シャングリラ ホテル バンコク (Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok)格安予約

早めのチャックインに対応いただきありがとうございます。日本語のサービスも有り、家族も安心していました。ベッドルームの空調がやや弱かった。船がうまく使えるとより便利になると思います。

宿泊五日間ありがとうごさいました。 エグゼクティブ スイート ルーム(HORIZON CLUB)に宿泊したのですが。残念なことが有りました(部屋番号1101)。その１、HORIZON CLUB(22階～24階)に入れなかった(渡されたカードが上位階に行けなかった為)サービスを受けることができなかった(私は英語が苦手なため内容を上手く伝えられなかった事も原因ではありますがカードが適正なものを頂いておれば使用できたと思います)ただし最終日のみ使用(一階方の配慮にて)てきました。その２、最終日の部屋の天井から水漏れがひどく、荷物、衣類関係にかかりました、何の水(汚水?)か、わからない為、非常に不愉快です。ホテルの対応は私が一階のフロントに説明しましたが、話が通じなく、なかなか対応していただけないの […] で、11階の清掃係の人を見つけ、無理やり部屋に連れて行き、水漏れを確認していただき、水漏れ修理をされていましたが、なかなか治らなかったようです。この件についてホテルからのきずかい等対処(お客にたいして)は一切ありませんでした。 海外のホテルは何度も泊まっていますが、こんなことは初めてで言葉が通じないことの、不便さを実感しました。 海外の五つ星ホテルはこの程度の対応が一般的な対応なのでしょうか。また、近々海外のホテルを利用しますので、アドバイス等あれば返事をお願い致します。 もっと読む

最初は、経験のつもりで1泊の予定でしたが、あまりの居心地良さに、結局4泊してしまいました。まさに居ながらにして、リゾートでした。ただし気を付けないと、居心地の良さに、どこにも行かなくなるので、観光が目的の人は、はて…、という感じでしょうか。いずれにしても、私は、満足でした。

素晴らしかった。

別ホテル付きのツアーを申し込んでいましたが、１泊は贅沢したいってことでバルコニー付きのクルンテップウィングを予約しました。 チェックインは夜の８時頃になってしまいましたが、英語もろくに聞き取れない私にスタッフの方は不安な気持ちにさせずとても親切でした。また朝食も豪華でした。 ただ翌日の１２時にチェックアウトにすることをあらかじめ伝えていましたが、チェックアウト前に飲み物のチェックや掃除に部屋に来られたのは困りました。話が伝わってなかったからでしょうか？ またなぜか一番低層階だったのも残念、もう少し景色を楽しみたかったです。 海外の高級ホテルは初めてでしたが、静かに過ごしたい方にはオススメだと思います。

トランジットのついでに１泊で観光を兼ねて滞在しました。 ホライズンクラブで泊ったのですが、朝８時到着にも拘わらず快くチェックインさせて頂き、待ち時間に朝ごはんも食べれるなど、到着からかなり行き届いたサービスに感動しました！ 従業員も皆親切で、英語も問題ないレベル。ホテル事態は割と年期があるものの、部屋もかなり快適でアメニティも充実しておりました。 ホテルでゆったり滞在するならば、ホライズンクラブをお勧めします！午後のお茶、イブニングのシャンパン…本当にリーズナブルなのに豪華な気分が味わえます。 立地としては、チャオプラヤ川の船着き場から近い為、観光するには（ワットポー等）便利ですが、買い物・夜遊び派には、やや不便？　今は空港からのスカイライナーが出ているので便利ではありますが、乗り換えが […] あるのでやや大変かも。。」 もっと読む

今回はクルンテップ・ウィングの滞在でした。シャングリラ・ウィングとはまた雰囲気を異にし、静けさの中に行き届いたホスピタリティに感激。帰路のフライトが夜中でありましたが、チェックアウト後も滞在中と同様のサーヴィスを受けられ、アフターヌーン・ティやカクテル・タイムなどを楽しむことが出来ました。スタッフの質もシャングリラ・ウィングより数段良いように感じられ、次回もクルンテップに部屋を取ろうとおもいます。 シャングリラ・ホテル全般については、BTSサパーン・タクシン駅がホテルの玄関から出てすぐの所なので便利ですが、ホテル・ボートが廃止されたこと(リバー・シティに行くのには好都合)は残念でした。ともあれ、係のスタッフに言えば無料のボートはありますし、帰りはシェラトンのボートでホテル隣の桟橋に帰ることは出来ましたので然程の問題はありませんでした。お気に入りの＜Next […] 2＞なるテラスが模様替えをし、テーブルとテーブルとの間隔が狭まったこと、またテラス自体も狭くなったことは残念です。それを考えると、クルンテップでの滞在は大正解という結果になりました。 もっと読む

色々なホテルに泊まってみたいので再訪することはほとんどありませんが、ここは又泊まりたい！ ボート、ＢＴＳともにアクセス良く、景色も素敵。 それにアフタヌーンティ、カクテルタイムもついてお得感いっぱい！ でもそれ以上に良かったのはスタッフの温かさです。 あ～本当にまたみなさんにお会いしたい。 これからブログとツイッター、ＦＢでみなさんに強くおススメします！！

ホテル自体に問題はありませんでした。ただホテル内のジュエリーショップで購入したルビーが鉛を混入させた物で刻印も１３ｋとなっていました。店側はあくまでも、天然のルビーに違いがないとか、刻印は手作業のためミステイクだったなどといって返品に応じてくれません。グローバルにやっているホテルの中にローカルな思想のお店が入っているとは夢にも思いませんでした。シャングリラもこんなショップを置いておくと信用をがた落ちさせてしまうということに気づいて欲しいと思います。

Great hotel in bkk. Excellent buffet

This Hotel is amazing...great pool...great food....we never had to go without anything. Amazing views of the River from our Balcony! Fairly close to shopping and lots of restaurants! Overall had an amazing time!

All rooms in the Krungthep Wing have balconies great views and butler service Breakfast, afternoon tea and GREAT free cocktails in the evening Very friendly and helpfully staff

We were in Thailand for our honeymoon. Bangkok and the Shangri-La were the last 4 days of our trip. We were spoiled rotten at all of the other hotels, and so I must admit I was expecting the same at Shangri-La. We did not receive it. Now, the service was fine, but it just wasn't "special"-- no welcome honeymoon acknowledgement, no late check-out, no […] friendly smiles at every turn. Not anything to complain about, but at a luxury hotel I guess I was expecting a bit more. For instance, at another hotel, we were provided bug spray when the bugs were bad at a restaurant. We ate at the Shangri-La's Thai restaurant one night. We were one of 3 couples at the restaurant. The mosquitoes were horrible, and everyone was slapping bugs left and right. The staff did not even acknowledge the issue or attempt to close the windows or doors. Its Thailand, so bugs are to be expected, but I guess i was expecting a bit of acknowledgment that the 6 people in the restaurant were all miserable. THEN A BAT FLEW IN THE RESTAURANT. This bat flew everywhere, over the tables, etc. Again, the staff looked at the bat but did not offer any apologies or attempt to remove the bat. The bat did not bother me all that much, but the other couples promptly left the restaurant. When no efforts were made to do anything about the bat, we also asked for our food to go to eat in our room. It was delicous, but again at a luxury resort I guess I expected them to at least apologize for the inconvenience. Other than those minor issues, my review of the hotel is that it is in a great location, very close to the SkyTram. (That made getting around Bangkok a breeze!) The breakfast buffett was AMAZING. I was satisfied with our stay, but not as amazed as I was with other hotels we visited during our trip. I am neutral on whether I would stay again...... depends on the price I suppose. Hotel, rooms, cleanliness and service are simply first class and well positioned on for the main city's tourist attractions. Very comfortable few days spent there. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is great, they have big comfortable rooms with great river views, they are traditional in resentation + service to first class level & no corner is cut - also - hot tip - call them for their limo service - makes everything even better!!

The staff was amazingly helpful and very classy. The neighborhood was a bit dicy, but the ease of the sky train and the river were very nice. Easy to get a cab as well. Would recommend.

The service & room amenities is what we've come to expect from a Shangri-La, excellent. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful in any way that was needed. The hotel is set against the River and has it's own jetty to catch a water taxi to wherever you need to go. The main restaurant is nice to sit and have a drink and watch the many boats go by. The […] hotel also has it's own tuk tuk or Limo that you can book. We also booked a tour through the hotel which was a little bit more expensive then we'd heard that it should cost, however we were very happy with the Tour to the Bridge over River Kwai and to the Tiger Temple. First time in Bangkok and stayed here for 4 nights last month. This hotel is amazing. Stayed in the Krugthrep Wing (apologies if spelling not correct!!) which was very luxurious. The service and attention to detail is something you don't find at 99% of hotels. You can't go wrong with this hotel chain.

Great river side , views, breeze ambiance breakfast etc...

This is a big Asian hotel, but it does it well. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was fine, with a nice view of the river. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Pool and pool staff also very good good. This hotel delivers what a hotel of this size and class should.

This hotel was much more impressive than we had ever expected. The morning buffett was incredible, the best we had ever experienced and the pool also a highlight. We have travelled all over the world and this hotel would be at the top of our list of places to stay.

excellent hotel, great food and location

Everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel that you just do not find any more! Service as it should be but no longer existy outside of Southeast Asdia and particularly Thailand.

Extremely service minded staff and one person really stood out. Her help was very valuable for our stay. Her name is Sanrakx. Next time we are in Bangkok we will definitely stay at Shangri-La.

Fantastic hotel on the river and very easy to get to all attractions. The only slight hiccup was on our arrival. We didn't realise that there were 2 separate buildings albeit joined and therefore our taxi driver dropped us off at the main shangrila wing and not the Kungthrep wing. The last time I stayed here they were doing a major renovation project. In spite of that we really enjoyed the river-side restaurant and bar and great service. This time around, the lobby was done and the hotel has been restored to its magnificent self. My wife and 8 year old greatly enjoyed the hotel and the river views we had from our room. A five star hotel this is not .It may have been when constructed but the rooms are now tired and below par. Our room overlooked the river and despite being on the tenth floor provided us with a 24 hr understanding of the noises of a river, the BTS and the highway. Sound proofing was not only an issue with the windows but also the walls. We were able […] to hear the rooms either side enjoying their toilet facilities as well as their television. Our television looked as if had been pre owned by Noah and the reception made it unuseable most of the time. Whilst the hotel did offer us a change of room this would have only been closer to the barge on which the Thai 'river dance rappers' made an onholy racket! There are no perfect hotels, but the Shangri La Hotel in Bangkok comes very close. The rooms are beautifully done (ask for a renovated room), the service is excellent, and the location doesn't get any better. It is a short walk to both the Sky Train and the water ferries along the river including the free hotel ones. Take the Marriott Hotel boat. It […] is a pleasant and free 15 minute cruise. The Shangrila Hotel is one of the finest in Bangkok and possibly even southwest Asia. The staff is great and the surroundings supurb!

We highly recommend the Shangri-La, Bangkok . It is on the river water taxi route and also the AirTran route making public transportatopn very easy. The Horizon Club section was amazing. The hotel is enormous, that maybe the only drawback. Takes so long to get from one side to the other. Very effecient and friendly staff.

Very close to the skytrain and gets you fast to other parts of the city. Also very close to the boat stop to get to the landmarks by water with ease. The dinner buffet was the only time we ate in the restrauant and it was amazing. All you can eat that included steak, sashimi and even fois gras. Hade bokat rum i Krungthep Wing. Vid ankomst så möttes man av ett helt entourage. Rummet var inte jättestort men tillräckligt, likaså badrummet. Från balkongen var det en fantastisk utsikt över floden. Badrummet hade både bad och dusch. Negativt var att det inte fanns någon handdusch. Svårt att hitta ett bättre läge i Bangkok. Skytrain var bara utanför […] dörren. Flera klagar på att det är dated och gammalt men jag tycker det är välskött. Det gör inget att det inte är helt nytt bara det är rent och fräscht. Gillar att allt inte är nytt. Hotellet hade ett bra gym med många cardiomaskiner och ok redskap för att kunna köra styrketräning. Det fanns 2 tennisbanor på taket som var bra. Men boka tidiga (riktigt tidiga) eller sena tider. Jag hade en tid mellan kl 8-9 och mådde dåligt hela dagen sen från värmechocken. Tränarna man kan hyra var bra och till bra priser. Poolen som till hör Krungthep Wing är stor nog för att kunna simma i. Skulle gissa på att den är ca 20 meter. Jacuzzin var sådär. Men det är en fantastisk upplevelse att ligga i solstolarna, titta ut över floden och livet där, läsa en god bok, bli serverad iskalla drycker och bara njuta. Ingen trängsel alls och skönt att bara hoppa i poolen. Frukosten är god och allt finns men är inte överdådigt. Det är lite av allt och lugn stämning, inget springande och skränande. Afternoon tea var bra men hade hellre haft en smörgås till och mindre sötsaker. Gick bra att inta det ute i trädgården i skuggan. Happy hour var också bra. Många olka smårätter. Åt man alla de här tre målen så är man mätt för dagen. Det behövs ingen mer mat. Direkt utanför hotellet finns det massor av gaturestauranger där det bara är att ta med sig eller sätta sig och äta en god middag. Som helhet var det en fantastisk vistelse på hotellet med fantastisk trevlig personal. Köpte transport till och från flygplatsen. Det är inte det billigaste men så bekvämt. Vi stannade här 1 natt och var mycket nöjda, 5-åringen tyckte att de hade den bästa poolen av alla de hotell vi bodde på i Thailand och utsikten från rummet var magisk. Det enda negativa var att vi åt på den italienska restaurangen och maten nådde inte riktigt upp till våra förväntningar, vi åt mycket bättre italiensk mat senare på resan. Veldig bra hotell, men ikke velg de dyreste rommene i Kungthrap ving, for den var alt for stiv og avsidesliggende selv om de hadde en del gratis servering! Passer best for eldre folk. I hovedbygningen er bassenget finest, og masse bra spisesteder og barer! Litt liv og røre og like bra service! Strøket hotellet ligger i virker litt lugubert, men det […] er togstasjon rett ut for døra - da kommer du til sentrum på 1-2-3!
