空港からタクシー5分、地下鉄駅徒歩10分。旅行者にはとても便利。 日本のHiltonに比べると設備が物足りないが、値段を考えると十分。

早朝の出発のため、空港近くのホテルを探したらここになった。1泊だけの短い滞在ではもったいない感じ。地下鉄駅にも歩いて行ける距離で、周りにはレストランやコンビニもあり、大変便利。フィットネスやプールもあったが滞在が短く何も使えず残念。

We stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Emporia. It's a decent hotel in a nice part of town. Right next to the Starbucks which makes it even better. The rooms are older but well maintained. The front desk was very helpful and eager to please! Would definitely recommend!

Chose hotel in part because of the hours for the pool 6 am to 10 pm --- the pool actually opened at 10,4 hrs later and closed long before 10pm. We asked about it at desk and were met with a rude response . We never got into pool. Dirty room service dishes laid in hall for 2 days! Won't be back

Bed was very comfortable but room small. They wanted to charge for everything extra! We have stayed at other hotels and internet was free but here if you are not a "member" you have to pay big $. Front desk and concierge did not understand our questions or did not know the answers. Free shuttle to the metro one advantage

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the area that we were visiting, great neighborhood. The room was good and Housekeeping excellent. Had bed and breakfast included which was a big big mistake. On 2/17/13 went down for breakfast at 9.30 am and all the dishes were empty. There weren't a lot of staff for breakfast and tables were nit cleaned so people were not able yo sit. Only one waitress and when she called for help the manger yelled at her for no reason she was working very well. The garage key didn't work so I had yo go back inside to fix that too.

I booked this hotel thru expedia. the problem with this is they dont communicate directly with the hotel. I requested a room on a higher floor and facing the airport. What I was not told was that there are buildings obstructing your view of the airport completely. Also i was not told that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The indoor pool was closed […] and we were put on the 1st floor. I could have stayed somewhere else if i was told this information. We did after complaining be put on the 8th floor. I also payed cash for parking and did not get a reciept (which is my fault) so they charged our card. So we ended up paying 50 dollars for parking instead of 24. We arrived at 10 pm and tried to shower . The water was ice cold and after running it for 15 min we could not get it to warm up. I called the front desk and they told me there was no problem. I then asked for some hot chocolate which they said they would bring and it never came. I will not go there again.

For the price, nothing in the room to accommodate our stay. A leak in the roof in our room. We left 1 day early due to a family emergency, they still charged us for parking, even though we paid the hotel through Expedia.
