでしょうか。 ただし日本人が慣れ親しんだアメニティ類や部屋の設備などは十分では無い。長期滞在する際には持参が良いと感じます。周辺の治安も良いとは言えないので、夜間の外出は控えた方が良いでしょう。 各種アクセスは良く、どこへ観光へ行くにも便利。 他の格安ホテルでは何かと不安を感じるなら、これぐらいのグレードのホテルを利用するのが良いと感じます。

女性一人で滞在しましたが、安心して過ごせました。ホテルは寝るためだけで殆ど外出していたので交通の便が良いのはポイント高し。

口コミでも評判が良かったので、部屋もデラックスにして楽しみにしていましたが、４星というにはお粗末なホテルでした。 特に、今回はホテルの真後ろの駅で大工事をしていて、昼間のみならず夜通し取り壊し工事をしていて、粉塵は俟っていて窓は開けられないし、夜中の騒音がひどくて（工事現場の人が犬を連れていて、その吼え声も煩かったです。）、かなりひどかったです。 また、７泊したうちの１日は部屋に戻ると窓が開けっ放しで、机の上のピクルスの瓶の蓋が空いていて、気持ち悪かったです。

HOTEL.COMの利用について初心者だったので、ホテルの案内に朝食ビュッフェありと書いてあったので、当然朝食がついているものと誤解しました。現地で朝食なしのプランだと言われがっかり。もっとしっかり確認をしなければと、、、いい勉強になりました。

ミシュランレストラン「JEAN」に近く歩いて行けました。

サンラザール駅から徒歩2分といった立地です。 今回デラックスルームを予約しました。部屋は広かったです。お味噌汁を持っていきお湯を入れて飲もうと思ったらポットがなく借りようとしたらレンタル料金が発生するとのことでしたので、借りるのは止めお風呂のお湯を入れて飲みました。笑 歯ブラシなし・シャンプー・リンスはあります。ロビーはゴージャスです。ベッドもぐっすり眠れるベッドでした。

Concorde Opera is impressive from the outside and in the main public areas e.g. reception, bar and restaurant. Our superior room was not of the same standard (if it had been I doubt we could have afforded it) but we had no real complaints. Room on the small side but big enough, had a mini bar fridge in it. Bathroom was spotless and in good condition. Shower was either a trickle or a jet wash though. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Check in and out - no problem. Very handy for the Metro or the RER line. Hotel is 5 min walk from Opera Garnier and Galerie Laffayette and Au Printemps dept. stores. Restaurant in hotel looks very nice but the food wasn't great. Quite a few restaurants facing the hotel and in the side streets. Vespers or Vapours was quite nice and very reasonable located in a side street. Excellent accommodation. Staff in the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Drinks and breakfast in the hotel were expensive but there are many alternative cafes/bars nearby. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, good. The check-in staff immediately tried to upsell us to a room that cost about double the room we booked. The concierge was helpful with instructions on using the Metro, which was very conveniently located. I asked for a silent room facing the backyard,but got one on top-floor (5th floor) facing the street (Rue Sct Lasar)..The room was silent being high over the street,but on 6th floor there was some noisy activities moving furnituyres arround the clock as this floor was the hotels store-rooms.The staff was very kind and polite.The restaurant in the hotel […] was very good. Another great stay in one of the courtyard-facing Deluxe rooms. Quiet, clean, lovely hotel bar & staff, great location to get to anywhere. Only minor item on the wish list for next time - it would be lovely if there was a complimentary or even for pay coffee station in the lobby or bar, since we either had to exit the hotel to lug coffee in from down […] the block, or pay for the full breakfast in the hotel or room service - no other options. This was an absolutely perfect stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in central Paris. Perfect to get around and is in an area steeped with wondering history. From to moment the doorman greeted us, through our room queries, and to the easy check out this was a stress free stay in a stunning hotel. Thank you Concorde Opera!

This hotel is of a very high standard throughout, the decor, comfort and cleanliness is fantastic. The staff are very efficient and helpful. We will definitely recommend this to all our friends traveling to Paris.

amazing interier, hall, decorations... but the room was rather small and simple exellent beds! very good sleep & rest after heavy days!

Grand, graceful lobby and what a pleasant surprise to see the size of the room. King bed with a sitting area, large bathroom and large closet area. Staff were helpful and responsive. Only issue was trying to contact them by phone in advance - tried twice and noone answers the phone! What's with that?!

Beautiful hotel... Great location - near train station, metro and a multitude of restaurants & shopping. Excellent service with friendly help. Our room was comfortable for 3 people, with windows opening to the street. The windows were thick and solid, blocking out all but construction noise (which no window could do). The room was very neat and clean […] as well, with more than adequate space. Elevators were always available and easily fit several people, as opposed to some smaller Paris hotel elevators. And above all, the lobby is stunning. The only nitpicks to even comment on would be that the shower tiles could use a bit of attention (in the grout), and the bathroom could use some ventilation. Our stay in this hotel was fabulous ! It is located right next to St Lazare Train Station. From the moment you arrive, you are swept into another era of memorable hotels - the lobby is beautiful. Decent neighborhood with lots of activity considering the train station next door. Convenient. Excellent staff service and courtesy. Large room, a bit shabby but well-kept and authentic grand style. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for a weekend recently with the Missus on a deal we booked via hotels.com. The hotel does a wow factor when you walk in, the decor is very regal and the staff friendly. We got a queen size room for the weekend and it was very small, which is not a bad thing, nor was the outdated furniture. Two gripes about the room was the bathroom, where […] the decor was peeling and noticeable cracke tiles. Also, the air conditioning did not work and the room and hotel corridors were very hot. Also, there are no ammenties that you usually expect in a Hotel such as a kettle/tea and an Iron/Ironing board, which we asked for on a phone, waited 30mins and had to ask for again before getting it. Overall, its a hotel in a great location, right next to the Metro station, but no way a 4 star hotel. A tip to avoid the noise (which I read from previous rooms), request a room on a high floor, we stayed on the 4th so did not have that issue. もっと読む

The location was good if you coming to Paris for shopping as all the big shops just around the corner. We upgrade to Deluxe room but the room wasn't what I expected, certainly not like what showed in the hotels.com website. Conveniently located by Saint Lazare metro and train station. Very close to Pritemps and Gallerie Lafayette for shopping. Cafes/restaurants nearby.

Hotel lobby is lovely. Rooms are a bit dated and coud use new cartpeting, but otherwise clean. Asked for a king size bed upon check-in and we got 2 twins pushed together, but very comfortable beds. Room was very warm upon entry but was able to turn down thermostat and open windows. Our room was street side which was ok for us as we grew up in NYC and […] we liked the sights on the street. Great bar in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast. Very comfortable to hang out in and good service. Lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel and a great train station at the corner. i like this hotel as it is walking distance to Printemps and Galeries. It is located in a nice area and the hotel is impressive.
