Very good hotel, good location friendly staff, breakfast far too expensive 35 sf ! Free Internet in room great plus.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly. However rooms are small so are the beds. Breakfast was not up the standards and very expensive. However location is prime. Recommended for short trips and for people wil kids.

Great experience! We were put in a bright, airy, and spacious room with a good view of the lake. The room was recently remodeled and spotlessly clean. Our room faced the street but with the windows closed we heard almost no sound from outside - very good soundproofing. Bed was very good as well- comfortable mattress and nice pillows. Helpful and pleasant […] staff - we didn't have too many requests but what we asked for was taken care of without issues. The breakfast on offer is varied and tasty but please note that it is expensive - for a bigger group the cost might be prohibitive. The harpist playing throughout the breakfast was a nice touch, though, and was not loud or intrusive on conversations. The rest of the hotel is nice but a little old-fashioned and needs remodeling at some point. The only strange thing was an undefined smell in the reception area when we arrived - almost like a cleaning agent that had been used to excess. THIS HOTEL WAY OVER PRICE IS NOT WORTH THIS LIKE MOTEL HOTEL IS IN VERY BAD SHAPE

The location, the reception/concierge and the room were all fantastic!! The size of the room was very unexpected, but very welcome. Largest single hotel room I have experienced ever! The bed - super comfortable I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! I didn't want to leave!

Hotel was suffice a weekend getaway. Very close to Rive Gauche area but also very close to Red Light District (5 minute walk). Room was nicely sized with no major problems. The Hotel staff was helpful but didn't offer any great suggestions on restaurants and attractions, but all in all very nice and helpful.

Location is the major draw of this hotel. The staff seemed to be picked from those who got C grades in school. They often tried but just weren't up to par. The hotel had the worst sheets I've ever had. So coarse, thick and harsh. Also, terrible pillows. Very hard mattress. Sleeping was difficult. Me and my mum had a lovely relaxing stay at Hotel Bristol. Location is terrific. Had a fourth floor street facing room - only noisy if opened the window. Lovely large room with sitting area. Liked the old-worldly style of hotel. Got a lovely meal in the restaurant on last night also. Got a taxi to and from airport due to large bags - about €30-€40 euros. […] 10 min walk to old quarter. 2min walk to ferry departure point. I arrived several hours before check-in after a long flight. My room was not available, but the friendly and helpful staff gave me a key to use the beautiful new facilites in the fitness center, enabling me to shower and change my clothes.
