The hot water didn't work.(that will wake you up in the morning) Hallway carpets were worn out and stained. Room decor was so sparse there wasn't even an alarm clock, the mattress was old and hard. This place doesn't appear to have been maintained since it was built decades ago. The breakfast was a joke. It didn't look clean and I question how healthy […] it was. They were out of most items. While I was there, The Owner received a call from a frustrated guest who asked when his towels would be delivered. the owner explained that the towels had been delivered to the room, but the guest had asked that they be delivered to the pool. Apparently the owner was more interested in setting the guest straight about the fact that they don't deliver towels to the pool no matter what, even if there are no towels at the pool because "there are supposed to be towels at the pool." When she hung up, the other clerk commented on how ridiculous the guest was for asking such a foolish thing and then added "did he know he was talking to the owner?" This sums up their attitude. We found breathe right strips in the "clean" sheets the first night. The electrical sockets were so loose that chargers, lamps, etc. wouldn't stay plugged in. One outlet was melted. But the last straw was the cockroach I found in the bathroom. I checked out two days early, prepaid or not. Older is one thing, unmaintained is something else.

the hotel was okay for the price. my room was fairly comfortable since i only used it to sleep at night.

Bring Earplugs! The walls are so paper thin that we heard our neighbors sneezing! The location was fine but it was a sketchy neighborhood. Having continental breakfast was nice. The rate was good and we weren't there that much. It was ok to stay in one time.

Most of hotel, had signs saying no smoking, how ever every time you entered the hall way you could smell the smoke coming from the hall ways. House keeping would not leave towels or toilet paper and this was on a daily basis.

The motel has a good location close to I-17 and I-10. The staff is friendly. The room is comfortable, with fridge, coffeemaker and cable TV.

This is such a convenient hotel. Close to fairgrounds, fast food, I-25 and I-10. Comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Breakfast is great for continental. Lobby is disconnected from rooms. Fairly long walk to get breakfast. Hot water couldn't be adjusted...you either got scalded or frozen. No main light in bathroom, had to use heat lamp. Staff didn't […] leave wash cloths, or cups. The breakfast was a disappointment. The hot tub was not very warm and didn't work very well. The front desk staff told us there were towels at the poolside. There were not.

sorry but I will not go back to that location.

You get what you pay for. They didn't clean our room. A/C didn't work properly. Bathroom was way to small.

I was provided with a clean and comfortable room, and even though it is close to the freeway It was surprisingly quite. It may need a few upgrades soon but overall a wonderful Hotel experience, would stay there again.

Despite the fact that I found a medical grade penus pump behind the night stand, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was basic but there were plenty of other choices whitin walking distance.

It sucked, and that is as honest as I can get!

Check in was great as I was allowed to view two rooms prior to making my selection. Room was clean and was cleaned very morning. Continental breakfast was not the greatest but at this price I don't really care. There is a McDonalds, Starbucks, Jack in the Box and Arby's within walking distance. i had to wait for them a long time to find my reservation they are so unorganized!

Really do not recommend this hotel. Sketchy neighborhood, loud noise all night long/no rest to be had. The pictures on the web site must be stock photos. I bet this location has not looked that good since it was built. You could see a quarter to half inch of light shining through our door. This is an old hotel without any modernization. 2" gap underneath room door. Room stunk like cat pee.

It was just a extra night stay after some Az touring but choose the wrong budget hotel in the wrong neighborhood. Does not compare with Days Inn in Prescott Valley or Sedona (obviously). Its a cheap place to lay your head. Funny smell but not bad.

I found this motel not the standards of other days in. They did offer a breakfast, but we oppted out. Not much veriety, the coffee was very week and the whole place needed a cleaning and a remodel.

There were roof tiles missing on the front of the building: this should have been a sign that this hotel is in desperate need of maintinence. The glass on the back door to the building was broken, and the door was not secure. I did not feel safe. The staff was very pleasant, which is the nicest thing I can say.

Room had foul odor. carpet was not clean. sheets looked dirty.

Hopefully this hotel does not reflect on others. It was a train wreck. Check-in was slow.Room was not cleaned. Other room was a VERY little better. Maids do not clean unless you ask. No towels , vaccuming on request and to empty garbage. They left lights on , back door unlocked and curtains open. THANK GOD we were not robbed. Los cuartos de no fumar, tienen un fuerte olor a cigarro. Tuve que pedir me mostraran otros hasta que tomé uno que olia menos. La limpieza del cuarto, mala, la camarera son las 14 hrs y no se presenta, se le olvida dejar cafe, o toallas o jabon. En algunos cuartos luce la alfombra desgastada, sucia. paredes cuarteadas en el lobby.
