Hotel was nice inside and clean. Room was smaller than expected but clean. Room was sectioned off in a weird way. Pool/hot tub was a kiddy pool. Way to many kids. Happy hour and breakfast were a nice addition. Front desk staff was friendly. Pool staff was not friendly at all! Expected more for the money.

Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast and complimentary drinks, overall excellent experience and will stay here again on our next trip to Indianapolis!

They have you wear a bracelet so they can make sure they are spoiling you! You have an amazing breakfast of anything you want made to order. They have a clean and nice pool. The room service is not a bad price and they are quick and will do anything to make you happy. Stay here more than 6 times a year and don't even live far from the hotel.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BUT NEED TO UPDATE THE TV's

The suites are well appointed and clean, plenty of parking. To stay without something you need would be just because you did not ask the staff. Although we were near an elevator, even with the bedroom located in the back there was a lot of noise . With a kids hockey thing going on, and boys continually running all over, we did not even bother with the […] pool or other shared amenities. Everything was great, except that one of use was bitten by a bug of a some kind while in the bed. The bites was very itchy. As soon as we complained they changed a room for us and everything was fine after that.

The room was excellent, extremely friendly staff... breakfast and reception were great, plenty of snacks/food kept full and very clean. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definately stay at this location again. We stayed for a weekend with two kids. Everything was perfect!

We were very please with our stay at this Embassy Suites. Rooms were comfortable and the atrium was well-kept. The buffet breakfast was also great. The only thing I would change would be to have flat screen TV's in the rooms.

Let me start by saying this is the second time I have stayed in one of these hotels. The checkin service was very swift because we did this part on hotels.com. So it was rather painless, but the checkin staff was excellent and let us know what we needed as far as what the hotel has to offer and that what not. Although the elevators are slow and I guess […] that is due to more the look vs the functionality. The room was a very nice size especally with 4 kids with us, they liked the sitting area and the spare t.v. and fridge with a microwave so for them it was home away from home. The beds were very nice but they were not queen size more like full size. You can control your own heat & air. Now for the best part the free breakfast and managers get together, the breakfast is great along with the staff that clean after you. But make sure you tip the cooks they work hard and deserve it, now for the managers get together if you don't get there soon the chips will disappear fast and they don't replace them(a mark against them still they are not bad) so get there quick. We really didn't stay at the hotel that long as far as the day was concerned, but it's close to the city and it was clean around and the restaurants were open late. On sundays it quite around the area so we got some much needed rest. The house keepers are very nice also, they kept the room clean and the gave us extra towels when needed. This was a repeat visit for our family. The only complaint is that the elevators are very slow. Even then it is not a complaint but merely whining. It is in a great location. Clean. Staff was friendly. Food was great. Rooms were comfortable. All in all a great place to stay.

It was a wonderful place to stay.

The rooms were quite nice with comfortable beds. they looked like they might have been recently updated. The atrium was quite loud, but settled down fairly early.

enjoyed stay-loved the floor plans-enabled me to walk the hotel in plain view of everything-a must for this walker!

The staff were very pleasant, engaged us in conversation in the elevators and made a point of seeing if we needed anything. Pool too small for such a large hotel that usually has tons of kids there for birthday party getaways, and just families getting away or on business trips with the family. Many of the little kids used the hot tub as a kiddie pool. […] Parents with an only child -teenager could not enjoy the adult swim either when the pool was abandoned. Our daughter's family lives in Indianapolis so this is our 4th hotel that we've stayed in. Must admit my husband and I were a little concerned when we checked in and there were numerous teenagers roaming the downstairs areas (soccer tournament in the area that weekend). Only complaint would be how slow the elevators were. The staff we came in contact with were very friendly and accommodating and the room was very comfortable. Atrium and wishing wells on the inside... beautiful!!! Nice touch! Great place to bring a family!

Like the free manager's happy hour with snacks and beverages, free breakfast. Great place for families to stay, lots of bang for your buck!

We had a birthday party back in January and the hotel was very accomodating. This time they told us we could not eat or drink in the atrium, unless it was purchased from them. I asked if I was allowed to eat in the hallway or front foyer and they stated that I could. The manager was very rude and and we explained we were just there back in January and […] then she stated that it was okay to eat/dink there. I told her that was fine we would eat our food, 3 ft over in the hallway. The manager then stated that she would comp our room for the night. This hotel was great in the fact that it was a suite and I could have my boys taking a nap in the bedroom area while we were watching TV and talking in the living room area. The rooms were totally separated. Plus, there was an additional counter with a mirror in the bedroom that allowed someone to get ready at while the other person was showering. Had a great experience even though it was a short stay, will definitely stay again next time in Indy.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very nice, comfortable and clean. Price was right and included breakfest. We came to Indy to shop and check out the lights at Monument Circle. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. Steve, Dana and Callie. Ft. Wayne, In

Very reasonable for price and what you get! 5 star hotel for 3 star price!!!

We love this hotel. We've stayed here many times and always try to book a room when staying in Indianapolis. It is easy to get to, the room room is comfortable and clean and the breakfast is delicious. Our granddaughter accompanied us on our last visit and her comment was - "This is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in"..
