かなり強行軍の出張だった為疲れていました。それで、ここでの宿泊翌日は午後からの仕事だったからゆっくり寝ようと仲間と話して寝たらナント・・・11時半までぐっすり！！1週間の疲れも取れ2日後の帰国後も身体が楽でした。高級ホテルでこの料金（期間限定価格）で泊まれたのは幸運でした。食べるのも近くで済ませられるし、仕事も全部歩いて行ける距離でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

学会で3泊しました。場所はマーケットストリートにほど近く、朝食に出たり買い物に行くのに便利でした。また治安の問題もありませんした。学会中のために宿泊料は高くなっていましたが、決して広くはないものの清潔で清掃の行き届いた部屋だと思いました。

地下鉄とＢＡＲＴのMontgomery駅に近く、Union Square にも程近い場所にあり、値段のわりにオススメなホテルといえる。 朝早くから喧しく出発する客層の低さは割り引くとしても、また泊まってもよいホテルだと思う。

早めのチェックインから、３日間の滞在は非常に快適でした。 最終日まで開けなかったので気が付かなかったのですが、最後の晩にミニバーの冷蔵庫を開けると、見慣れないチーズの包み。 リストを見ても記述がないので、前の人の忘れ物？ 自分たちの物と思われても困るので、チェックアウト時にフロントに伝えると、インターネットのアクセスを無料にしてくれて、後でお詫びと報告のメールまでいただきました。

買い物にいくにも立地がよく、タクシーにのってもウェスティンと言えばokなのでさすが有名ホテルだなと感じました。 部屋キレイさ、豪華さは申し分なかったです。 ただ、部屋が少し狭かったのと、ルームサービスが24時間でなかったことが残念でした。 確か22時までだったかと…

町の中心にあり、買い物もすべて歩いていけます。ホテル内のレストランは大きくはありませんが、静かで楽しく食事ができます。通りに面しているお部屋がお勧めです。ビジネスや観光に最適です。

ちょっと苦言：部屋用スリッパが無いのが残念。 1歳4ヶ月の赤ちゃんのため、ベビーカーが借りられ重宝しました。近くのHホテルでは置いて無かったので、便利でした。

マーケットストリートとサードストリートの角（Muniバス、ストリートカーのMarket st Kearny st停車場）を東（MoMA方面）に曲がって路地一本過ぎたところ（酒屋の隣）にあり、BartのMontgomery駅からも1ブロック、CaltrainのSan Francisco駅から30系統か45系統のMuniバスで10分（停留所は3rd St & Stevenson ）と交通の便が非常に良い立地です。サードストリートの1ブロック東にはSF MoMAとYBCA、マーケットストリートを南に1ブロック行けばウェストフィールド、もちろんその向かいにはケーブルカーの始発駅Powellがあります。ちなみにサードストリートからマーケットストリートを渡ってカーニーストリートに入り、西に10分ほど歩けば中華街、その先5分ほど歩くだけでPacific […] Ave & Kearny St（言わずと知れた歓楽街）に行けます。徒歩圏にこれだけの名所があり、ホテルすぐ裏手に美しくもこじんまりとしたYerba Buena公園といった緑にも恵まれた立地のホテルはなかなかありません。おまけにホテル正面には大きなOffice Depotもありビジネスにも非常に便利です。 今回、私が宿泊したのはたまたま角部屋だったのでちょっとレイアウトが変わっていましたが、市内のホテルにしては部屋は広めです。（バスルームは狭いので驚かないように）設備はきれいでよく手入れされています。一通りの設備が付属しています。冷蔵庫の中には有料の飲料が所狭しと収納されているので近所のスーパーなど（マーケットストリートにはCVSやWalgreen、7-11など生活雑貨の購入に便利な店が数多くあります）で購入した品物を収納するのは無理です） 無線LANは有償です。無線LAN利用の決済中にブラウザウィンドウを閉じてしまうとサインアップに失敗し再度サインアップが必要です。このとき二重に課金されてしまいますがフロントに連絡（精算時でもOK）すればリファウンドしてくれます。 ロビーにはレストラン、バーラウンジもあり、とても落ち着いた雰囲気で快適。とはいえ、せっかくのサンフランシスコで徒歩圏にカリフォルニア料理、イタリアン、中華、和食のおいしい店が多数あるのですからぜひ外出しての食事をお勧めします。 治安のよいエリアなので家族向けも安心です。 もっと読む

ホテルは町の中心にあり、どこへでも簡単に行けます。ホテルは現代的なとてもきれいな施設で、客室もとてもいいです。ポーターは少ないので、チェックインしたら荷物をもって自分でお部屋に。

Pretty ideal for a fuss-free 3 nights stay, it is very centrally located. Dampener was the high charge for either wired or wireless internet access, which is a basic expectation of all travellers to a hotel of a global standard. Upgraded view was okay but there was a building that cut down on any bay view. Good location for theater, Union Square shopping and good restsurants.

The location was excellent as we were able to walk to the museums and go to great restaurants. The hotel also accomodated us for late check out so our one year old could take his nap. Excellent servie!

Was exactly as expected. Stayed there before and loved it.

seems like Westins have relied on there quality from the last decade and have not improved the overall experience.

This hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping and other entertainment. The staff was friendly and at the concierge helpful. Great job, Westin!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very kind and helpful. Only downside is the business center. It has two computers and charges $7 for the first 15 minutes plus high printing costs. I had my own computer and wanted to print one page, but they told me that would cost about $10 because I would have to access from their computer. Check in was easy. Room clean & ready. We booked a room on the 16th Floor, view was good. Room was 3 doors passed elevators but could hear them at night. Would book again

The breakfast costs are way to high.

When you pay to stay at a four star Hotel. You should not have to pay 54$ for parking. I could see if you had other options but parking on the was out of the question because of street sweeping every night..... I WILL NEVER GET ME THERE AGIN

Always always stay here when I come to SF. it's located close to the MOMA and right by the busy parts in town. Everything is accessible and of course the customer service is outstanding. Great bar and lounge, and very comfortable rooms.

Room was quite small for the price. I prefer the Hotel Nikko accommodations.

We had a wonderful time, acted like tourists, did cable car trips, shopped at Westfield, and went to 2 wonderful dinners. It was a great 2 days and everyone at the hotel couldn't be more helpful or knowledgeable about the City and all its sights.Thank you.

Love the hotel and its amenities but the one thing I didn't like was the $50 a night parking.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and we got a great deal. Comfortable, clean, quiet, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was great, very close to the Montgomery stop. The staff were very accomodating.

Services was great from first day to last. Thanks to Freddie and Gino for the hook ups!!!! Highly recommended it.

I never fill out surveys, but felt I needed to in this case. I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, usually on the upper scale. The staff at The Westin was over the top! For one reason or another we changed rooms a couple times and there was never a complaint or hesitation from the staff. We left things behind and they found them. and clean. Rooms were extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We got there at around 10:00 in the morning and check in wasn't until 3:00 but they gave us a room with a better view right away. The hotel was located right in the middle of everything but was down a side street so nice and quiet for the city. Absolutely perfect.

The Westin was great! Location is perfect, safe and convenient. Staff could not be nicer and our room was beautiful. The price for the quality of the hotel was also great. I would stay there again if I went to SF. Could not have been better. They even gave us champagne and strawberries as a welcome gift. Nice! Thanks!

I have been to several Westins and never had a bad experience with service. However, this time we have ordered room service for dinner and the dinner stayed in our room almost a day. The cleaning person forgot to take out the food. The room smelled bad. The hotel manager apologized but that is not enough. On the very positive note, the concierge service […] is outstanding, particularly Tobby, he gave us treat suggestions for restaurants and places to visit in San Francisco. We loved the hotel. The hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from Union Square. Plenty of dining and shopping close. We stayed in a room on the 35th floor and had a great view of San Francisco! Fare form the airport was $47. We enjoyed the stay and would go there again.

It was a very nice stay. I had my grand kid and the room was very nice. I wish we had double sinks, but other then that the room was very nice. It would have been nice if it had an indoor pool as well. Overall it was a nice stay.

my husband and i took our daughters for their first trip to San Fran and this was the perfect hotel. it is located right in the middle of union square. great for shopping, china town, restaurants and people watching. and you can hop on the trolley and be in fisherman's wharf in no time. we will definitely be back....oh and its dog friendly!!!!
