一番大きい問題が，エレベーターが古いので，来るのが遅く，着くのも遅いということです．ですから，ホテルによほど過剰なものを期待しない限り，快適に過ごせると思います．個人的によかったのは，無料でネットを使える環境が供給されていたことです．大変に助かりました．例の「ボストンマラソンテロ」の現場のすぐ近くでしたが，それに関連した問題は皆無でした．立地もよく，料金的に折り合えば，お薦めです．

地下鉄（グリーンライン） Copley 駅から、徒歩数分で大変便利が良い。トリニテイ教会を左手（ボストン公共図書館右手に）に、そしてハンチントン通り沿いに道なりに歩けばすぐ到着（駅から３分程度）。加えて正面口を右にハンチントン通り沿いに歩けば、１分以内で、スーパーマーケットのショウズ・プルデンシャルに行かれ、真向いの信号を渡ればプルデンシャルセンターへのエスカレータへ。冬場で寒いときには、この立地の良さは助かります。部屋は少々狭いですがバスタブなどは清潔でお湯の出もよく、ゆっくりと落ち着くことができました（コーヒーメーカーがあったらなおよかったのですが・・・）。

創業が１８９１年ですが内装は手が入れられていて，快適でした． 仕事で使いましたがWiFiが無料で使え，大きなデスクもついていてよかったです． 立地は申し分無く，隣のブロックには大きなスーパーマーケットがあって夜食や朝食を買い出すことも出来ました．折悪しく，外装工事中で，特徴的な外観を楽しめなかったのが残念でした． 最終日はちょうど大統領選挙の日，夕食後，バーでTV中継をみながら，居合わせた地元の方達と盛り上がったのが良い思い出になりそうです．

ワインレセプション付とあったが、結局何のサービスも受けられなかった（部屋にメモを残したにもかかわらず）。外壁工事中で、朝から工事も始まり、快適だったとは言えない。

とてもいいロケーションのホテルでした。 到着の当日にぼや騒ぎがあり消防や警察があつまって一次騒然となり、緊急避難をしましたが、おおごとではなくすみました。

3日連泊しました。ニューベリー通りに近く買い物がしやすく、またホテルの横にグローサリーストアがあるのでとても便利です。フロントのJudeという男性スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

このホテルは、建物が旧くてもきっちりとしたメンテナンスされているし、スタッフの対応もよいので、心地良さを感じさせてくれました。　　そして立地は最高です、ニューヨークからAMTRAKでボストン入りするなら駅から徒歩圏内ですし、ハインズコンベンションセンターにでの展示会に参加するにも徒歩ですぐにいけて便利。　地下鉄の駅も近いので、他のエリアにいくのも便利、お勧めです。

少し古いホテルですが、居心地はとてもよかったです。すぐ隣のブロックにスーパーがあり、ダウンタウンを散策するにも便利だと思います。

4泊しましたが、快適でした。周囲の環境も良く、ショッピングもしやすいし、レストランもたくさんありました。スーパーマーケットが隣なので便利でした。またボストンに行くことがあれば、利用してもいいなと思いました。

Service was excellent. Check-in occurs at a podium in the small lobby and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The service at Copley was great..! They make sure I am being help and makes things easier for me.. The staff are friendly and helpful.. Also, the hotel is close to prudential center. I would definetly stay here again..

We upgraded to the delux king size room which was amazing. Our other friends were in the queen rooms which were a bit small. However, the have housekeeping twice a day and the staff is amazing with any need that you might need.

Overall this was a great hotel to stay at. The service, location and cleanliness were everything one could ask for. The only drawbacks were a small room and a view out of a small window onto an emergency fire escape. All else was superb!!

Overall, I liked this hotel. Excellent location for Newbury & Boylston Streets, Prudential Ctr and Copley Square. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was an average size and nicely decorated. My only gripe is when I got in bed and found a dirty bottom sheet and pillow case with what looked like food stains, like maybe chocolate. Loved the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not find out about the renovation work until I was awoken at 7 am (after returning at 2 am) by the sounds of hammering and large chunks of something getting thrown into the dumpsters.

A lovely hotel in a great Back Bay location. Most reception staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly. The wine down hour is great, and the hot chocolate in the afternoons is delicious. Room was very lovely. Quite a lot of traffic noise in the mornings, but not intolerable.
